Overall, I’ve had a positive experience here. The management team is fair and friendly, especially Nevin. My favorite aspects of living here are the amenities, secure parking, dog-friendliness, and proximity to the freeway. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because of the elevators. For a building with this many tenants, it would’ve been a good idea to engineer to accommodate 3 or 4 elevators instead of two. I’ve stood as long as 8 minutes waiting for an elevator on a Sunday and this is just unacceptable. When you are lucky enough to get on one, it’s packed, and not a particularly fast ride. Lately, one elevator or the other has been out of service… which, needless to say, dramatically affects the waiting game. More elevators = less work for the elevators = less mechanical failure = less time spent waiting. Just my 2 cents. I do like it here and I probably will renew my lease. I would recommend living here for the quality of living.
10/10 Recommend Brio Apartments as a place to live. Units are new and the Amenities are like like no other. Prime location several work locations & restaurants. Management is very professional friendly — If I ever have a question or concern, management or maintenance is quick to stop by help with whatever I need.Super glad I chose to live here!
In addition to all the other wonderful amenities, Brio has a full size sport court! This is unheard of in downtown Bellevue! The staff is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Definitely recommend Brio at the top!
Aplus Housing is thrilled to place our Corporate Clients at Brio during their relocation to the area. Brio has wonderful amenities and a great staff! They have made our Guest feel at home and welcome in what can be a difficult time of transition . Thank you Team Brio!
Elegant, beautiful, and comfortable! Absolutely love this high rise! Staff has been wonderful and you’ll absolutely fall in love with the neighbors! 🥂
Brio is the best pick if you want modern day quality living. Rare beautiful appliances & outstanding customer service. Michael and his team are great! Very kind, knowledgeable, Caring staff. They will fix any concerns you may have to make you as comfortable as possible in your new home, which I’m sure you’ll love as well!
No guest parking, unless you want today $3 an hour which means if you have people over on the weekends it’s cheaper to just buy another parking spot. I’ve literally never seen a building that has zero guest parking. Elevators broken most of the time and even if both work it takes forever. I was promised parcel pending as part of my lease and my packages only get put in there about 50% of the time. The gate for resident parking is almost always broken. They rent out the basketball court so it’s always super busy, not sure how they can justify charging residents for it. Definitely will not renew my lease, seems like they really made this a great building for people who just want to sit in their apartment all day
They have great amenities but they have worst office. Their work process is bad and slow. Irresponisble, Strict. Also elevators are really slow.
The management is very responsive and really wonderful to work with.
I’ve lived here for almost a year now. Overall, if you can afford it I would say you’re definitely getting good value by moving here. The amenities are obviously great, only complaint I can think is the pool is not heated + no hot tub.Yes there was a lot of construction noise during 2020 when they were finishing up. That’s all done. Now I just hear my upstairs neighbor doing home workouts, which seems odd considering the gym and yoga studio are fully open. The ground floor entrance is always littered with delivery packages, but there is a secured parcel box so I think delivery just needs more help to catch up with their system.Management is good at communicating and for the most part very helpful.
Great staff, nice units.
I moved to Brio in November.Aside from the closed amenities and messy hallways, THE WINDOWS IN MY APARTMENT ARE LEAKING. The manager offered to either temporarily move me to another unit (until they fix where Im living) or permanently move to another unit. I was given options for smaller units and told that I might even need to pay more in rent! SO I BASICALLY HAVE TO PAY TO BE EVICTED FROM MY HOME?!IT’S VERY UNFORTUNATE THAT THEY HAD NO ISSUE RENTING ME THIS APARTMENT AND TAKING MY RENT WITHOUT NOTICING THIS ISSUE !I dont understand how this wouldnt have been noticed during an inspection.
Brio is awesome!! It has all the amenities I want in a new urban high-rise and then some! It has all the standard perks of a luxury building as well as a large pool, pet relief and wash station and movie theater. This will only get better when the retail space below opens up.I have lived in a property managed by this management company (UDR) for 3 years and they have always taken care of my family.
There are many incomplete parts of the apartment. I get woke up by the construction noice several times early in the morning, and it’s still noisy during the day sometimes. The lobby gets locked up from time to time, the only access in & out is walking through the garage entrance. The construction complete date is way longer than what the leasing office initially promised us. It cause a lot of inconvenience ever since I moved in. The most outstanding amenities: pool and basketball court is still not yet finished, I’ve been living here for months and now I almost forget about them existing. And package keeping is poor. There is an extra charge to use the apartment locker, and even then the big packages that don’t fit in the locker would just be left in the lobby with no notice, sometimes the small package that can fit in obviously still get left out with no sign for absolutely no reason. It’s still a fairly good apartment to live in, but the service and amenities are nothing compared to what it seemed and what I expected it could be before I moved in, and don’t match with the rent price either.
Very nice
There is so much construction all day long. I feel completely scammed by this being told there would be light construction and now there half the entrances and exits blocked off. for months and months there seems to be no end to this.
