HATED IT . Lady did not wanna do what I wanted witch was FRENCH tip she said my nails were too short and I have had them done at another place was never an issue . I didn’t like that she told me basically what I should do Lmao, also she re painted my toe like 2 times and it STILL does NOT look good . It was gel . 👎👎👎 made me never wanna come back I didn’t even want to pay for something I didn’t even like .

The only place that would take me right at closing time, I was going to Mexico the next day so I had to have a pedicure and Im so grateful to them!

I went in to get a pedicure and powder full set. The powder set was $35, but I chose a metallic color that made it $45. I don’t remember being greeted by the lady who did my mani/pedi. So they were not the most welcoming. But they weren’t rude either, but could’ve been better as a business. The experience was good. Only complaint I have is that I got my nails done Wednesday, it is now Monday and since she started my nails further away from my cuticles they already look like they’re growing out. Also I don’t think she put the metallic color on completely and it looks like my thumb nail started to chip. I already put another clear coat on top and it didn’t make it better since it’s so chipped already. The pedicure is probably what I’ll go back and get, $20 for basic and it’s great. My toe nails need another clear coat as well, because they are starting to chip on the edges too. And it’s been cold so they’ve been protected. Hope this was helpful!

Not my favorite place my nail fell off the next day. One other thing that I dislike is when Im asked for a tip for every one that attended me, I dont mind giving them tips but I cant tip them all.

I wanted to wait a couple days before I posted a review to see if the quality of the nails were just as good as they look AND THEY ARE! DIPPED TO PERFECTION. They look natural and they are very strong, and everybody that comes across them loves them. Ill definitely be back, the ladies are warm, welcoming and very humble. They take their time and u walked in about 30 mins before they closed in bed if a new set and soak off. They started late and worked very efficiently. These ladies are result l reasonably priced, clean and worth every penny 💖

I absolutely would not recommend them to anyone that wants quality work on their nails. I went in for coffin-shaped acrylics and the owner Kim told me to sit down and she would start.I was confused because there were several other women ahead of me, and they understandably got upset when she told me she was ready for me upon walk in and ignored them. It very much appeared to be a racial bias, which made me extremely uneasy.During my visit, another woman was displeased with her nails, and the owner yelled at her.Kim screwed up my nails several times, and even had to wipe the acrylic off and start again because her tools were not clean and they were tracking what seem to be dust or dirt through the acrylic. I was unhappy, but she said it would not be noticeable once she filed.When she began painting, she left very Jagged edges and several spots of the nail that were missing paint. When she did not cover those spots with a second coat, I noticed one of the nails did not have acrylic at the edge, and the natural nail was exposed in a very untidy way. I asked her if she could fix it, and she blew up at me! She started yelling about how she would take my nails off and I could go somewhere else, and I just explained to her that I just wanted the one spot of acrylic filled. She took the nail polish off, and I noticed the acrylic had bubbles in almost all of the nails. I asked her why they were Bubbles, and she said she didnt in accusatory tone that implies she thought I was responsible for the bubble placement! I asked her how we could fix the bubbles, and she grabbed the nail trimmers and said she would cut my acrylics off since I was unhappy with them, and yelled at me as I pulled my hand away. I told her if she would just fix the acrylic I would paint them at home, and she told me to go somewhere else since I obviously was not paying. I had every intention to pay, but she wouldnt listen to it, and started screaming about how there were cameras that showed I was happy with my nails.I left with jagged and uneven edges on a full set, with unfiled debris under the nail. Needless to say, I will never go back to this Salon again. I knew from previous visits at the quality of work was not great, but after this I would not go back if they were the last nail salon in existence.

Been coming here for a year and i alway will. The bad thing about the nails is that they can break so be careful. The good thing is that theyre fast and the nails still look good. Kim never disappoints me when she does my nails.

Moving from Florida it took me awhile to find a new nail tech, but I finally found my place. Kim is wonderful the staff is great. I highly recommend making an appointment because they can get very busy. Complimentary beverages upon request and the work they do is amazing and relaxing.

I got my eyebrows waxed today but my eyebrows are uneven. The polish on my toes are poorly done.

I got my first pedicure here! It was fantastic. We did the $35 dollar treatment and they did so many different things! My favorite was the wax treatment, it was heaven😩

I seriously dont know what people are talking about. Came here for the fist time. Never coming back.... full set looks horrible... shape all wrong... didnt know how to even file correctly and hurt me in THE process. White tip all out!!

