This location needs to add a person whose only job is to hand out the completed repairs. It is ridiculous to wait in line while people getting repairs done are being helped. Very poor service. Very poorly planned.

I have been a computer user for over 30 years. Have worked with many tech support consultants. This time around I had an issue with a Microsoft Surface that would not boot into Windows. I tried many workarounds but could not even do a USB boot. Geek Squad took it in, diagnosed issue, and fixed it quickly. Techs were polite, concerned and very helpful. For me this was a great experience and I appreciated the help. I needed a backup computer to use and I was given very cost-effective and useful help in selecting a Surface Go Laptop to use until my main one was returned. All in all, great result.

On 3/3/21 I had Geek Squad here to hook up a Bose sound system to a new Samson TV. All worked well while the tech was here at which point I turned the TV off. When I turned it on later that evening there was no audio ! Called Geek to get a tech out to fix the problem. Ready for this: in 9 days they are scheduled to return to solve the problem ! Tried speaking to a manager. No luck. All busy. VERY POOR customer service!!FOLLOW UP: As a result of my phone calls and on line review(s) about their lack of customer service: 2 days after posting this initial review, Geek Squad was able to return to solve my issues mentioned above. The tech resolved the problem and all is well again !! Apparently, Geek has a shortage of techs to service the growing need for home services in this area caused mostly because people are working from home more now. ALL WELL AGAIN ! Thank you Geek Squad.

One of the worst customer service experiences Ive had. I was warned not to go there, but I still rolled the dice. What should have been a simple data transfer to a new computer turned into incomplete work and failure to deliver on what was requested. Then, they got defensive when I asked why they did a few questionable things. Plus, they failed to do all that was requested and even sent data into wrong locations and files. I had to take my computer to another repair place to undue what the Geeks did and then get it right Go to Nerds To Go in Bellevue. Night and day difference. Stay clear of the Geek Squad, unless you want to waste your money.

Team was excellent. When checking in with sick computer they helped explain the different services and assisted in picking the most economical one for our situation. Work was done in the time estimated and when we picked it up my wife had an excellent experience and was very happy with their explanation of what they found and did. We set up our appointments and had 0 wait time past those times. Big thumbs up and 5 stars!

Awful customer service. They were more interested in not being liable about any damages, doing the bare minimum to assist and getting me out the door. You can tell they’re miserable employees, which is great when you’re customer facing, and were very frank about the lack of education they were receiving to help people like me. I was better off not wasting my time there, totally useless.

Bunch of frauds. Lenovo said I can take my laptop for carry in service. My laptop working great. It just need couple of screws in bottom to hold cover. Geek squad diagnosed and want to replace entire body of laptop for $250 (before tax). Since laptop in warranty, I asked why you charge me and what can you do as part of warranty? They simply said it is not covered under warranty and it is damage. I use laptop for normal office use and open once in day and plug to docking station. There is no physical damage or cosmetic scratches and how can I damage inside parts. Fraud and thieves, want to earn money in all possible way. Better go beg for money.

I have never signed up for this service before, but Im getting spam phone calls saying that my membership is about to expire and they are going to charge me to renew. I pushed the button to speak with a customer service agent, I told them the problem, and they hung up on me. I only gave 1 star because I had to in order to post a review. Any company involved in spam calls/texts/emails will never get my business, and they shouldnt get anyone elses business either.

I was impressed by the customer service Geek Squad provided to me. I was not pressured to sign up for anything, the agents were courteous, and the price for the repair of my computer was reasonable.

Geek squad is absolutely useless. They literally have the IT and hardware knowledge of any current teenager. If they cant fix your problem (which occurred both times I visited), theyll just suggest you purchase one of best buys expensive products in an attempt to remedy your problem or theyll send your device into their repair center where it sits for more than a month and presents you with more problems. Good luck with this geek squad. Never visiting again.

BestBuy Geek Squad has damaged my projector screen during installation and told me shamelessly you can claim this and deal with 3rd party.. I said of course I will claim and ended up working with that Sedwick claim services as BestBuy is using their services. A month passed- noone is following, noone is answering my call and noone is responding. Beware BestBuy GeekSquad, dont let yourself ending up needing Sedwick services..

Geek Squad is terrible.I had my tv for hardware repair there, it took 24 days exactly to tell me I can pick up my tv apparently repaired and in fact not even touched. Exactly same issue
