Found my new fave nail spot in the city! Ive been here twice now and have been welcomed both times with friendly service & excellent gel manicures. So welcoming. So clean AND OUR NAILS ARE AMAZING! You can tell they take pride in how your nails look... they DO NOT RUSH! I love love this place and trust YOU WILL TOO!

They made sure I got exactly what I asked for. Even if that meant using a different technique for a color that was almost out. Everyone was so friendly was the one who did my nails and he was so amazing. My nails are so beautiful, I literally love them.

This place is absolutely fantastic! The attention to detail is phenomenal and the salon is spotless. On top if social distance procedure. Make you feel very comfortable.

Went in for a gel mani and pedi. Pedi came out ok, but mani did not. The lady did not work on my cuticles at all, and gel polish got on my cuticles and within the first day, started to peel off at the base of my nails. It was very rushed and sloppy.

Continues to provide above and beyond service every visit. The staff is friendly! I love coming to this place I walk out happy every time.

Walked in after calling ahead to see if they had availability, which they claimed they did. The second we walked in we received dirty looks and the owner became immediately frustrated. He was yelling at another employee telling her not to take us. It was very awkward and uncomfortable. I would never feel comfortable going here for a nail appointment.

I’ve been coming here periodically whenever I’m in town. They always fit me in and do a great job. They are having all clients complete a covid screening survey, sanitize, and pass a temperature check upon entry. In addition, they have plexiglass up at all stations and have socially distanced all service areas. Absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a reliable mani or pedi in a safe and clean environment.

I had a great experience at Key Nails! My gel polish is still beautifully in tact (one week after application). The staff are very friendly and I did not feel rushed at all. The salon is incredibly clean. I highly recommend!

I just moved into the area and starting going to Key Nails.Nail tech Tina is excellent and fast. My nails look like real nails. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Tina and Key Nails has a loyal customer.

Love them! Been going about 2 years now to Henry & Crystal. Family owned business (husband & wife). Clean, never a real wait and they actually MAKE & KEEP APPOINTMENTS. Total recommend.

Been here twice, price is cheap for gel and powder, but they rush and you end up with uneven nails, so I file it down myself after. Communication is also an issue, all technicians barely speak broken English...it ok but not 40$ ok (it’s what they charge).

Awful experience. Wouldn’t even give one star. Woman who did my nails was terrible. I got a gel manicure and she didn’t even spend 5 minutes on filing/cutting cuticles. Also gel polish is all over my fingers. Would not recommend to anyone and will not be returning.

Some employees here are not license and think its funny the State board has not caught them.If I could give a no star rating I would......
