I’ve been going to this beautiful salon for about 6 months now. Not once have I left disappointed. The salon is beautifully decorated and super clean. The owner Tony who I personally go to every time, always does an amazing job and has the best suggestions when I can’t pick a color. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Extremely upset and annoyed. The lady was rough, and made the experience unenjoyable. She made my toe bleed and it wouldn’t stop gushing blood. Even after I got home and cleaned it up myself it was STILL bleeding and I didn’t get home until an hour later And it is still bleeding as I am writing this. The cost was $40 but she charged me $30 for making bleed although I honestly feel like I shouldn’t have had to pay for it at all at that point.

Vanessa is the best at this location. She has done a pedicure for me that was amazing. I was about to find another salon to go to due to the first 2 manicures I had here were not great. Vanessa was able to do my fill in yesterday and paid great attention to detail. My nails look great. I will only use Vanessa now. Top notch service. Thank you: Vanessa

They don’t push ur cuticle back or use oil 90% of the time, If Im paying 65$ for my nails I want u to actually cut my cuticle and do a full service because that’s what I’m paying for. Smh

My experience: Pedicure was extremely rushed. Foot soak water was cool at best. I asked for it to be warmer and a splash of hot water was added. The soaking time was less than 20 seconds before the trimming began on the first foot, which made it uncomfortable and even painful one time since the skin was not given time to soften. I was not asked if I wanted the nails cut, she just began cutting so I was then at the mercy of having the rest cut and I was not asked about shape. The cuticle was not pushed back and the nails were not filed. I had to file on my own at home since the edges of some would have put holes in the bed sheets. I was handed a menu during the beginning of the appointment and couldn’t pay attention to both things. She tried to up-sell me on the more expensive pedicure services that I wasn’t interested in. I had to say ‘no’ three times and who likes that? People should understand that when someone has given you an answer, any pressure beyond that compromises their chances of a proper gratuity in my opinion. Upon giving my answer and requesting the basic pedicure the final time the technician point to the more expensive ones and said “this better”. This was not going well and I knew almost instantly I would never return here. I don’t know how, but the nails were prepared in such a way that yielded the worst pedicure results I’ve ever experienced. I still have dry skin and I question the cleanliness of the exfoliating squares used since they were pulled from a plastic sandwich bag. The polish looks raised, I wasn’t offered to slip into my sandals (also no toe separators used) and no buffing was done prior to polish. The last thing I was asked, “you want a manicure too?”. ‘No, thank you’. I’m really surprised at all this and it cannot be the way things are there all the time, but it was very disappointing.

I recently began coming to the salon I am absolutely blown away at how skilled my technician Tony was. His keen attention to detail making sure I was happy and actually getting what I wanted. Not once have I been burned by a nail file or nicked in the cuticle... ehh we know how much that hurts. If you want design work or bling Tony is your guy for your custom designs!!! Diamond in the rough. They do book quickly so make sure to call ahead. Pricing is adequate and fair.

I came to Nail Indulgence to get a fill and gel. You get what you pay for here. It cost me $35 and my nails look like it’s been two weeks since my last fill. The girl who did my nails shaped them all different. I asked for coffins with the corners slightly rounded. Some nails are rounded, some are crocked, and others are a mix of both. It was a complete waste of money! I’ll have to reshape them myself and try to find a new nail salon that has experience with shaping. I don’t recommend going to this place.

I have tried many nail salons in the area and this is by far my favorite. They always squeeze me in and take the time to perfect my nails. They have the most dip colors of anywhere I’ve gone and if you have something particular in mind they’ll do their best to make it happen! I see Vanessa here and love her but they are all so talented at what they do! I highly recommend checking them out

I arrived at my appointment early and they were able to take me right away. Very nice staff who werent pushy about more expensive options. A little shorter than I wanted but that it partially on me. Overall a very great place. I would definitely recommend. I will definitely be going back.

I saw Lan, she did an incredible job on my nails. Was very thorough, and fixed a few of my damaged acrylic nails. The price is extremely affordable and I was taking as soon as I walked in. They can do designs on your nails, as well as the acrylic flowers

I had a great experience here today. I got a pedicure from Apple which was wonderful and a manicure that was also well done. Owner was very accommodating and professional. Also, i felt very comfortable with how they followed all the new covid rules. Definitely will be returning.

