This is hands down the best repair place in the Omaha area. I’ve taken two of my tablet there, one with a cracked screen and one with the screen completely shattered. Both were back to me in a week, with brand new screens with no bubbles or bad spots in them. They tell you up front what the price will be with tax, and are honest about their repairs and turnaround. They are wonderfully speedy as will, since latest tablet I took there on Friday they said about a week, and I actually got it back on Monday evening. 20/10 would recommend it to everyone I know who needs a repair.

This was my first time going to CPR and if I ever need assistance with my phone again I will definitely be coming back to this place! Alex was SUPER helpful and had my phone fixed in an hour or less! I’ve seen people complain about the prices, but everywhere else I looked it was more expensive compared to here! In the past, I have gone to different places but always had a weird color tint to my screen or something would malfunction a month later. After leaving CPR my phone is better than it has ever been! The next step followed, I asked how much it was going to be to fix and they fixed it at reasonable and fair rates. Alex was the technician that helped me he was very knowledgeable and informative and i recommend his services . I would recommend anyone that lives in Omaha to make the trip to this Bellvue location. This is place to go for electronics! Very friendly and helpful staff in a good environment. The are very reliable and pretty dang quick, the growth of this place never seizes to amaze me.

They’re very quick and responsive! The only thing I’d suggest is that when their done with said product that they call to inform you. Otherwise, highly recommend to anyone!

CPR was awesome, I needed to replace my screen on my iPhone to qualify for a higher refund at trade-in and within 40 minutes he had my phone done!

Worst place I’ve gone. My mom took my sons tablet and Nintendo switch to this location and was told that they will contact her the next day to let her know what is wrong with the devices. They did not keep their word and my son started asking about his electronics so my mom called to inquire about them. They told her that they are still working on them and that they will call her with an update tomorrow. My mom gave them another day and they still had not called her with an update. Since no one called her she decided to go to their location to asked about and pick up my sons electronics since they were not being transparent about what the current status was. The man that was working today told my mom that my sons device had been taken apart and that the tech was not in so he could not give them back to her. My mom told the employee that she will take them like that & then he proceed to tell her that she can’t because they took the tablet and switch to a different (which he refused to tell her where). My mom left extreme upset and arrived at my house minutes later. Once she arrived she explained what had happened so I decided to call them. I called twice and no one answered. At my third attempt someone answered and hung up. I was finally able to get ahold of the gentleman that my mom spoke with and I asked why they were taking long to provide my mom with an update. He told me that the tech that was working on the device was not in today so he had no idea what he told my mom(even thought he was the one that just spoke with her, not the tech). Fed up with all the lies, I told him that that I will be going to pick up my sons electronics. I arrived in less than 5 minutes after speaking with him on the phone and he was outside smoking. He went inside as he saw me pull up and I told him that I was there for my sons electronics. He went to the back and retriever his devices in less than a minute and they were not taken apart like he said they were. However, what surprised me the most was that they were able to put them back together and transport them from the “other location” all within 5 minutes or less...Word of advise, save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. These people do not provide good customer service, they’re not honest, and take advantage of people whose first language is not English. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Terrible.

Took my sons xbox one s here.told them what the machine was doing they automatically said oh its the port that the cable plugs into and it would be 140$ just from me telling them what it was doing.but their are other issues that it could be that would cause the same thing.i waited a week for it and picked it up a few days before Christmas.I didnt tell my son I took it in because it was going to be a christmas gift.my wife picked it up they said it was 140$ she asked the guy that helped her if it was fixed he said it should be.well we get it home and it is just like it wasnt even touched.i took it back and said dont you guys test it out before you charge and send to customers.He said if its something other then the port connection.they cant fix it.It would be too expensive and not worth it.i took a cell phone here to get screen fixed it was alright.but I will never take a game system here if its not a connection port.

I initially called them and explained the issue with my phone. Was told just being it in so we can see what part to order so I did. We waited a few minutes before a worker came from the back then he didnt even touch my phone, looked at it for a second and said ok and started to walk away. I followed up and said is that all you needed he said yes and said it would be a week to get the part. A few days later i realized no name or number was taken for me so I tried calling and never talked with anyone so left a message. I never recieved a call back. I called back a week later (from order time) to realize that the part was never ordered. The guy on the phone said I am ordering it right now it will be in within 3 days: 4 days later I tried calling and no response multiple times. Called the next day and again no answers, left 2 voicemails with again no return calls. I will not deal with this company anymore. I called the 147th store and recieved amazing service over the phone and in person. Save yourself the trouble and use a different location.

