This business caters to a specific demographic of people. That demographic does not voluntarily seek the services provided by this business.No rational person installs an interlock device in their car given their own free will. It is done as a result of a frustrating situation.Such a frustrating situation negatively influences the attitude of every customer who seeks this service. The atmosphere of providing a service to this demographic is certainly far from positive.I have unfortunately been such an individual, finding myself in an instance where I involuntarily solicited their service. I found myself in a business transaction that was demoralizing, as Im sure all feel in such a situation.Given such an adverse environment, this place deserves nothing but respect. The couple that runs this business are nothing less than efficient and professional. Every interaction has been straight forward, competent, and reliable. Not one issue that I have encountered as a customer has been a fault of theirs.This business interacts with an overwhelmingly bitter and antagonistic clientele. The countless instances of irrationally, angry customers that I see while waiting is more than enough to give this credence. Im far from surprised to see such a low Google rating. This accurately reflects their average customer maturity level, not their service quality.I feel inclined to balance the nonsensical reviews that precede me. These two are wonderful at their job, and deserve to be commended for it.*And to all future customers reading this, just remember- its your fault that youre in this situation. These people are only here to help, and avoiding a negative attitude will help you tremendously.

These people do not care about their customers and their safety. Ironic since they are called lifesafer.My mothers blower BLEW UP in the car and they refused any responsibility, refused any help, and told her to figure it out herself because the owner was leaving for the day. At noon.They are never there. Between poor communication and the constant hand written notes in their front door saying they are closed, it is very apparent these people do not care about their customers. Go to any other Lifesafer site. The owner of the one in woodinville helped my mom in her time of need.These people meed to be reported to their paremt company. They are the worst.

Worst customer service anywhere. Closed early when I had an appt and didnt call/email. Condescending, rude and absolutely unwilling to offer any solution to not being there when I was scheduled. Will drive further for maintenance to not give my business to these shadey people.

I have currently been on hold ONE HOUR AND 36 mins!!! And still on hold!!!!!!!! Yesterday I was on hold 36 mins then pressed 8 to be called back NEVER CALLED BACK!!
