I walked there and back for fresh air and exercise. Well after I got home I realized I had not let my toes dry well enough and they were a mess. I went back up and they made my toes beautiful again with a smile and sweet laughter. They are a great group.

Terrible!!!! Just did a dip powder last week and after 3 days, there is a space and bite between nails, came back to ask fix it but their rude manager said we can give you 5$ off of 80$!!! This is not professional at all. You never see something like this. Worst customer service and service!! Never ever pick a hat from this salon!!! All fingers like this on the pictures.. pulling all hair and there may be a fungus making under nail.. they have not offered a fix even..

I was very pleased with my nails and feet as always. My eyebrows did not get done like always. I was there on Sunday. Came back on Monday and was told nobody was there to do them. I waited a couple of minutes. Nothing. I went somewhere else and was pleased with the results.

Ive been going to Purelux for a few years, they always do a great job and everyone is so nice. In todays environment with Covid, they keep the place clean and since masks are required, I feel totally safe.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The techs got a mani/pedi done in about 45 minutes I was impressed. Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience. Decided to try a new salon so I did a walk-in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and only had to wait about 10 mins to get a chair. The salon was spacious and didnt feel crowded. This made it a lot easier for me to relax. They had a nice selection of colors and they were the first salon to not pressure me or get irritated when I didnt want gel polish. The tech didnt even say anything about it. I really appreciate that because it always makes it awkward when you have to tell them no 5 times then sit there in weird silence lol. Vy (I think that was her name) was super polite and did an awesome, thorough job. Hands down the best pedicure Ive ever gotten. She did great on my brows too.

They have such great service and to keep up with our changing world they have added Protective Barriers and taken precautionary measures to keep clients safe. All the workers are amazing. By far the worse spa i have been.gave them 1 try my first and last. The guy in the front is really rude and also its really sad how on busy hrs or days, just to make money they have 1 lady working on 2 or 3 other ladys at the same time for patty cure, at the end of the day if you dont have enough employees just say so.I have now gone back to the bestMS Nails & Spa in Euless

I have been there a few times, and have always had great service. The last time I went, I didnt realize that they closed at 8:30 and it was 8. I planned on getting a mani-pedi. Instead of asking me to come back they did them both from the massage chair and the quality was just the same. They didnt make me seem like a burden or rushed, at all. Today, I went for just a pedi. I ended up adding a fill-in and lash extensions, and professionalism was great as always. It was my first time doing lash-extensions. They turned out amazing and I couldnt be more happy. They are really kind and efficient, making you want to go back.

Me and my friend went to get our nails done along with our kids. We were asked to come back bc my baby. They wouldn’t even start on my friends nails bc the baby. My fiancé was on his way to get them but they do NOT like kids in their nail salon per owner. My daughters nails were sloppy and paint still on skin. I didn’t even get a chance to do mine. I will not give this place my money again!!! Horrible and rude!!! And unprofessional!!!! The owner is rude.

I had a great experience. Ive tried several nail salons in Bedford. This is by far the cleanest and nicest quality for the price. The technicians were very nice. I got dip nails, and she took the time to clean and fix up my nail beds, even though I did not order a manicure. They got me in right away and had me out in about an hour. Very impressed!

Went there twice and nails didn’t last not even 5 days both times! Extremely overpriced for the quality and lifespan of nails period. They are only good at pedicures so don’t waist time getting your nails done there

Me and my two daughters picked this place because of the kids chairs. First time here. Got here around 1:40 p.m. and we waited for about 15 minutes, which I didnt mind. 5 people walked in after us. They seated us and one person started on my children. Needless to say this person got started on my girls, and then walked away to let their paraffin sit for almost 30 min. Meanwhile someone came and started my pedi. The lady later comes back to finish my kiddos and I notice she finished someone elses pedi (who came after us). I realize the point was probably trying to balance all the people who walked in, but it was ridiculous. Kids dont do well waiting like that. Under different circumstances I may have liked them, but they need to either have more people working, or the people that walked in after us should have been told there would be a wait. Instead, children had to wait, while other people who came in after got in and out.

Tina is fantastic! It was a great and very relaxing pedicure.