I had trouble charging my iPhone 6. Made an appointment online and showed up early. The young man behind the counter listened to my problem, took my phone and disappeared in to the back room. A minute later he came out with it and it was fixed. Some debris had got in the charging port and would not let the connection work. A quick clean out and I am good to go. No charge! I owe him some cookies or doughnuts or something.

I would give this place no stars if i could! It was a closer location so i thought id try it out! I waited 10 min in the lobby before i was helped! The guy cane out in sun glasses! Didnt even look at me when i was talking to him! I told him the problem and he was very rude with his response! He said itd take several hours for him to figure out the problem after i already explained to him the problem! So I decided to take my business elsewhere!

Phone just stopped working on me and he was able to fix it within a hour for a good price even when Verizon said it was unfixable !

The staff here were fantastic. They were very helpful over the phone and at the store. They got my phone fixed same day and were reasonably priced! So happy I found them!

When I went to pick up my phone, the back cover was not fully attached. I was told that they would add glue because it had set improperly. I left and came back. When I looked at the phone again, I was missing my stylus. The employee looked around for a few minutes before going outside and retrieving it from where I can assume was the trash out back. The phone is working and they did fix the broken screen, but there was definitely a lack of attention to details.

GREAT SERVICE! Took my moto z3 in for a screen repair. Its not a popular phone so the screen had to be ordered in and they still got it fixed for me within a couple days. Very competitive prices as well. Went to another place over the summer that literally took weeks longer at a much higher price.

Corey was great! He fixed my Switch controllers in just a day and has them working like new! Sending them to Nintendo would have taken weeks.

I took in my son’s iPhone to get the screen replaced. Corey fixed it and had it ready in minutes. Very efficient, affordable, fast and friendly service! I will definitely come back every time!

Never go here. The young man (I wont name any names since I dont want to get him in any trouble) wasted my time saying to have my nephew take his phone here and ask for him when he never even bothered to show up- ON TWO DIFFERENT occasions. It makes the whole business look bad. Go to UbreakIfix instead. They are reliable.

I had to call several times to get any information on the status of my repair from the Belleview office. The associate I talked to at the Lakeside office and the owner were very polite, courteous and very helpful.

Had an iPhone screen replaced here. The new touch screen ended up being faulty and they replaced it with no hassle. However, the second screen was also faulty. They replaced that one quick and easy too. Tyler was a complete professional to deal with and couldnt have been nicer. Great service! Highly recommend!!

Horrible,Took my kids tablet in 2.5 months ago i stopped in and called numerous times asking status. First they said tech broke new screen and that they had to re order. 2nd time they said charging issue part has not came in. So now 2.5 months later i called they said they don’t know why no one called me or what is wrong with it and he said we wont charge you just come and get your tablet. WOW!

Also, I called the other location and the staff was nothing but apologetic as this wasnt the first complaint they received about this individual.

**Highly recommend** I came into the shop not knowing what it would cost me to get a replacement screen on not one, but two iPhone 6 Plus. After calling other local businesses in the area about prices, Fix It Fast came in on top for reasonable pricing! The service was great and it only took about half an hour till I got them BOTH back. Will be going back and will be definitely referring to friends and family.

Went above and beyond. I brought in my phone that was dropped and the screen no longer worked, although no visible cracks. Tyler took apart my phone and confirmed it was a broken LCD and not the connection by plugging in a good one. Although I did not want to spend the money to replace that as my phone was getting older, Tyler helped me to transfer some files off of it while it was still working anyway. Really appreciated that as otherwise I may have never gotten those pictures

I went in and they fixed my screen for 83 bucks. Then a week later the home button doesn’t work and since they told me a I have a warranty for any technical damages they would fix it. Of course they can’t fix it and don’t want to just by their atitudes, also tell me they can’t do anything about it. This shop in Bellevue needs better hiring staff. Don’t go here get it done professionally at Apple.

This is the first time I have ever had to get a phone repaired. I dropped my phone and the screen would not turn on, but it wasnt visibly cracked or broken. I first went to irepair smart phones and after barely glancing at my phone they told me it needed a new screen and that it would be $199. I then went to get a second opinion at fix it fast and Tyler told me it could be a broken screen or it could just be unplugged and that he could check for that before ordering a new screen. Apparently this is a tricky thing to do without breaking the screen, even if it wasnt broken before. Within 20 minutes he called and told me it was just unplugged and he was able to fix it. Only charged me $20 too. I am very thankful that fix it fast was HONEST and willing to check for the cheap solution instead of just trying to get more money out of me. Fast, cheap, skilled and friendly. 5 stars!

