The experience was great. I will be back. I love that they soaked my nails instead of that harsh drill. Dan did my dip, he was detailed and took his time. I appreciate not feeling rushed. Ive visited this nail salon before for dipped nails and Im so glad I decided to return. Outstanding customer service and pleasant environment.I indulged in a little self care and had an amazing appointment with Kim. She made suggestions after asking what I wanted and I have to say, she did a phenomenal job with my hands. The overall service was top notch. I will be returning!!! If youre looking to have your nails done, look no further, Kim is amazing and will remain my go to from now on.

The staff and the energy in this environment is beyond amazing, they were very nice and prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. i definitely recommend this place.

Horrible Experience on Thursday Sept 2nd. The girl doing my deluxe manicure cut my4 of my fingers around the cuticle and I was bleeding. She apologized but I am so scared I will have an infection now! 2 days later my fingers hurt so bad and I have to put liquid bandaid on them. Then she has some guy do my nails and they were super lumpy and he had to file the gel down . The worst job!!!!! DONT GO THERE, poor quality

Reality after move-in special....They have the same strategy as Apartment complexes. Indeed, they take great care of you the first time and as soon as you pick them, they disappoint.2 weeks ago, I chose this establishment for my girlfriend.The experience was fine.Now that she shinks she found her new spot, BAM, look @ what is happening... Today is Friday, September 24th 2021 & she had a horrible and terrible experience.I always comment on her nails and we both talk about it so needless to say that she was excited to go get her nails done.She picked what she wanted from their website pictures and a man was appointed to provide the service. Okay no problem, as long as he does it right but guess what?!Not sure if that guy was a trainee or anything but he was not competent enough to reproduce what she wanted despite his allegations to be great at what he does.Soon enough, she realised the guy was doing whatever he wanted and she asked him if he could do it. Yes yes i know what im doing, the man kept on saying until it was alledgedly done:=> Day and night. Just review the picture for yourself.Upset because the man was not honest about his skills, she asked that everything be removed & she was told that she would be charged, regardless, despite that nobody was able to provide the service expected.I met her there and was not happy about it and immediately took a pic of their job to contrast with what they were supposed to deliver so you guys can judge for yourself. One must be drunk to believe that these are identical.What a disappointment. Our date night is messed up...If i could give less than zero stars, I definitely would.PS: we do not recommend this place. Evidently, they do what they want.I am just going to start learning how to get her nails done myself. Geez!!

First time coming here after looking for a new location close to my new job. They did fantastic and I absolutely love my nails! The atmosphere is amazing as well. Will definitely be coming here again!

Super professional, they are really good at what they do. Be aware they are busy on weekends but the wait is worth it. Kim is hands down the best nail tech Iv ever had! She can literally do anything you find online. She makes your set strong, lasts long, with healthy cuticles and the Technique is on point. 10/10 all the way!(I got a mid length coffin in white and a detail finger glossy clear with silver and gold leaf layered in)

They take time on detail, staff is so nice, and even costumers are super kind! I was treated with care and love this business so much definitely would recommend to anyone!

This place is AMAZING! I’ve been coming since they first opened. They have made a few changes and now it is always a great experience. The drinks are great, they make sure you are comfortable the entire time, and the work is phenomenal. If You don’t like something they will fix it. Great atmosphere great ppl! I highly recommend!

I’m not sure what’s been going on with the change of staff to the drastic price increases. But the quality of service has gone way down. I found myself continuing to come back for pedicures but even that has been lack luster… sucks but it is what it is.

Pedicure and Manicure were Amazing. Been coming here for a couple months and have enjoyed every visit.

I came here on Tuesday to get my toe nails done for $47. I got two overlays for my big toes with an gel. I never had an issue here until some lady did it. She didn’t do it good and used a thin coat layer for all my toes. The next day, my entire toes peeled off! Waste of money! It was slow, so I expected for her to take her time with it but unfortunately this new lady did not!

I absolutely LOVE this location! My favorite nail tech of all is Gwen! She is my ONLY nail tech when I go there. She is so talented and wonderful. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, the drinks are AWESOME, and the scenery is beautiful. It is definitely my type of atmosphere. I received filled and gel polish. My bill is $40.. where’s my 20%?? She replied it’s for a single service 🤔. I was here two weeks ago and the same lady told me if I get the gel polish, it drys quick and u save 20%. Now it’s something different. I will not go back there. (Only because I was on lunch and close to my job)

The lady doing my toes was using a hand led light to dry my gel toes and burned me twice. She dropped the machine in the water where my toes were and still did not apologize. She was frustrated as if it was my fault. Horrible service.

First timer here. Went in for a Gel Mani and Pedi. Got seated at a chair for the pedi at 5:55 and was told that my tech would be right with me. No water was ran so I just rolled up my pant legs thinking it wouldnt be long. But after sitting there for a little while I noticed that no one around me was close to being done. After waiting 30 mins I finally rolled my pants back down and got up to leave. One lady told me that my tech was almost done when she clearly just sat a woman down to do her nails. Very unprofessional and wouldnt recommend to ANYONE!

This is a wonderful nail salon with a great bar service as well. For nails, Gwen is the best. She does a fantastic job! The pedicures are so luxurious with warm neck pillows and hot stone massage. The customer service is top notch.

Nice job but slow. Half hour experience took 1.5 hours.

Poor customer service. Two nails cracked and one broke after 2 days. I went back to get them repaired and waited over 30 minutes and they even took people before me who came in after me! I will not be returning. Even if you make an appointment, they still have you waiting over 30 minutes to an hour.

When you walk in it is very clean and the employees are very friendly, but it is NOT worth the money!! I got dip and tip. When I have gotten my nails done like this at other salons they last me at the least 4 weeks, when I got them done at Billion Nail Bar they nails started coming off not even a week after had gotten them done. When I would put my hair in a pony tail or even just wash it, hair would get caught under the nails. Not only is the quality not that great, but the sides of my nails are lumpy. They didn’t have the nice and clean like a flat edge that I was hoping to get. I highly recommend not coming to this place. I can go to some other place that cost less and that will last me a lot longer. I regret spending my $50 at this nail place. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I moved into the neighborhood recently and I was looking for a new nail salon. My old salon was in Las Colinas didn’t reopen after the first wave of covid. I’ve come here about 4-5 times for pedicures and they do a wonderful job every time.I always call in advance to make sure they have someone available. So far only one time did they not have someone free and they suggest I come the next day. I would much prefer that then to tell me to come and have me waiting for ever or rush through my services.Ivy has done my pedicures twice and I’m a big fan. She’s sweet, gentle, and precise. I’ve had people that were good but rough so I’m grateful to find someone awesome like Ivy!

Got my nails done there last Saturday paid $50 to get my nails dip 2 nails came off on Sunday girl did not ask me how long it would have b wanted my nails just cut them and then said is that good its too late now lol . So I called on Sunday to come back up there to get the nails fixed it broke you fix them but didnt dip the other fingers so Im left with two nails that are darker than the rest of my nails . I will never go back and what a waste of $50 dollars

All in all best experience i’ve had in a nail salon since i’ve moved to Bedford! 10/10 recommend when you come ask for Uly! And david too!
