Unclean, unprofessional, and lazy. They will argue with a customer in a heartbeat, they have a take it or leave it attitude. They use the same tools on every client, no sanitizing whatsoever!!! They do not even put liners in pedicure tubs. They save time on pedicures by not attending to your cuticles, and hang nails. State board should be called unfortunately 😔

Idk if they think, because I’m a man that I don’t know what a mani & pedi suppose to look like it. I came here twice for service and my nails look horrible. The lady didn’t even try to make them look even. I have them the benefit of doubt the first time, but I’m not coming back.

Very rushed service, no attention to detail or pride in work. Just an assembly line. Very reasonably priced but you get what you pay for!! Will never go back

I always am pleased with my service. Hannah has done my service a few times now, and she is always pleasant. The wait time is long at times, but they allow walk ins and the weather is heating up...so be patient especially if coming on a Saturday. Mondays and Tuesdays are your best bet if you want a better chance of getting in and out.

Horrible customer service. Tim, the owner, is very rude & the other techs are also. They do not value their customers at all & are ALWAYS finding something “extra” to charge. I have been a customer for over a year but I will never go back. There are way to many nail salons that would appreciate my business!

Tim which is the owner was very unprofessional, was listen to me while I was talking another customer talking about the other male worker. And when it was almost time for me to get my nails done, Tim had a whole fit about how I praised the other guy and he didn’t want to do my nails. And I explained to him it didn’t matter who did them, I just needed to leave. Tim continued denying me service, I cussed him out got and left. I would never go back again... Grown man in they’re feelings!!

I went there the day before 4th of July they are rude and my feet has been peeling since I left, the older long face chubby Chinese dude ripped the skin off the top of my foot and he yelled like a kid. The whole place start talking in Chinese talking about me and my friend. My friend knows a little Chinese, never go here they are dirty !

The gel polish was cheap. I had an event to host. I was wearing open toe sandals. The gel never settled. Got home my big toe was peeling. I had to re-polish the two big toes before i stepped out. Im going back for a refund.

Everytime I go Im greeted as I come in. I wish they had a little bit more help but other then that Im always pleased with the service I receive.

I have been to this nail salon a few times and had a great experience everytime while my nail tech was tony. I took a break from nails for a while and a couple of months ago I decided to get them done again but when I went back I was told that tony passed. I decided to get my nails done by someone else and he did HORRIBLE and overcharged me I showed him what I wanted and he did not fulfill I asked for marble and was given panther stripes. He never told me a price and when I got done he said they were $75 they were medium length and not worth it at all they were extremely rude I payed my amount and left I will NEVER go back again.

I hate my nails I recently went today and when I left I finally looked at my nails and I couldn’t stop looking at them they are so ugly my two thumbs were different different shaped and sizes it looks like my nails are starting to lift already as if I need a fill in and I returned back to the salon and the same mfa fixed my nails he fixed the shape but they are still not right I will never spend my money here again!!!!! And if I could give 0 stars I would !

I gave them a good review in the past but since that review it has gone down hill from there. I have been going to them for a quite some time and I have always tip them faithfully. My nails have been breaking left and right and the gel has been chipping/looking dull within a couple of days. I am constantly going back up there to have them fix my nails and they have the nerve to expect for me to pay for repairs when my nails are breaking the same day I get them done, or the next following day. They do not take their time on your nails and they rush a lot, the gel polish has to be old in order for it to be chipping like that. I use to go to them on a regular basis because they were cheaper than everywhere else and convenient for me to where I live but like the saying goes when you try to be cheap you get cheap so I have found me somewhere else to go. It was so bad that I told my mother I was getting my nails done and she replied I know you are not going back to that same place that your nails be breaking all the time at I told her no not anymore. Ladies go somewhere else to get your nails done correctly.

I received a full set from one of the male workers here, after having my nails done the manager ask to see my hands to check his work, meanwhile I was rushing so I paid and left, I noticed my acrylic was very lumpy and returned to have them fixed and was told by the Manager that the guy who did the horrible job would be the one who fixed my nails! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! He was very rude and I waste my money and time! There is only 3 nail techs there and I see why!!!! PISS POOR JOB!

The nail tech slaced my thumb and used a used file. I pray I dont get an infection or disease.