I have been going and continue to have nail services here. Once they get to know you the better it gets. I have a relationship w Apple and she knows what is important for my nail and foot care. I highly recommend this place if business.They are professional and the atmosphere is accommodating and clean. The tools are sanitized and they glove for their services when appripriate.

Best pedicure I’ve ever gotten! Highly recommend the deluxe. Worth the money

They are not professional. Nice, unprofessional. They make you sit as if they are going to take you next and no one tells you how long it’s going to be. I waited for 40 mins and when I asked the guy told me I’m next and then the woman who was supposed to take me next disappeared. There is no hospitality or friendliness. I would’ve respected it so much if they at least told people how long it was going to be. I could’ve run my errands and come back. I will never go there again just on that principle!

Went in to get a mani/pedi full set. After choosing a color, the same for both my hands and toes, I proceeded to get a full set and the color was completely different. I stated multiple times that the nails were too long and I did not like the color. After staying this multiple times, I left extremely unsatisfied for spending over $100 on this experience. I did not even make it out of the parking lot before I went back inside and asked the lady to fix them. She obliged and redid them, making them shorter and making the color match. In a hurried, and annoyed manner, she finished fixing my nails. I am still so unsatisfied and she also charged me an additional $10 to fix her mistake. Thoroughly unsatisfied with this experience.

I saw Tony and he far exceeded my expectations. I have been getting my nails professionally done for 5 years prior and this is honestly the best my nails have ever looked. Excellent work and he is a true artist. Highly recommend to anybody thinking of trying somebody new !

I feel compelled to write a review because I had a great experience here. The shop is clean and nicely decorated. They did an excellent job of listening to what I wanted. The manicure was pain free, well done and fast. It looks amazing and has lasted for days. Its one of the best manicures Ive had in NH. Wish I could add a picture of my nails, because they look great and they were a mess before I went in!

When you get your nails done and pay cash every time you go in for the past 5 months just to earn a $10 gift card and the OWNER/nail tech says he doesnt remember me paying cash when I know for a fact he knows I always pay cash! Then he tells me he has a heart condition and I give him high blood pressure so he wont be talking to me anymore when Im sitting in his chair! Like Ill be going back after this experience! He does beautiful nails, but trust is a 2 way street. Enter this business at your own risk! Horrible customer service! And received the worse pedicure I have ever gotten. The nail tech cut the corners of my toenails so now I have ingrown toenails. I will never step foot in this place again after the way I was treated BY THE OWNER. They are NOT sanitary either. They reuse the drill files that still have nail dust from other customers. They do not change the towels that every customer puts there hands on all day while getting their nails done. The state needs to drop into this establishment!

Not impressed with this salon. We made appointments and they fit us all in except one of us. Leaving one person behind us three. No massage in our manicures. Four of us got dip nails. ( had dip nails previously ) and we all got different treatment today. They don’t clean under the dip tips. Leaving them thick. And two of my nails are rough of the ends. Just not a great experience....

Horrible customer service!!I have been loyal and coming to this salon for years. When I pay $45 for pink and white nails and Im not happy with them, because they have streaks of old red polish beneath them they should do whatever it takes to make it right! So very disappointing!!The owner sat and talked in his language to tell his employee what to say to me instead of getting up and talking to me himself and making it right, is just pathetic. He has no problem talking away on the phone while hes doing peoples nails, but cant talk to me directly and address a problem.When I called back the next day to again give an opportunity to fix my nails so they looked better, he told me that they did what I asked for pink and white and that the nail technician spent the hour with me, I got what I asked for.How unfortunate that he (this nail salon) does not stand behind its quality, product and its customers happiness, its simply a cash payment into his account.What an awful way to treat your loyal customers who come for years every other week. I will not be back again, youve lost this client and all of my referrals. Please look else where!

I was a walk-in on a Thursday night. Pretty busy place, so I knew I would have to wait. No problem. busy usually equals good. However, I was told to sit at a chair and wait, because they do not have a waiting area. So I was sitting there going through the nails because I wanted shellac. I picked out two colors. After about 20 minutes, I was instructed to go to another booth and sit there and wait. As the technician came over, I presented the colors I wanted and was told that the ones I chose was for dip nails (I wanted shellac gel) so she handed me another tub of colors. I picked out another one, she went to find it and spent 5 minutes searching for the color, only to not actually have the color I wanted. So I picked a different one. She again got lost trying to find the color (they seem to push and are REALLY prepared for dip-nails, but not shellac). She attempted to be friendly, but was pretty tired looking. I felt bad, however she kept forgetting to turn the machine on to set the shellac and just seemed absent minded. After 1 week (at the time im writing this) its starting to peel up on the edges and just not lasting. Dont think I will return.

