While I was on a trip, my laptop had issues and did not start. Robin had extensive knowledge in computer and was very patient and kind to help me until all the problems were solved. I am extremely impressed with Mac Ace. I had a difficult 2012 iMac issue and Robin went way above and beyond to make sure the job was done to his high standards, even coordinating with Apple when necessary. Id highly recommend them without hesitation.

Contacted Robin, met him the same day, and two days later he had pulled all the files off of our 2007 iMac, plus a FireWire external drive that nobody could connect to, onto a brand new USB drive that could be read by Mac or PC.