I wanted to originally go for my manicure with the basic white tip, my eye brows and wanted the lashes done. I am a nail biter so she stated my fee would be $40 for white tip I agreed. I am ver disappointed she messed up the first set and had to redo it again I was embarrassed as everyone in the salon came by to view my hand and she came back to “fix” it. Again 2nd go around didn’t come out as planned. I don’t think it should be that difficult. As I was leaving she asked if I still wanted my eyebrows I went ahead and kindly declined. I would’ve imagined for the hiccup and the way the nails came out she would’ve at least cut the price cause I’m sure they were disgusted at the nails themselves i def will not be returning

I have gone here for years! They are always so sweet and accommodating! I actually watched a group of 7 come in when they had booked an appointment for 2, and with a full salon, they shifted to get everything done. Amazing service and staff!

My appointment was at 6, I had to wait till 6:35 to be served. My dip set was terrible and it chipped after 2 days so I went back and again they did a poor job. This is a week after the 2nd time, 2 nails broke off as I was doing regular daily activities.

UPDATE 02/03/2021: just got my fullset redone by kim i LOVEEE she did her thang on my nails I definitely will be back. Kim you’re the best so sweet and professionalUPDATE: got a response from the owner saying they will do better next time . I will be coming in this week to get them fixed I would like a specific nail tech to do my nails next time I believe it’s the owner kim ? The prices are deceiving. The visual prices say one thing and when you actually ask about the prices they tell you a different price. When asked about the differences they said that the prices had changed for a long time, when asked to see the new prices on paper they didn’t have written information on prices. When asked to speak to owner they said they did not know who he was!! I was shocked at their response. I’ve come to this place many times before and have never noticed the prices on the window. I would just pay what the tech said and tip accordingly. Very disappointed with this location.

Hmmm! I picked this location because of the 10 AM open time for Sunday. I arrived at 10:23. Fully packed. I waited maybe 20 minutes for my pedicare. The lady cut my pinky toe too short, but other than that the service was good. She got all the dead skin without me having to inform her she missed a spot. That always happens. I got a cucumber melon pedi, with gel polish so it was $45. I think its about $5 cheaper than my regular spot. They had 10 employees working which was awesome. Its cluttered & very tight though. They should reorganize because it feels like youre smothered while being in the waiting area. I do like how the employees kept their chit chat low & to a minimum. You know some shops converse way too loud for my comfort & relaxation. If you need a quick pedi or an early spot on Sunday, Id recommend. If I ever need a pedi early in the day, Id return.

The nail tech rushed though the process. She kept stabbing me in the toes with the cuticles cutter. Didnt clip all my toe nails. Got polish on my toes. Felt like she didnt care and did the bare minimum to get me in and out

Nice cheap place to get the job done. It just take longer cause we have to air dry our own nails. Also because of price its always packed. I couldnt get a fill til like almost a month after it was already needed. Friendly people n the prices are really great. If u have the time to wait n have time to set appts then its a great place for u!!

Ive fine time de countless times, every time it’s amazing, today I was here and a newer girl (looks young and has short hair) she was very flexible when I asked for a change and she did amazing, I 100% suggest going to ds and they’re quite cheap I got 5 different colors of dipped acrylic and it was only 40$

Went to get my nails soaked off they just opened a hour ago they had one customer and told me they couldn’t help me sorry they were too busy and to come back later horrible will not return do not recommend

Late review went there two weeks ago. First time coming here for pedicure but it was not a good experience. The nail tech working on me seemed to want to do it as fast as possible to be able to get another customer. She did a terrible job my nails were cut uneven, nail left hanging, and she cut me on my toe. This may have been a one time thing because they were busy (I had an appt) but I will not be returning.

Made my feet look brand spanking new they did an amazing job on my nails and wax too

The ladies were very friendly but I wasnt at all satisfied with the actual service. I had to remove gel from the skin around my fingers at home and the pedicure treatment was very nice but not worth the $40 since the polish is patchy in several areas. I most likely will not be returning.Edit...I went back and asked them to fix the gel that was peeling around my nails. The woman who fixed them seemed frustrated with my request and actually made them worse. I would not recommend this salon for gel nails. It seems like they have no clue what they are doing here.

I have been coming here for about 3 years. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable.

I am a regular customer at Ds and have been for a year or so. Every experience Ive had there has been good for both dipped manicure and pedicure. I was so surprised to see that the salon was so busy because it isnt a location that is easy to find. I also like the broad type of customers they attract-every race and every age group. It makes it a pleasure to chat with other customers. Ive tried to find the day and/or time when they arent so busy but Ive decided they are always busy! Each operator from Kim on look up and greet you when you arrive. They try to remember your name and are so sweet and upbeat. I have never had a bad experience there.

By far the best service Ive received in a long time. My daughter and I will be returning. Thank you Lol! My legs has come back to life.

I have been coming here for 7 years. I just left from getting my nail fixed after 3 days of having them and they charged me for it. It’s not the right color either and when you Walk in they don’t even greet anyone anymore. I will NEVER come back. Get more than 2 employees that know how to do more than one thing so you don’t have to pass people off to clueless workers. Don’t expect me to tip when you don’t know what good service or quality is! They are getting lazy and if you’re looking for good quality and a good time I would look else where!!!

