Highly recommend! I have used their services twice and both times they were quick and extremely helpful, and went above and beyond. They saved me time and money by fixing my car with such quick and efficient service. I will always make this my first choice in car repair!

Had them take a look for potential suspension work, let me know about transmission problems which I would have never know about without them. Very friendly, professional, and informative. Would use them again for anything else I need no doubt!

Scheduled for a oil change while I waited. I was the 1st customer of the morning so expected the wait to be much less than the hour and half that it was. No reason was given, just a brief ‘sorry it took so long’Also the sticker reminder recommended the next change at 3,000 miles. That makes sense for a conventional oil however I went full synthetic which from everything I have read gives a much wider mileage usage.Not dissatisfied but am not impressed either .James C

Called in Thursday about getting an alignment done Saturday afternoon. I installed a lift kit Saturday morning so driving after needed to be limited. They were honest about their availability and asked if I could leave it with them for a few hours to get it in. They got it in and provided me the before and after alignment sheet. Much appreciated.

They got me in on short notice! Very happy about that. Tested and then replaced the battery. Price was fair and my car runs like a charm. They also topped off liquids. The two guys I dealt with both seemed very trustworthy and kind as well. I’ll go back.

I’ve had two recent experiences with this Jensen location, and I have nothing but positive things to say. I won’t name any names, but I’ve been to multiple shops that will try to take advantage of someone without car knowledge, and this Jensen tire is not one of them! They’re always friendly, professional, and don’t try to feed you a load of BS, unnecessary repairs. I don’t plan on taking my car anywhere else from this point on.

My sister and I had the car looked over 1 1/2 months ago. The gear shift came apart. I ended up fixing the locking mechanism on the steering colomn.I was told the new part was on back order, and a used part was available. I decided to fix the car with the used part. I was told the car would be fixed by the end of the week.I got a call from Mark yesterday around 5:45 pm. He said the car was ready. I was happily surprised to hear the good news.I picked up the car today 07/22/2021.

I was an hour away from home got a flat tire. The AAA guy took me to Jensen tire, he recommended even though it was holding air I needed to get tirechecked to make sure it was safe to drive on. They worked me into their already packed schedule very quickly and repaired my tire for only $23.99. I was afraid they would just try to sell me new tires but they were honest, fast, fair and very gentlemanly. I would recommend any of the gentleman there Thanks Guys for making my bad day not so bad!!!!!!!

I just got an oil change with Midas on Saturday, they didn’t think it was necessary to tell me my tire valve was broken. Monday morning, a guy at a gas station noticed my tire was low. Long story short I called several places (after 4pm on a Monday)with no luck. The staff at Jensen told me to bring it in, they could fix it, no hesitation. I have a sensor on my valve, they got it fixed, same day, last minute notice, and they explained everything thoroughly. This is the second time Jensen has taken care of me. I’m so grateful! They are true blue and the staff is amazing!!!

Horrible scheduling, nice people and decent value. Appointment was for 4pm. My wife, 4 kids and I dropped it off at 4. At 6 we went back thinking they just didn’t call us. We were wrong it was still in the back. I after 20 more minutes they finished it up. Not sure why they even take appointments if they are not going to work on them for a couple hours after the appointment time.

The men at this shop were helpful, kind and speedy with getting my car going so I could get home! Definitely recommend their services and would do business with them again if given a chance

I have been a loyal customer to Jensen tires since I moved back to Omaha area after getting out of the Marines in 2009. I was super satisfied with the tires and the alignment that I received. 2 days later, I got a screw on the inside of my rear passenger tire and it went flat instantly. So after a day of struggling with schedule and my spare, I took the tire up to Jensen. I was told there was nothing they could do for me and that I would have to buy another new tire. Not happy that they couldn’t help me out!!! Stated there’s a charge for roadside hazard and that it would cost me another $200 for a new tire. Like I told the employee, the reason I chose Jensen for my new tires was bc they took care of their customers. I DO NOT FEEL THAT WAY NOW AND WONT USE THEM AGAIN!!!

Got oil change and coolant flush on my Jeep. Even had them try their hand at a bad lug Id been fighting. Very professional shop. Great manager and mechanics. I prefer DIY, but can’t do a proper coolant flush myself. Even with the oil change, they saved me at least 70$ compared to competitors. From now on, any work I can’t do myself will be done at the Bellevue NE Jensen!

I got 4 new tires here in 2017 (never left a review then; I should have) but today’s visit was for my husband’s car (didn’t buy his tires at Jensen). We had a large bolt in the tire. The bolt must’ve come out on my way to Jensen because they removed the tire, examined the tire and did not find a bolt, so they submerged the tire in water and found there was no leak. Thankfully I avoided a repair but I wanted to leave this review because I was surprised there was no charge for the service especially when I had not purchased his tires there. The team had my car for at least 30 minutes and didn’t charge for their time. I thought this was incredible and I appreciate Jensen even more now.

I had a Trailblazer in with a blower motor resistor issue. They replaced a bunch of stuff and failed to identify a fairly basic wiring issue that is the most common cause of the problem in the first place, so the new stuff all immediately (like, while they still had possession of the car) blew again. I of course paid dearly to have my vehicle returned to me exactly as broken as it was. This was a while ago, but Im still sore about it.

Anthony quoted me the prices on different tires, and made suggestions to help me make the best decision. Jensen’s was not out to get my money, and did not suggest anything that I didn’t need. I was planning on dropping off tire to get fixed because it was near closing but they replaced the same day. Very thankful I didn’t have to drive in my spare!