Infinity Nails says that they open at 10 a.m I’ve arrived to the shop at 9:55 3-4 other clients had arrived. We stood in line at the door. It’s very hot. 10mins passed and still NO workers. After 10 more mins people started to leave. After 5 mins I left. If you all aren’t going to be open on a day you say you are maybe you should fix your online search so that people won’t think that you are open. This is very bad for business. They need to do better.

Horrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE! First off the shop is filthy an unsanitary. Nothing is up to code. I was over charged for my service and they made up an excuse as to why it was so much. It didn’t make sense. They make up the prices as they go. The work was TERRIBLE! The acrylic was lumpy and the polish did not lay flat and was sloppy. I asked for regular polish and was given gel polish and up charged for it. Will never go back and I recommend you don’t go either. They will probably be shut down by the state soon at the rate they are going.

I just go for eyebrows and shes amazing but they never answer the phone. I literally sat outside their business and called a few times and no one answered. I walk in and the place is basically empty and one of the techs was watching tv. So unprofessional

I took my 80 year old mother there to get her nails filled yesterday. The tech did a great job but she was overcharged by the man taking the payment for the service! her the fill was $18 a cut back was $3 which was fair but they charged her to polish her nails with clear polish (not gel) which would normally be included with a fill total cost $27.00 and I left a $5.00 tip. So we paid $32 with tip for the woman who did the fill hopefully she got it. Well Infinity you just lost a future client! People taking advantage of the elderly MAKE ME SICK!!! YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW IN LIFE!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! One of the owners Hannah, did a rushed job on my nails and my toes. Hannah was not friendly and she was acting like she didnt want to do her job. I will never go back to INFINITY NAILS AGAIN!

The people were pleasant. The service could be better. I dont like that the Technician used the drill to remove the dip that I had on. I prefer that a nail file is used. And my hands had all the dust on them from the drill and he didnt clean my hands off. I dont believe he removed all of the dip it looks like some is still on a nail or 2. I will go again because of the location. Next time I will let the technician know that I dont want the drill used at all.

If you want a good job on your nails DO NOT go here! The last few times Ive been here was horrible, one of the ladies I guess can only do square nails and I showed her a picture of a color polish I wanted she told me they didnt have that color or anything like it but I just came and had that color applied 2 weeks prior she didnt even try and check to see if they had it! Then she sent me to a guy cause she assumed I wanted the same shape nails as the picture which I didnt then he got up and went to smoke, I wanted regular square shape and he messed that up! They rush doing your nails and get an attitude if u ask them to fix something they didnt do right, another time I went 2 days later I was buttoning my pants and a nail popped off! I can go on and on, They were close thats why I kept going back but after this last time Ill never go back to them ever again, their work is horrible and they only wanna get you in and out they dont care about how your nails come out

Terrible. Will not be returning. First they were rude to my grandmother, she was told your money will spend anywhere. You can go. I spoke with him and came to an understanding but his attitude was better during the pedicure. However we should have listened and left. As soon as I sat down, to wait for my manicure, and picked up the Shellac color palate am employee walks up and goes you done? I need it. and takes it out of my hand. I say I was not done and another employee gives me another one and says theyre all the same. If that was the case, she should have given one that wasnt being used to her client. Prices are reasonable but Ill pay a lil more to be respected.

Very great customer service I left my money in my mom.car they were closing they did my nails and waited for her to bring my money. That was nice when they could of not finish my nails. They did a great job on my nails! And Jackie Chan was funny lol most definitely going back 💅💅💅💅

I was a long term client of Paul. I went in to see him & was told he no longer works there. I was directed to someone Id never seen before. I shouldve walked out. This had to be this kids 1st time ever practicing on nails. What finally did it was, He kept holding the drill in one spot of my nail so long it burned like a flame to my finger to the point where i was literally screaming. After the 3rd time, i had my 1st public meltdown. I slammed the full payment on the table, literally in tears & began storming out. The managers follows me yelling No please no go, i fix, he new here & would you believe he charged me anotber $28. Yes he did. I felt like id been tricked into paying double. Never again will i return

DONT GO HERE! I visited this nail shop on 4/18/18. I got a mani-pedi, gel polish on hands and regular polish on toes. I was satisfied once my service was completed. Later on that day little bubbles started to form in my gel polish on my hands. I went back 2 the nail shop today after work, I informed nail tech about the bubbles in my nails she said no problem she will fix them. After she fixed them I started seeing bubbles again. She got an attitude the manager acting as if I should just be satisfied with my service and it wasnt a 911 emergency! He proceeded to make jokes even after I told him he was being disrespectful and thats not how paying customers should be treated. I will NEVER SPEND A DIME OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY HERE AGAIN! Terrible service if u have a issue!!!