I accidentally happened upon this nail place about 2 yrs ago. I had been trying to locate a good place for awhile since the one that I was using to hold the others to standards was too far as I had moved. The gals in this place are funny and awesome at what they do. I have sent everyone I know there and not once had a complaint. Even my family who live 45 min away wishes they had one of these places by them. I love this place!!!!

I asked for a powder dip, but was given something different. I reminded the technician that I wanted a powder dip and she told me thats what she was doing.A woman, who I think is the owner, waltzed in and aggressively started telling me I needed my eyebrows done. My roommate did get the gel dip she asked for, but it was poorly done. It lasted less than a week before it started to come off, and it wrecked her nails.My nails were uneven and different lengths. Using a card for payment meant that they had to call someone on the phone and read the number to the person on the other end of the line, and they tried to charge us way more than was advertised.

They need to do a deep cleaning in this establishment. Baseboards are dirty and it’s dusty in there. Prices are reasonable and people are nice

Tina did an amazing job on my little sisters long dipping powder/fake nails😍 and Kim did amazing just as well on me! Medium dipping powder! They have so many options! Acrylic, dip, gel, glow nails, powder, mood change color, also temperature change! Came from Dallas and found this Ds nails online amd AM SO SATISFIED; Not to mention I AM SUPER PICKY!! 5 stars!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I don’t recommend them to anyone! They don’t even understand what a fill is for nails! I went to go back for an appointment 3 times, still had to wait and then they argued with me about what to do to my nails. Just a fill!!! Over it! I will never go back!

This place sucks! I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they always fail me. They never do what you ask them to do. I asked for coffin shape and I get an oval shape. I also like my nails long so I asked for long and she cut them really low and said no that’s too long. If I’m paying for it then why does the length matter to you? And on top of that my nails are crooked and cut uneven. This isn’t the first time I’ve wanted to write a bad review but today I’ve about had it. I have somewhere special to be. NEVER WILL I BE BACK! This was the last straw! The lady name was Amy.

I drove all the way from Addison to sit and never be acknowledged for an hour. I knew they were busy but my niece got her nails done here by Tina and I loved them so i wanted to give them a try! After sitting i politely asked the owner, Kim how long just so they’d know I’m here. Mind you I’ve been waiting and don’t mind waiting. She literally screams at me saying they all busy don’t i see that. I said i understand you’re busy i been waiting i don’t mind waiting, i just would like to know how long. All she had to say was you will be assisted as soon as a spot opens. She continues to scream. Mind you you just told another young lady she can come back at 5. I don’t mind waiting all i wanted was someone to acknowledge i was waiting that’s it! But she’s so rude.. I could of waited i had nothing to do just don’t raise your voice at me. The other lady even looked at her like why are you screaming.. But customer service plays a big part in business. She’s not causing just her business to loose money but her employees as well. Because i was not there for her. Anyways, i left and went to QueenB and was treated like a Queen by Kevin and the staff. I didn’t even mention the issues here it’s just some people have customer service etiquette and some don’t! Anyways my thoughts! A client you ran off is satisfied after all Kim!!! 🥰

Very disappointed in service. Had a pedicure yesterday and paid almost 50$ with tip. Today, polish is chipping off. Ridiculous. Also, during pedicure I stead of taking time to remove previous polish, she dremeled it off consequently thinning my nails. She also continuously stopped to text during the service. Very disappointed.

Got a set of gel nails. Decent price. They were done quick, and the service was great but my nails werent all the same shape and the consistency of thickness was off. Not just from nail to nail but on individual nails. I have spots on my nails that look like uneven blobs resting under the surface.

I moved to Texas a few months ago but have been looking for a nail salon like this for years! Ds is just a few miles from my house but Id drive across town for this service and these prices! My nail tech was actually interested in getting to know me. She helped me pick out the right color for me when I was hesitant about what I picked and I couldnt be happier! What I loved the most is how spot-on she was with the color based on just observing me and my style! I will definitely be back and I will be recommending Ds to everyone! Ive been to multiple salons in 3 different states and this is by far the best experience!

I have been coming here for 3 years since I moved to Bedford. They know what I need when I walk through the door. Here lately, Im being passed around to whomever is available when the owner knows who does my nails. The quality is deminishing. This is my last time coming here.

I feel 50/50 this is not a good place for walk-in service 1st time did walk-in I had no problem I paid for two pedicures, full set of white tips nail set w/ design and waxed my eyebrows this happened 1 hr prior to close time. 2nd visit came at 11am on a sat and was told to come back in 1hr then was told to come back next day what I needed done was a fill in and toe color change finally after asking if someone could at least do toe nail change I was helped. While getting my toes painted I noticed three ladies not doing anything except surf internet on tablets and watching salon tv. I was made to feel like I wasnt valued so good luck now Tina does a great job on designs and eyebrows but I want be back because of how I was treated.