Called to see if they could get my van in to fix the o2 sensor they diagnosed a couple months back. They wouldnt call back, My husband had to call them 3x. Once he was able to get them on the phone they said they could squeeze it in the next morning and be done around noon. I took it in the next morning and waited for about 2 hours before they asked if I could just leave it there so they could have the o2 sensor soak for awhile since its stuck in there. I left it at 10:15 in the morning and thought I would have a phone call before I had to pick my kids up at 2:30. No phone call from them, no one answers the phone. My husband had to stop in there to see if it was done. When he went in they told him they wasnt able to get the o2 sensor out so the estimated price of 254 now changed to 1800 if they had to replace the manifold and head, in case they broke something but in the end it may not even be a o2 sensor it could just be the transmission.

The manager of the store Mark has 40 years or more experience working on cars and has a good handle on electrical and electronic issues. They were able to troubleshoot and repair my car after I had taken it to 4 or 5 other mechanics for the same problem. I would highly recommend taking a car that is having an intermittent or continual issue with electrical or electronic over to Mark for him to look at and repair

When my lugs came up missing replacements were ordered free of charge. Very polite and attentive service. Greeted all customers as soon as they entered the store. Wish mask wearing was a requirement to enter for the safety of staff and guests however it is only strongly encouraged. Staff in store were properly masked.

Needed my car worked on immediately due to caring for my elderly mother and my boyfriend going through surgery. They got me in right away and were done it time for the doctors appointment I had to go to. Would recommend them to anyone.

Went in last minute for a low tire (I had a nail) I believe Cody was the one who helped me I waited maybe 20 minutes & they had my car done & ready to go. I took my car in to get the air conditioning fixed and Jensen called to let me know that they noticed a different issue with my car. I dont know much about cars but they did a great job explaining things to me in a way that I could understand. They even offered to fix the other problem that same day and gave me helpful advice on how I could prevent the issue from happening again. All the staff I spoke with were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great service!!

I had an appointment at 9am to have my tire patched. They were busy, and it took a long time but they were extremely apologetic for the wait and didn’t charge me for the service. It wasn’t necessary but it was very much appreciated that they valued my my time. I also witnessed them be extremely honest and fair with another customer. And an employee wiped down the light switches and door handles in the restrooms. Needless to say, I was extremely impressed. Great job guys!

Took my CRV with a bad tire, asked Jensen to check it out and I told them I am ready to replace all four tires if needed. Left the car for the day, came back to pick it up later just to find that jensen wasnt going to charge me anything for patching my bad tire and filling the spare. They could have charged me for any reason, but they didnt. They could have sold me new tires and I wouldnt know any different, but they didnt. It shows the level of integrity and commitment to help out. Please note that last time I used jensen was five years ago. With blistering cold weather, the stem in my tire snapped when trying to put air in it. We brought the tire they repaired it right away at a reasonable cost and were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I called 5 minutes ahead and Jensen in Bellevue got me in same day and patched my tire for free. Ill be coming back!

I had a light indicating low air pressure. I stopped to ask if they would check the tires. I was greeted and directed to where to my car should go. The man checked all tires. One was low. He found a nail. I made an appointment to have tire repair. I was treated politely and promptly. They told me that it would take 45 minutes and I received a call 45 minutes after I dropped off the car. The workers were so friendly and helpful. I recommend them highly.

From out of town with power problems. It was electrical issue solved in short order. They were highly professional and accomedating.

They gave me my options when I asked about all weather tires, and immediately informed me of the wait time from having to transport what I wanted from the warehouse to the shop including the total wait time of getting everything done. I was there for the allotted hour and half, but they were so punctual in letting me know when it was close to done, that I didnt even realize I had been there that long. They were fantastic across the board. I highly recommend them for your tire needs.

I brought my car in at 9:30 A.M. to have a bead leak fixed on one of my tires and the gentleman at the counter said it would be done by 10:30 or 11am but it ended up being done by 10am which was nice. My truck had some recalls so I took it in to get them fixed and found out it needed some work that was estimated to begin at $1,700. Honestly I didn’t like how the company kept my truck and gave me very limited information on the new issues that were found.So I called up Jensen in Bellevue and talked to Mark. Without looking at the truck itself, he gave me an estimate which was fine. He told me to drop it off and they would have a look at it. He told me it might take some time (since I didn’t have an appointment), but he called everyday and gave me detailed information about what was going on. I wasn’t in a hurry to get it done, so I was happy to wait. He was awesome! He told me exactly what was going with it every day and answered every question I had.It was still expensive because the issues weren’t an easy fix, but I honestly believe that if I had stayed at the dealership I would have paid $2K or more.I would 100% choose Jensen over the actual dealership anytime just based off of customer service, but saving a few hundred dollars was icing on the cake.

I’ve been going to this location of Jensen (Galvin road) for years now. They always help me with my problems and get me done in a timely matter. They had not realized my steering arm was as bad as it was and would cost me more, so they replaced my lug nuts (also in bad condition) for free to help me out after having to buy a new car after a house fire. They are so helpful. Highly recommend.

I came in with my new used car and asked them to look it for an upcoming trip I was planning. Each member of staff was super nice.Mr. Mark was the gentleman that worked on my car. He gave me a complete list of items that I needed to have fixed and listed them by importance.They gave me estimates for price and labor so I could be better aware. I fixed 3 of the 7 items on my list. I was quoted 2 hours of labor. They called me 90 minutes later letting me know my car was done.I will DEFINITELY be coming back for future work.
