One of top 3 best nail salons Ive ever been to. Very thorough and meticulous. Took there time and did it right. Was also gentle.

My big toe and baby toe nail grow funny, but the pedicure tech made them look like they did when i was a young girl. She took her time and gave them care love from my point of view. I was very emotional at the end results. The man that did my manicure was very gentle and listened to what i wanted and went above and beyond. I am very well pleased and will be returning, Ive found my nail salon.

This was my first time at this location. I believe Tiffany helped me! I saw how well she was doing the lady’s nails right before me so I was really excited for her to do mine. After i showed her a picture of the nails i wanted she went as far as to mix the powders for a specific color:) She was also super sweet. Unfortunately, she told me that someone else would be taking care of me in the middle of soaking off my nails which made me sad:( Overall, a great location with good prices.

I got a basic mani/pedi with no polish- nothing. Even still I received attentive care and a foot and leg massage that was to die for. Arm and hand as well. Amazing!

Will definitely be coming back soon! Tiffany did an amazing job on mine and my daughters nails! The atmosphere was serene and the salon was clean and welcoming!

I’m not really sure how this business receives such great reviews. I was a new customer and had made an appointment to receive a dip mani and pedicure at the same time. After wrapping my fingers in foil to remove my old dip nails, I was then asked by the nail tech if I wouldn’t mind her going to work on another client. This seemed very unprofessional to me especially considering I booked both services at the same time. My pedicure felt very rushed considering the nail tech that did my pedi, ended up having to do my dip mani. The massage was basically nonexistent. My legs felt like they were just being stroked and the nail tech did some weird slapping “massage” on my legs that was not soothing at all. My dip nails lasted me about three days before they started lifting near the cuticle. I was informed about the 7 day guarantee, but I opted not to come back considering the initial poor service I received. I will not be returning.

I havent gotten my nails done in a long time and I decided to give this place a try because it had so many positive reviews. I was blown away by how wonderful the service was and how well my acrylic nails turned out! Tiffany was very pleasant and did a fantastic job. I really felt like she cared about her work. This was hands down (no pun intended) the best experience I have ever had getting my nails done.

Got my mani done and the lady took her time to perfect the length and style of my nails. I tend to be really picky with the length and style of my nails but she did wonderfully. I then go my pedicure and the lady massaged my calves and feet realllllly good! Forget about getting a massage somewhere else I’d rather just go here. She then took the time to get some calluses off my feet (since it’s been awhile since I’ve gotten a pedi) and just pampered my legs and feet and toes. Definitely found myself a great place to get pampered.

This place is a must!!! The ladies are very friendly and there services are amazing! Both my daughters and I Will definitely be making this our to go salon for pedicures and manicures

Working the last month in Austin, drove here to airport. Was passing time till my daughter arrived at airport. So decided to get my nails done. So happy I stoped by this salon. Very kind, made sure my full set was exactly what I wanted along with my pedi. Very fast but not to fast so that it was enjoyable. 10/10

Great Pedicure, had a dip nail fill which looked great for maybe 24 hrs. And then every nail just about broke or chipped. The fill was not the normal that I’ve had at other salons . They did not use a dip base or top tip, just dipped in the color 3 times which made the fill very very thin... I will not be returning to this salon.. as after 4 days I’m having to go to another salon and have my nails done againThanks for your reply, .. ive been doing nail dip for a very long time and I know when base dip is used.. the only thing that went on my nails was 3 dips of color and no thank you, I won’t be coming in for your guarantee

This location has gone through several owners and managers over the years. I’m glad I returned today. I found everyone compliant with COVID protocols, everyone wearing good masks and wearing them properly. Plexiglass dividers. Hand sanitizer. Distancing. No TVs on! Pleasant music playing instead. Drinks included. Nice menu of pedicure options. Very kind, professional nail technician. Very good pedicure. I’m pleased and will return.

My mom, daughter and I went together and had a great experience. I was nervous to go considering the coronavirus, but they were well prepared with dividers, hand sanitizer, and temp check prior too. It was very clean and the staff was friendly! It was my daughter’s first pedicure and they made her feel extra special. We will definitely be back!

Kelly! She’s amazing at what she does. Let me start with the awesome service she gave me a few weeks ago. I picked a gel color and turned out I didn’t like it after she was done. She insisted on me picking another color and said she just wanted me happy 😃 her and all the other nail techs are very friendly, professional and take their time while servicing you to make sure you walk out satisfied. I even called her an hour before closing today and she still took her time on me when I got there. Bedford Nails & Spa is the place to for great service and beautiful nails.

I have a very busy schedule with school and baby and I have very little time to take of myself as every busy mom 😅, I just moved to Bedford and came here for a quick and great service and the ladies did that and beyond 🙌💯, they worked together to do my manicure and pedicure and I’d a wonderful job! What a wonderful nail salon!! I went to get a pedicure at Bedford Nails and Spa and was incredibly pleased with everything about my experience! I have fibromyalgia so sometimes am very uncomfortable when others touch me but the young woman was very gentle and accommodating. I will definitely return!!

I actually have edit this a few times.My first review was iffy. I bled so badly that the nail tech had to treat me.When I checked out on this third visit, Kelly saw the name of the credit card and noted that very review from the second. They asked me if Id change my review and if I could say something nice about Emily. I initially said yes because I know how intricate and detailed Emilys work is. She has such an eye for detail, despite her being ALLERGIC to the dip powder (my go-to).But a few days later... My fingers still hurt. 5 out of 10 fingers have fairly deep cuts around the cuticles.The final drill Emily used before the top coat? She soaked in the very same acetone container she soaked cotton balls in.Im pretty upset. Ive been getting my nails done for over 20 years and 5+ of dip powder. This has never been so bad.I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone.

I was very sad with my experience here. I had to come back 2 days later because one of my nails chipped and I noticed I had some glitter in my polish that didnt belong. I came back and instead of fixing my nail they filed it down....smh I could have saved my gas and did that myself. Bedford Nails and Spa you dont have to remember me for the next time. I wont be back.