Extremely unprofessional staff!!! They only care about making money off of you and not delivering quality service. They do a rush job on your nails/feet and apply thick lumpy coats of polish(visible air bubbles). If you complain and ask them to fix your nails, they have an attitude or say no your nails are fine. I believe there polish is watered down or old bc it starts to peel whithin 2 days. I would not recommend this nail salon to any hard working man/woman looking for quality service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Typically visit this salon if I need a quick nail set for an event or to fix broken nails and my tech is unavailable. Customer service is not that good but they get the job done at a reasonably cheap price.

Its the best I go back every week the service is awesome I love the people there! If you want to get your nails done and have a great time doing come here its the best ❣💅🏽

Honestly the worst experience ever. The person helping me kept FaceTiming his customers and talking to them as he did my nails. He was very rough with the way he worked with my fingers. He didn’t bother to talk to me, he FaceTimed 3 customers rather than engaging w me, the customer infront of him. I asked for a rounded square look on my nails, he didn’t care to make my nails look okay or anything. He was too busy talking to another client as he was helping me since she walked up to him to talk.

Tony does my nails, takes his time and does a good job. Plus the people are really nice.

This is the only place I come go get my eyebrows done. I only go to Sophia to get my eyebrows done. I have been doing too her since 2014

My experience today was very poor. I was told that one of the workers could do designs but after finishing my polish, he could only do a line design. I also paid for eyebrows to be waxed and they took so long that I left without them being done and paid for the service VERY POOR SERVICE!!!

Poor communication, poor polish job (polish did not start at cubicle and nails not fully covered), poor skin scrub (loads of dry skin still on my feet after service), less than sanitary washing and rinsing (tech dropped large chunks of skin and dirt in water and never used fresh water to rinse). Went back the next day and they Refused to give me a refund.Guy (manager) said he would rescrub and asked me to put my feet in cold water (wth). I just want my money back!!I also took a guest and he said I wasted my $$. The quality of work was poor, fair at best in comparison to other pedicure services that weve received. They used to be a little better but now they are on the bottom of my list.

I wanted my toes done not my skin polished.... And someone shouldnt have to wait to get their nails done if it was already started... terrible

The most mediocre Mani pedi Ive ever had!!!!! They over charge for a horrible job they didnt paint my entire toenails and my hands were top coated and dried and turned to a completely different color and I hate it my boyfriend joined me it was earlier and empty no reason for such a rushed and non satisfying job wont be going back !!!

Horrible! Go elsewhere. I had a mani-pedi done on a Thursday evening, and by Saturday morning, the nail polish was half worn off of my nails. The polish was almost gone from the bottle and very thick, so she added something (acetone?) to water it down. When I went in to tell them, he was extremely rude. He said they dont guarantee manicures. I told him it lasted exactly ONE day and their polish was bad. After he snapped at me again about no guarantees, I told him I would make sure I spread the word about his establishment and their lack of customer service, and he simply said: OK. Goodbye! Honestly....it wouldve taken them ten or 15 minutes max to redo them and save a customer and a bad review.

Ive been searching for a year for the perfect nail salon! This is it!

The first thing I thought was wow.The shop was busy but it was neat and oranized. The people there were cool and tbh not just the fact that I prefer asians but there were some good looking guys.The only thing thay concerns me is nothing.

I haven’t had a problem and this is my 3rd time going. I always request Tony to do my nails because he takes his time and do them right.! He’s the only person i will let touch my nails and i was referred to him by an formal friend of mine.

Awful, they did rush jobs whenever I went in there. The staff all have bad attitudes and the last time I went in there to get my eyebrows done the tech didnt say a word to me the whole time. When she was finished, she tapped me on the shoulder and pointed towards the front door. As if saying, youre done, pay up front and leave very unprofessional