I have given this salon two chances to impress me, and I have to say Im very disappointed. My first visit was on a busy Friday afternoon and I did not have an appointment, so when I waited for about 30 minutes to be seen I was understanding of the fact that I was a walk-in and not a priority. Nails came out great, so I decided I would give them another chance and be sure to call ahead of time for an appointment.I did just that, and after arriving on time and sitting in the chair for 30 minutes without being acknowledged by any of the staff, I decided to leave, and I will not be returning. I will be going to Glossy Nails across the street from now on.

Officially switching nail salons. I have gone here for years and it is always a guessing game of whether or not you’re going to get a good technician. Today I got a pedicure that was supposed to be 40 minutes and lasted 20. Then once she got to actually painting the nails they turned out all smudged with nail polish all over the skin and when I asked her to fix the smudge she just added to it. I didn’t want to be confrontational so I just paid and left but overall not happy with my experience. My sister got a pedicure too and hers came out amazing. Depends on who you get but the wait time is long, they don’t have enough staff and when they are busy they seem to rush.

1 star.Was very rushed. There were other peoples nail clippings all over the towel they were doing my nails on, not sanitary. Lady started doing my shellac in the wrong color, when I spoke up she suggested that no it was the color I picked. Another man had to point out it was not. He then did my nails. I was concerned about nails being over cured with too many coats of shellac, only for them to say its not and not take into consideration my concerns.Nails dont even look good.Still charged me $30, but tried to give me $5 off my next visit, like I would ever come back.

My nails came out perfect by Amy, she did a really great job on the designs I wanted and perfected them and the sns process. Not only that but she was super nice. If the workers were laughing or talking in their language she would translate it and tell me what they were talking about that is so funny. Also my pedicure was heaven. Thanks :-)

I had an extremely bad experience a this nail salon. I had an appointment and still waited over 20 minutes. The gentleman who greeted me in the pedicure section was rude. The woman who did the pedicure applied so much pressure, one of my nails was bruised. I would not recommend this salon.

Let me start by saying Im a man and this is the first nail salon Ive ever been in, so this review is in no way a comparison to other shops. I came in for my first pedicure and it was great. The foot bath wasnt warm until I asked my nail technician to raise the temperature. I sat in an awesome 16-function massage chair, which could probably accommodate a person of any size, as it was much larger than I ( 6, 150lbs). On top of cutting my nails perfectly, they also massaged the most lotion Ive ever seen onto my feet and lets. My feet have never looked or felt so clean... Ill probably come back eventually!

The service was nice, but I have had acrylic nails, on and off for about 3 years and have done many things that would make them break or chip and that has never happened. I went in just for a fill and color change and got pushed into getting gel nail polish put on even though I said many times No thank you. My nails broke about a week and a half later. The place is very nice and clean but for the price that it costed I would not go back.

Absolutely horrible service. My friend and I went to get our nails done here and it was the worst experience at a nail salon for both of us in our lives. To start off, there was only one other customer in the salon at the time and the technicians wouldnt let my friend and I sit together even after we asked multiple times. My technician cut my nails much to short which I wasnt happy about but put my problem with her aside to have a good time with my friend. Once my nails were finished I went to go sit with my friend and she asked the technician to cut her cuticles but was told by the lady that it was too late to cut them and that you had to ask first. This seemed absolutely ridiculous to us because the main reason you go to a salon is to get your cuticles cut. So we continued to ask them to just please cut them. At this point the male technician butted in saying that you have to ask first and this is only done as a favor. This was completely ludicrous to me because I had gotten my cuticles cut without having to ask. After a very heated back and worth ANOTHER nail technician jumped in on the conversation saying everyones nails are different and that my friends did not need to get cut. This whole situation couldve been handled without everyone getting upset by just cutting my friends cuticles to begin with. After 4 nail technicians attacking us about this favor they finally proceeded to take 5 seconds and cut my friends cuticles. We will NEVER be back even though my friend has been a long time costumer of them. The male technician, who I believe to be the owner, is the rudest individual with the worst customer service I have ever come upon. This place will be out of business soon with their 2 star yelp rating.

