Ive been a long resident from Aventine Apartments and I have to say I was very happy with my experience. You dont get amenities nor a fancy apartment, but I guess is expected since I got a good deal on rent when I moved back a couple of years ago. However. Everything went down under the new management. In the past months I have had more issues than the whole 2 years Ive been here before new management took over. Unresponsive management is has been a paint to deal with. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

I’ve lived here for one month. I’m very happy with it so far! The location is close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The building is very nice and up-to-date. It’s always felt safe. I haven’t had a lot of interactions with the management so far (haven’t needed to), but they’ve been great in the few interactions we’ve had.

I cant speak to the other property managers, but it was frustrating trying to get any form of communication from Raquel. I contacted the office multiple times only to get to voicemail. When I did get an email (after multiple days) to schedule a virtual tour with available times, I responded with a designated time, however, I received no follow up and eventually the time for the tour had passed with no communication at all. I had to send a second email before I finally got a generic response back, and then finally I get an email stating that only no apartments were available for those that didnt qualify for the Workforce housing program, which is fine, but why not mention that when you post your apartments on all of the apartment websites? Frustrating experience overall and I cant imagine what itd be like to try to put in a maintenance request and get your emails/calls ignored

There was a management team change earlier this year but I am glad the current one is just as good as the last one. There is no amenity like others said (no garbage chute as well), sound isolation is pretty good, appliances show their ages but they are well functional and clean. Overall a pretty good experience and probably one of the best apartments in Bellevue downtown in terms of what you are getting vs what you are paying.

Very nice and helpful staffs. Convenient location. Easy access to 405, groceries and restaurants. Reasonable rent. I really enjoy the time living here!

Apartments are well maintained and safe. If you are looking for a decent and a budget friendly place to live with no amenities like gym, pool or other, this is your place.The location is prime with everything walkable. I would recommend!

It’s a vary peaceful and beautiful property. Lots of nice people to meet, a quit environment. Really nice and smart manager it’s a good place to live. The manager and I have partnered well together in the past.

Living at Aventine for the past two years has been great! Id say that its a great option if you dont need any apartment amenities like a gym/lounge but want a great community, and an apartment with a good layout and amazing appliances (all stainless steel, marble countertops, etc.). The only downside to living here is the unassigned garage-the spots are pretty tight and the garage door has malfunctioned for a few days about two or three times since Ive lived here. My car was broken into once during those times (though that was partially my fault though-left some shoe boxes in my front seat). You can also pay extra for the assigned garage that, as far as I know, has never stopped working. And apart from the garage issues, the maintenance for the apartments themselves is awesome, the space is great (one of the bigger studios in downtown Bellevue), and the management is amazing!

The staff at Aventine was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was overwhelmed from my extensive apartment search, but Travis was very kind and knowledgeable of the property and answered all of my million questions! Two thumbs up!!

I loved living in Aventine. I lived here for a year in a studio, and it was a great decision. Admin office is always super helpful and friendly (Allyson and Travis). Its close to everything, gym, groceries, transit central, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The building is super well kept, and neighbors are the typical quiet, kind, educated, tech oriented young adults in Bellevue. You dont have a gym or spaces inside the building, but you are a few blocks from inexpensive real gyms, the park, and tons of coffe shops and restaurants.

Really beautiful and nice place to live. Lots of good people to meet. It’s a quit environment. The manger is really kind and respectful.

I lived there before. Maintenance guy Augie had a good experience and friendly service. Office is a always welcoming, nice place.

I love living here so much that I have lived here TWICE! 6 years ago I rented a one-bedroom here and absolutely loved it. Life took me elsewhere, but when I have the opportunity to comee back I jumped on it. I moved into this amazing two bedroom two bathroom this time. Travis and Oogi are an amazing team take very good care of the building and the residents.

Ive been here since October and its a pretty decent little place to live. The main drawback for me is my parking spot is right below a drain, so I pay $100 a month to have salt and water slowly eat away at my paint. The upside is that the parking is gated and Ive never had anyone mess with my car or belongings. The apartments have modern appliances, and for the square footage you get a good deal. There isnt a gym or common area, though so keep that in mind if its important to you.Will update at the end of my lease.

Aventine is the perfect home in Bellevue. Great location, quiet, clean, and wonderful staff that will treat you like family. Its a good place for many young professionals in the area.

Beautiful building with nice apartments, been living here for a while and my experience has been great.

Small and peaceful community with great location, competitive price and helpful staff. Close to groceries stores and center of downtown Bellevue. Bus stops and Bellevue transit center are just minutes’ walk. I don’t frequently use common space or small apt’s gym so I’m glad I don’t have to pay for any of those in this apartment. The old-style interior makes me feel like home.
