Wrong DiagnosticSafe your time and find somewhere else guys, my pc was unable to boot into system so I bring it to here, then they said because it’s a custom pc they need to charge me 50 USD, I said that’s fine as long as you can give me the diagnostic.They called me few hours later and told me my motherboard was failed, I asked how so? They said well it’s short, and they suggest to replace my motherboard from them. I decided to took the pc back home and replace it through warranty, but guess WHAT!!! The motherboard is fine!! The CPU is where the problem is!!!! When I switched my cpu (3700x) to my old one (2600) and it boot up!!!!! I should’ve done it before I even go this this place!!!Anyway, those guys can’t even tell if the problem was the cpu or the motherboard, I will save some of your money and go somewhere else!!!Picture received attached!

Friendly staff, even though the computer battery I needed they didnt have but they were still nice enough to explain why and look up prices for me. If they dont have the part for your computer they can order it for you.

This shop has absolutely tried to rip me off! They try not to fix it but to replace the parts so to charge you! When you decided not to repair (cause the charges they offer is higher than buy a new), You still needed to pay so call urgent fee of $50!!!They would not tell you how easy to transfer data by using a separate key board but tell you they could do it for you for $$$!I shall never go to this store to repair my laptop!

I had a terrible experience with A Plus Computer Tech. My laptop screen hinge had issues but it was in working condition. When I got my laptop back it wasnt even starting up. Also they misplaced my laptop charger and I never got it back.

EXTREMELY disappointing with the level of service and professionalism from the Cameron and the rest of the team here. They manipulated me into getting a free diagnostic assuring me that they would look for any potential issues in my laptop. After reluctantly handing over my laptop to them IN WORKING CONDITION I received a call from the team with them telling me blatantly that they had broken my laptop and that it was no longer responsive which I had saved up MONTHS for to go to school with. When I expressed my concern I received nothing but cold answers an further manipulation as they tried to further charge me hundreds of dollars just to receive my data that THEY had lost. Would highly recommend staying away from A Plus Computer Tech and I will be filing a official complaint.

We often need something fixed so badly, it could be easy to be taken advantage of. Cameron was authentic and wasnt looking for different angles to scare me about my lost data, or for opportunities to overcharge. He looked at my drives, let me know what he learned, and didnt pressure me to make a decision either way. It was just clear that they were there for me if I needed it. I would highly recommend.

Our main computer pretty seriously malfunctioned a few weeks ago and the crew here has been phenomenal. They diagnosed the problem for free and then talked me through how to get it fixed for cheaper through Dell. But their service didnt stop there! With COVID-19 happening, theyve allowed the Dell onsite technician to fix it at their office so that I didnt need to risk someone coming into my home. It was also the only way Dell would send out a technicians since in-home service is currently not possible. A Plus Computer Tech has kept me up-to-date every step of the way and have given me excellent instructions and next steps to take much better than Ive gotten directly from Dell support.

I had an issue installing a new video card for my desktop. I was struggling with the connection piece into the video card itself. I had a laptop that had some issues with charging as I had to hold the pin in place by hand for it to charge. Having recently moved to Bellevue, googled top repair places and came across A Plus. Went there. The guy looked at it and told me because of the backlog, it will take 2-3 days for initial diagnostic unless you pay $50 for expedited one. I refused to pay. Less than 24 hrs later, the backlog magically disappeared and got a call telling me it will be $227 plus tax because the charging port is broken and soldered to motherboard. So labor will be intense and 2.5 hrs long even though replacement part is cheap but will take a week to ship. Went back and picked up my laptop and took it to Dr.PC Fix in Redmond. The guy took my laptop and performed free diagnostics. Told me he needs to open the laptop to see the damage and assembly of the charging port so will get back to me the next day but if it requires replacement it will be $120 with three day turn around. Happy with the price and timeline, i jumped into the car and drove away. With in 2 hrs Dr PC Fix called and said there is no damage to the port and issue was with the charging cable. Buy new charger for $38 all in and laptop is good to go. That’s exactly what I did and its up and running.