Very techie in a good way--they knew what was going on. Quick fix and good to work with. Also were conscious and considerate enough to check if I had backups before they started work. Put a few more months worth of life into my Droid.

This place is a awesome. Had a phone that was damaged by water and he was able to fix it and in a such a short time. Their name says it perfectly...fix it fast.

Had to wait a week for the battery to come in. no big deal. they then broke the screen during the battery replacement process. waited another week. worked for 3 months before the battery was dying in 4 hours after a full night of charging in which it would only reach 90%. additionally there must have been some debris stuck under the screen because the sensor that detects your face during a call would perpetually keep the screen dark during a call.finally am about to go on a trip and call NBFMs UBreakiFix to get the battery swapped again and find out the Screen THEY (fix it fast) broke and replaced was not an official Google screen and was already coming off on its own.this business clearly uses cheap off brand products that are not of quality. bad screen. bad battery. bad wait. dont use this service.

Fix It Fast has incredible customer service and fixed my phone faster than I knew was possible. They were all very friendly! I would definitely recommend and will be back to them with any screen repair needs!

I highly do not recommend this place I took my phone in to get a screen replacement because it had shattered. When we came back to pick up the phone the lady working there had completely broke my phone, when I would go to type in my password the screen wouldn’t work and I couldn’t even get into my phone. Less then 10 minutes later the whole phone turned off and the screen went black, I couldn’t charge the phone or turn it on at all. My friend also came to this place because she had water damage in her phone, the place also didn’t fix her problem and made her phone slow and glitch.

Good experience overall. They were flexible with times and had great turn-around time. They were helpful, capable, and were willing to work with me in spite of my phone having more problems than just the screen I came in to replace.

First time I went there, it took a couple of days to get the part in. Second time I went there, it took over a week to get a part. Yes they fixed it, not sure about the fast part.Since I cant leave a second review, I will add on to this one. I went back one more time to let them redeem themselves. This time instead of a iphone, I took a Samsung. Not only did it take a long time, I had to take it back 3 times because the screen broke due to the way it was installed. On the third time, they told me not to bring it back, that they will not fix it. This time I got another person. They told me that if they dealt with me originally, they would have told me they dont work on these phones because they have problems with them. I also wish they would have told me that, I would have saved my $200.

The glass on the screen was popping out and the LED needed replaced. Money is an issue for me, so the guy was willing to take $10 off. I have a Samsung Note 5 for reference. Not only are they the highest price quote I received on a charging port repair I found in town but I was told theres a 95% the screen could break when doing the repair and if it did not only would I have to pay for the charging port but for the screen that they broke as well and they claim to have competitive prices but are the only place nearby I found to charge me for the screen if they break it and are the highest repair cost I was quoted

I went in on December 16th for a battery replacement and they broke my phone. They handed it back and said to try the other location in west Omaha to see if they could fix it...I went and they could not fix it as this Bellevue location broke the screen and the motherboard. They said they would order me a new phone, when it arrived, a week later, it was not the correct memory size and it would not work on my service provider. They said they would order another one, this one did not show up until January 11th! I had to call this place multiple times for updates and to keep them working on a replacement device for me. I would not recommend as this was a very poor experience. 0 stars

The guy was ok kind of stuck up and didnt fix my device its like a 2.5 for me you know not awful but not quite good enough to be ok. I didnt really appreciate him not giving me any options for my device that had broken screen but oh well. Dont really think I would go back just not worth it.

I took my PS4 in last week to get a disc Eject tray fixed and not only did they not fix it within a week and a half but they realize after all that time that the part we was waiting for was canceled and I had to call and find out myself after so much time has passed with no word...I dont see how they can call themselves fix it fast they initially told me it would be fixed the next day which was a lie I dont recommend this place to anyone that is on a timely manner

This company is a joke. I took my phone in for an issue and I got it back with even more problems. Now the screen wont work. I was told to contact the owner and he wont respond. I was hung up on time by the manager. This is terrible service from a terrible company.

Worst phone repair shop ever! They are rude. And even though they say there’s a lifetime warranty on the screen they repair....they do not honor it!

They take really good care of you, they keep their promise and fix your screen in 30 minutes or less, and customer service was great, I would definitely go back if had another problem.

I took my ps4 in and they it would take 5 to 7 business days. It has been almost 3 weeks and it not done yet.