Decent, clean place. Friendly staff. Pretty average place overall, but nothing special. They did a good job on my pedi but did my mani really quickly while I was still sitting in the pedi chair so it came out kinda crappy.

Well first off Im missing half my pinky nail, they did such a terrible job. After only four days of wear I had to go to another salon to take them off and replace them. Save your money and spare you finger nails.

Less than 2 weeks and most of my nails have either lifted or came off. This was my first time here and I will not be going back. I used to do dip all the time and it would last 3-4 weeks and they would still take a while to get them off to redip. Needed my nails done for a party and now I need to go pay another salon to redo my nails less than 2 weeks later.. not okay!!!!!

I’ve been getting Shellac for years and I continue to get it because it lasts so well. I have recently moved across town so I tried this salon for the first time. I had a pedi done and a shellac mani. They did the mani on my lap while I was getting my pedicure.Two days later it completely peeled off one finger, the next day it was coming off my second finger. Easter was approaching so I went in to get the two nails repaired.I spoke to the (manager?) who told me shellac is not good. It won’t last. I attempted to tell him I ALWAYS wear shellac and never had issues before this particular mani.He insisted that a dip was much better and would last much longer. I didn’t want to pay for a dip less than a week after I already paid for so he insisted I do one and pay only half price (it was still over $25 with tip.)Now within 8!days of getting my first dip, I have chunks that came off two fingers.Sigh ...I give upIt’s

So RUDE! VERY Young Girl who was doing my pedi was either in a bad mood or hated her job! Never massaged my feet never offered any extras, gave me the look of horror when I asked for metal file on heels she said $5 extra! Ok whatever do you have a pkg where its included I asked, no packages...OK I will pay extra, then I wanted a flower on one toe you would have thought I asked her to cut her arm off! I said forget it! Never mind that when she put my sandals on she bent my foot so far foward so it was laying flat on foot rest like I was a rubber doll...I couldnt get out of there fast enough, plus I could tell she complained to other techs when I asked for metal file and flower because they were laughing...Will NEVER be back there.RUDE, RUDE, RUDE...NO TIP, and I always tip $10...

Best nail salon i’ve ever been to!!! The staff were sweet and my prom nails (a coffin shape SNS dip, ombré with gems) came out EXACTLY like the photo i showed my tech (Mulan was her name, if you want a direct reccomendation) and it’s 2 weeks since and they have not budged at all, great experience!!

Although they were very nice & accommodating I just cant say that I would reccomended them. I have been doing all sorts of nail options since being a young woman. I have been doing shellac for two years & tried here as they are so close to my work. However, my first visit was not good. I gave them a chance to fix it & still not satisfied. I pay extra for shellac & in less than a week its pealing off, right before my vacation. Boooo. Ill have to go somewhere else and pay extra AGAIN in less then my ordinary three weeks that I am able to push my normal appointments to. Sorry but the girl I went with same situation. Not sure if we are part of the bad percentage but it seemed a bit coincidental in my opinion!

Be cautious when using “Nail Indulgence” in Bedford, NH. Today I thought I’d quickly treat my friend, a new momma, to a quick mani/pedi. So we walk in and knowing she has a sitter at home, I ask if they have time for us to get both done. Of course they reply and quickly get our pedicures started. Trying to treat her, I order their best option (cost $50 and be at least 50 mins). Throughout the fastest pedicure (25 mins... 1/2 of what the description said) I’ve ever seen, they left paraffin wax all over our feet, got paint all over our toes, and cut them crooked and ended smudged. As I was done first, they told us I should wait so we could get our nails done at the same time. Suddenly they startwd being rude and telling us we should’ve made an appt and are taking walk ins at the same time. They start My friend’s nails (which were the worst I’ve ever seen) and then tell me I can keep waiting. The older lady was extremely rude and laughed when we commented that we had to leave soon because we had a sitter and her nails were almost done and mine not started. Long story long.... the worst service I’ve ever seen. I used to love this place so I am so sad. Apparently since opening and now having a clientele, they no longer care about quality or customer service. When I explained I wouldn’t wait anymore, they then informed me our pedicures would now cost $65 a piece instead of $50. Absolutely do not waste your time or money. PS... after posting our pics on my FB, I had at least 3 people who stared they experienced the same and will never return. Wish I had known before literally wasting my time and $200 just to have to get them redone.