A Plus recently closed their location close to me but when I called, they responded by sending a rep (the owner) down to troubleshoot my system. I then asked for an upgrade which they did. I have no reservations about recommending this business to anyone. They are good, fast, and reasonable in their pricing. You cant go wrong with their service.

I ordered a keyboard replacement for my laptop requesting the priority service. I took almost two weeks and then they said that the wrong keyboard is ordered and I have to wait longer. I didnt have more time for that so I had to cancel the order paying 50$ for the rush service. Disappointed.

I tried A plus services without any recommendations, I chose them because of locations. My laptop LCD was broken and I wasnt sure it would be fixed. Aplus computer Tech has been so helpful. I am an older computer user and I have called them several times to help me solve problems and understand computer pop ups. I take in my PC and it is always fixed correctly. I have had bad experiences at other places. They are so friendly, I trust them and will not go anywhere else. They have helped me with thumb drives and failing computer screens also.

I first visited A Plus because I accidentally downloaded a virus but the guys had it back up and running within 1 day!! I didnt lose any data and it has been running smooth ever since. I had such a good experience that I brought in a desktop that I was upgrading to a laptop and they were able to transfer all my files and my email (which ws very complicated since I had both personal and business emails going into 1 inbox with forwarding so that my emails delete off one server but stay on another etc.) I would definitely return and would recommend them to anyone with issues.

This is an update to my previous review. If there was an option of 3 1/2 stars I would have gone with that.I initially brought in a very slow laptop to find out what my options were for making it faster. It was suggested that I put in a solid state drive which made sense so they went ahead and did the work. Unfortunately that did not solve the problem of making my laptop faster so I had to bring it back a few times.The reason for the three star review is that although I brought it back about 4 times it was never communicated to me what the problem was until I was able to speak with Darren. Darren was very helpful in letting me know what the issue was and worked quickly to resolve it. Turns out the processor on the laptop was very inadequate and any other type of upgrade wouldnt be able to help it. Darren was very helpful in getting my money back on the hard drive.If I had talked to Darren first, before all of the trips in I would be giving a five star review, but I had to mark it down a bit for the initial lack of communication and my time spent running back to the shop.

Go to this place anytime you have a computer problem. They give you a free diagnostic of what is wrong with your computer, and try to fix it using simple methods. When I went in, they did tests to find out what was wrong with my acer laptop, and then honestly told me I should contact the company because I could get the problem fixed for free. I did it and it all worked out, free of charge. They were a great help and could have easily charged me a hundred dollars and I would have paid, they will not scam you.

These guys are knowledgeable and honest. I took in my laptop thinking the motherboard was fried. They had already agreed to push my laptop to the urgent list. They helped check it out and we found out the power cord is bust and the battery lights werent accurate. So it turned out to be a free checkup instead. If I have a problem again, Im sure to visit them.

Was at there on Jan 12 2019. I just finished building my new PC the night before, but could not get it to work no matter what i do, the pc simply just wont turn on.took it to the store, the staffs were very friendly, and after a quick look they found out that my power switch was no connected correctly on the power switch pins on the motherboard. they fixed that real quick, but was unable to turn on the PC.after some additional examination without yielding results, they took my new pc into the shop for further evaluation. they finished running additional tests within 2 hours, and found out that my PSU was defected. the staffs said that as soon as they connected my PC to the in-shop PSU, everything turned on as they should. they told me that I dont need to pay a single dime for their diagnostics, and diagnostics at the shop are always free.i really appreciate their work, because i dont have a spare PSU lying around at my house, and it would have taken me forever to figure out its actually a PSU problem. so at the end, i left some cash at the store and this 5 star review as a appreciation for these guys hard work.

I brought my laptop to them to fix, they ordered the parts and had already begun working on the laptop when I contacted them asking them to stop working on it because I was going to get a new laptop instead. Alan even held onto the parts they ordered for me for 3 days in case I changed my mind. They never charged me for putting my device back together and returning it to me. 100% going here for any future repair needs.