I came here to get my nails done for prom. I was looking for a place where I could get they done cheap and boy did I find one. It was $45 dollars for a basic pedicure and a gel manicure however believe me when I say its not even worth that much. The lady giving me the pedicure was extremely rough and cut down my cuticles so far that theyre now swollen and infected. She also did a poor job on the polish and missed large sections around the outside of the nail. The woman who did my manicure was rude and wasnt even paying attention to what she was doing. When she filed my nails she left jagged edges and didnt even remove any of the dead skin. I got a gel manicure and she painted all of the polish all the way onto my cuticle so by the next day every single one of my nails had begun to peel off and subsequently fell off. She also got the polish all over the backside of my fingers and didnt even remove it when I pointed it out. Very poor experience and will not be returning.

Was Im Bedford for work and needed my nails done so I took a chance on this salon. They do not disappoint . I wish I didnt live 2 hours away, best pedicure and nails Ive ever had done. Took longer than I like to spend in the nail salon but so worth it!

Love this place Ive been coming here for a year now on and off and the service is always good Tina and Kim are the best at nails and the pedi is amazing. they dont rush at all. And very sweet staff. Its a great place to escape from the kids.

Always clean all the ladies are awesom. I first went there on a referral by my friends sister-in-law. I have been going there for 10 yrs. And have never gone anywhere else since. I drive out of my way to go to Ds, I pass several salons to get theirs.

The ladies at Ds are very nice & do a great job. I seldom have an appt but the wait is never long. Prices are good.

Good prices and service but today will be my last time there because when i came home my nail polish was fully dry & i realized i had air bubbles. Hands and toes. The polish was way too thick so here i am removing the polish & repainting them myself.

I spent over 135, on a mani and pedi and eyelashes . My color on my toes are already coming off, my lashes are hard and don’t feel comfortable nor did she ask if I wanted them long or short . My diamonds on my nails are already coming off and I just got them this afternoon . I suggest to not waste your money also I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said word by word “ that’s to much work also to much money “ and I said ok than can you just do white with diamonds and she said “ I can do that but you don’t need to be doing all of that extra stuff because its just school “ . SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT GO !!! .

I gave 2 stars my first visit and here I am again over one year later. Made another visit & disappointed again. I came in on 2/16 . they gave me a new tech and he worked on my pedi for 2 hours straight. NO EXAGGERATION! The worst part, my nails never dried and didn’t make it to see the next morning :(

I’m usually not the type to leave somewhat unpleasant reviews, but I had to. today was my first time at this nail shop .The way these ladies talk about their customers in their language is absurd.This lady called “Tina “ would literally tell her boss or coworker about everything I say to her and they would giggle all the way.Im into business and I’m bilingual .I know it’s very rude to continuously conversate and laugh at someone who doesn’t understand your language.These Chinese nail shops need to do better in overall customer service .Definately my first and last time !

Horrible horrible horrible!!! Sat in the chair at 2:45 left at 6:22 just for a manicure and pedicure. The nail tech who did my pedicure made my foot bleed and the nail tech who did my manicure sliced my skin, in addition to answering the phone multiple times while she did my nails and stopping and talking to other nail techs and taking payments. Which is why I was there for basically 5 hours. Would never go back here. worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. Just horrible and unprofessional. Wish I could give a negative rating. Looks like polish but no, that would be skin hanging from my finger!

So I went in on my lunch break and showed a photo of French Manicure Ombré and a woman said she could do it. I sat down and she began and wasnt doing what I normally get done and I asked she explained it was a different method. I allowed it. After getting half way through I notice by my cuticles didnt even have acrylic and I mentioned it and she said she put more (never did). I asked for gel on top and normally recieve a 3 coat layer and only got one. When all was done there is bumps all through my nails as well as almost none are even shaped properly. Something I mentioned and asked to be corrected numerous time to the point where she began to get aggravated so I stopped. At the end I just let it be and tomorrow am having to go to my normal salon (Elite Nails Saginaw) to get them fixed. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute worst nail job I have ever received and I never post reviews but I am highly displeased. Not sure how to post photos and I cant remember her name but she is a older woman with glasses and sits right next to the pedicure chairs.

We walked in 30 minutes before they closed and kim walked up to us and asked what do you want we told her my friend wanted a fill. So she rushed her to find a color but if they were ready to go she could of said come back. She did my friends nails and it was awful. Her nails are different shapes, bulky, one nail looks like a nub, and she didnt clean the nail polish around the ends of the nails.

I have been to this salon twice. The first time they left me with a nail fungus. Huge mistake going back months later but my salon was closed and I needed to get my nails done desperately. I figured Id give them another shot. My nails were chipping the very next day and a couple of my nails had weird paint streaks. I will never go back.
