I came in with a time constraint and got a full set of dip nails. Not only was the service attentive, quick, and wonderful, my nails look stellar!On top of that, I can never find a nail salon that can do the shape correctly, they did it wonderful and to my liking!

Mai has been doing my manicures & pedicures for 6+ years. She started doing them at another solon and of course I followed her to her own Nail Spa that she opened about 2+ years ago. She is just the best!

Lum did an absolutely wonderful job on my nails. Best experience I have had in a long time. Tan did my daughters nails and they are so beautiful. They even catered to my 3yr old as well and treated him so sweetly. Will recommend this nail salon to everyone.

This was my first time and last time here. I dont leave reviews but i would not want anyone to feel the same pain and discomfort i am in right now.If I could give a negative star I would. Not only did the lady rush thru my pedicure but the back of my foot was sore and left with cuts from the removal of skin that she did to much of. I went home with cuts and opened wounds.had to put medicine on it and couldnt even put on socks without feeling pain. She did not know what she was doing. Very unprofessional. Do not recommendations this place to anyone. Horrible.

I asked them ahead of time can you do the design from the second picture on my nail. She said yes. I asked when I walked in, are you sure someone or you can do that design, it’s really important that I get the design, it’s the only reason I’m getting my nails done. She said yes. She waits until the very end to say oh I can’t do that design, tried to push me to do something completely different. My card was charged before the end of the nails and I will be asking for a refund. This made me angry beyond belief.

I love Mai. She does such a great job. Always professional and beautiful nails. She is a true nail artist. If you need an excellent nail lady give her a try. Wonderful pedicures too. I always compliments on my nails.

This place is amazing. The people are so nice and I usually feel so awkward going into nail salons but they made me feel very comfortable. I was there for a little more than 2 hours and the time just melted by. The leg, foot, and hand massages were so good, I just wanted to take a nap right there. Will definitely be going back!

Honestly, the best nail salon Ive been to ! they are so nice AND they just opened up so theyre giving 20% off everything except acrylics I believe . I love how the whole time i was there, they held a conversation with me and were super sweet and nice . I got dip nails and pedicure for about $65 . At my old nail salon is was $50 JUST for the dip nail . I reccomend ! I got the coffin shaped nail with the dip powder color number 100

First time coming here after having a negative experience at my usual salon. Mai was great. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and she was quick but pretty much flawless doing my nails (dip). A new tech did my pedicure and he was awesome. He took his time painting my nails which are super small, usually I’ll have polish on my skin after I get a pedi but I didn’t have that problem with him. The prices are a little higher than what I’m used to, but Mai didn’t charge me for cutting my cuticles and the pedicure was worth every penny. I definitely recommend Mai’s and I will be going back.

Ive known Mai for ten years and shes done my nails since she got her license. I was thrilled that she got her own business and was very pleased to see that she and her staff maintain the high quality standards that Mai has always demonstrated to me. The spa is elegant, yet relaxing and comfortable. I enjoyed a delicious strawberry margarita and Jakob, Kathy and Mai did a terrific job on my nails, pedicure and eyebrows. Other members of my family will come here for services, as well, because Mai and her staff are so attentive and kind.

Love Mai’s! I followed Mai from another salon because she does such a wonderful job! They are all excellent nail techs, friendly and professional! The salon is very pretty and clean! Would highly recommend...and her rates are much lower than many salons that aren’t nearly as nice!

Mai has been doing my manicures and pedicures every two weeks for about two years. I get dips on my fingernails and gel on my toenails. I won’t go anywhere else! The establishment is beautiful and very clean. The employees are always nice and conversational. They do a great job and the prices are not outrageous.

First time visiting. My mom and I walked in for manicures and pedicures. They were able to take us fairly quickly. Its decorated beautifully and the atmosphere is nice and calming. Both women who were working (one older and one younger) were very nice. My mom chose to get Dip/powder French nails. The younger woman did her. She was quick, but you can tell the clarity of the nail has some small air bubbles. I got a gel mani. It was quick... a little too quick. My cuticles were cut in three spots, which isnt a major issue, but my gel wasnt smooth at all. It is extremely pitted on every nail. My mother, who is a retired nail technician, said she would not have let a client walk out with gel nails that looked like this. I was very disappointed as I have gotten gel nails many times and never had an issue like this. My mother is currently fixing them.

I came with my daughter for the first time and we love it, we will be definitely coming back. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The lady that did my nails took her time and did them exactly how I wanted them and the man that did my feet have my feet all smooth and silky. The prices are not to bad it’s the quality you pay for .

Wonderful, attentive service. Tee was incredible! He massaged my entire arm and hands, dude put his back into it and made all this weeks worth of typing fade away. I got 2 margaritas, kinda taste premixed but they did the job (Im a light weight and low-maintenance). I was being fussy with one of the colors I picked and he offered to fix it for free without any attitude or shade.13/10 would go back.

My sister and I go here on the regular. The gents that took care if us today were very friendly and had quite a sense if humor, joking around with our goofy selves. We got the same dipping powder, but she just got it on her nail tips while I got the full nail. Ive been coming here for months with super brittle natural nails. They recommended the dipping powder over acrylics. Needless to say I havent looked at acrylics since! Ill keep coming back to this nail salon for years to come because they are friendly and knowledgeable.

I started coming here in October after moving to Bedford and this has become my go to place. Everyone is always very nice. Im always very happy with my nails when I leave.

Went in for dip nails and asked to soak off ones already on. Linh used a drill instead that burned through to my nail. Also used another drill on cuticles and burned a number of times. Each time I flinched, she would rub the drill on the top of her hand and shake her head no. Finally I said are you saying that doesnt hurt - because it does and have you thought about the fact that cuticles are more sensitive than the top of your hand? Next she used cuticle clippers and cut me several times. Left with my fingers hurt and bleeding. Very unhappy - feel like I was not treated well - and with the cutting may have been exposed to disease or infection. Never again.

Only after two weeks my tips with nexgen starting popping off and they said they only guarantee for it to be good for two weeks. I also had to go back twice for them to fix my toe that smudged because they put it on way too thick... I don’t recommend this place.
