First of all, let me just start by saying that this place deserves a zero star. I had a really nice golden automatic watch that my father gave me and the watch had come off and started rotating and pressing against the arms. Subsequently, the second hand indeed did come off. I came into the store and this disheveled russian lady is at the front talking to her russian friends until I realized that they werent customers. My belief going into the store is that they were a reputable business that specializes in watch repair. My first impression looking at this lady and the miniature front desk she was working on was that this was a grandmothers-work-out-of-her garage arrangement where watches and tools were all over the place. It is a mess. She told me that it will be fixed by a watchmaker. I explained to her my concerns and received a number ticket. Left my contact info and that was that. Since then, not a single piece of communication for 4.5 weeks. Until I came in, frustrated as I should be, AND she is hilariously talking to another russian friend of hers. I gave her my ticket and asks me questions about my watch in such a broken insisting kind of way. She finally finds my watch and says it cant be fixed. Thats it. Just like that. I repair my own batteries myself and I have the tool to do it. I didnt want to experiment with the insides of the automatic mechanisms so I wanted a professional to do it. After picking it up, there were scratches on the underside where the panel comes off. Probably, from the teeth not being aligned correctly and thus slipping off...and dust/lint inside the watch from carelessness when it was opened. Absolute travesty of a store this is. They dont repair anything. Not even to a mediocre standard. They rip people off of their money. Go on ebay/amazon and get the tool to remove your battery and save your trouble and money. It doesnt cost $20 to remove one. Dont ever go to this place....unless you just want a mundane conversation in russian.

I brought in a watch that was my grandmothers. After she died It was given to me as a reminder of her . It had stopped working, so I thought it just needed a new battery. Turns out the watch doesn’t run on batteries, it’s an automatic, which means all you have to do is wear it, and movement recharges it. When I showed a girlfriend my new watch, she mentioned she was familiar with the brand and how great it was that I would never have to replace the battery! - I was shocked! How could this old lady rip people of without thinking twice about it! To top it off she is rude and charged me $50. Now I’m a big supporter of small business, but now when I look at my watch, I think about my loving and sweet grandmother, but also, there are people out there that only want to take advantage of others, and think money is more important than honesty. WARNING TO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. SHE’S JUST WAITING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!!!!

I don’t leave these type of reviews because I think they are tacky, However the very sweet and nice lady at Andy’s watch repair has never let me down. She once fixed my watch battery for only $15 and in under 10 minutes. And then today she fixed a small part on my watch immediately, and didn’t make me pay! I tried giving her $10, but she wouldn’t let me.Give this lady your business. Fairly priced, very fast, and a great experience.10/10. Thank you!

After having terrible luck with the watch repair store in Tukwila Mall I came here. My watch batteries last a few years before they need replacement. Due to my watching being jewelry most places wont touch it for fear of breaking it. They happily swapped out my watch battery in 10 minutes. Tukwila some how took an hour on a simple 10 minute project.

Needed a new wrist band. The owner of the shop provided me with so many different color/material options and designs. Shes fast at what she does and knows what she is doing. She put on a new leather band in less than 5minutes! She has great hands when comes to watch repair!

Unprofessional and rude. I read in another review that the lady charges 13.5 plus per replaced battery, but then why did she just charge me 55 dollars even to replace the battery in two watches, and just put the back on the third? I feel that she just makes up the price depending on her mood. I never leave reviews but I’m a little angry at the amount of money I just spent on two tiny watch batteries and 10 minutes of her time. Take your business somewhere else.

I brought my Moto 360 2nd gen and battery in, as I saw the other review that claimed they had out done here, but the lady was less than helpful and denied they (she) can do it. I showed her the review, and she said no, we never do this ... She wasnt even willing to try, but then again, its probably best she didnt as shed probably break it. She was pretty curt and snippy too.

Love these folks. They are always helpful - just repaired my favorite clock. Also have cleaned and repaired many broken rosaries I inherited from my mothers side of the family.

I’ve got my Movado Sapphire fix ( battery change) and I still have 573 $ in my pocket. Initially I took it to Helzberg Diamonds in Southcenter Mall where they asked me for 600$ to change the battery and also they kept it for a month. Thank you Andy’s Watch & Repair

Unprofessional.Do not go there to replace your watchs dead battery, they will rip you off. They will charge 13.5 $ plus taxes to put a 2$ battery.Buy a watch repair kit from Amazon, you will get a decent 178 piece tool set for 16$ to get the job done at home. The lady charged me 29.7$ to replace dead batteries of 2 watches, complete rip off.

Horrible. Very rude and dishonest. Replaced 6 batteries on my watches. Quoted 15 each but since large quantity she said will do it for 13.50 each, telling me it is okay to pay when I pick up. Came to pick up the watches, telling me 17.50 each. Told her about how she quoted me 13.50 And saids she originally charges 17.50 but would be okay with 15 each. Price may not be too bad but dishonest owner. Never returning.