Always fantastic. Beautiful interior, kind staff, focus on sanitation. This is the only place that actually gets my whole nail and doesnt leave space near the cuticle. The complimentary drinks dont hurt either! Thanks Kathy!! 💖

I made an appointment, trying out a new salon. When I arrived the next day, there was no evidence apparently of my having booked a specific time.The first 10 minutes of my visit were spent sitting next to someone that was slowly getting their nails working on (the customer looked miserable).Ive been doing the dip nail process for almost two years now and it typically takes about 30 to 40 minutes to get done... this session took TWO HOURS.The customer next to me was so frustrated because halfway through my appointment, she still wasnt done. Her nail tech also decided to reshape her nail to square (from oval) without consulting her. It was SO frustrating for her that she had to get someone else to come reshape. Even then, you could tell she just settled because shed been there for so long already.I thought my tech, though she took forever was good... Until I look a closer look. Parts of my nails werent fully covered and other parts had a top coating bubbled.The following day after hopping out of the shower? I had to reapply a top coat because it was chipping. Honestly if I wasnt so embarrassed, Id post a photo of this butchery.Again, Ive been doing this process for a while now. I have never encountered such incompetence and I urge ANYONE that is looking for a new salon or even a simple manicure/pedicure to LOOK ELSEWHERE!NEVER. AGAIN.SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, MONEY, &—AGAIN—TIME!

While the lady was doing my pedicure one of her regulars came in and she literally walked away and left me there and didn’t say a word. Rude and very unprofessional. I will not be going back.

The WORST!! I was checking polishes for color and picked up bottle that the top was not on completely... it splattered on my blouse. 2 different ladies tried to get out with no luck. Whatever they were using actually bleached a star out on the blouse. No apologies from anyone but said I had to speak to owner. Called “Allen” .. supposedly the owner..... he said it was my fault that I should be more careful when picking up the polish bottles. Then insulted me by saying it was probably ketchup anyway. I’ve been going to this Salon since they opened but will never be back! I can get my nails done many places and get great service without being insulted by self centered unprofessional people and someone that calls himself Allen!! I guess a $40 blouse to replace is not worth keeping a customer for life.

It is a 30 minute drive for me now, but I do it because I refuse to use anyone else! I also see various staff members for pedicures & they are always great!

Ive been going here for about 6 months now after trying several places around this same area and its my favorite. Im always a walk in and the longest Ive had to wait to get seated was maybe 5 minutes max! I think just about everyone has worked on my toes and theyve all turned out great. They have Hello Kitty pedi seats for kids, a great atmosphere and plenty of TVs. The staff is all so friendly. Great place!!

My nails are terrible, so I needed them prettied up for a wedding. Sabrina introduced me to Dip Nails, and Ive been a fan ever since. The facility is very clean and well maintained, and the nail techs are all very nice. I had to come in for a repair and they took good care of me for no charge. Highly recommend!

Didn’t like the way they treated us today!We came before & were already waiting for almost 20 mins, and they served the one who came after us and we had to wait another 30-40 mins.No doubt they are good & hence expensive but no point waiting for long time just to know that u’ll have to wait for 30mins more after someone who came after you!We were very regular customer for this place and we really Liked their services. We also brought our familyAnd friends here always but NO MORE!

Went in with my friend to get a mani dip, and they charged me $40 and didn’t even trim cuticles or anything, gave me no mani. I’ll stick with my normal salon that charges same including mani. Also my nails lasted a week and i have done nothing to them the fake nail was cheap. Mine usually last 3 weeks max.

I got my nails done on Sunday and Im just not impressed. Ive only had Next Gen done one other time but I thought they had done better and it was cheaper than Purelux. My nails are a little uneven and they arent 100% opaque. I went with my friend and she wasnt satisfied at all. Im rating 3 stars because the interior is very nice, the employees were also nice and my nails dont look real terrible.

Today was my daughters bday and our nails are perfect!! Our regular spot said they could not service us when they barely opened. Defiantly made it a perfect Birthday for her!

I had a bad experience with this place... my technician didn’t know what she was Doing... it’s been 5 days that I had my gel manicure done and it’s already coming off... because the colour I chose, wasn’t coming out the colour it was supposed to come so they kept on adding layers and layers of the polish and made it so thick and get the work done but now the top coat is coming off... and I was trying to tell them to put the new colour instead of applying so many coats to bring the colour but they did not listen to me.... overall it was a waste of time and money...and top of they they charged me full amount.....

I went with a girlfriend and we had an extremely long wait just for two pedicures. My massage didnt last as long as I would have liked but my feet were really soft when I left. I would put it there with your typical nail salon. Nothing special but nothing terrible

I have been to this salon about 4 times now. Here’s my overall take on this salon:Pros: nice staff for the most part, bar drinks available, newer massage chairs, nice environment, good work.Cons: VERY UNORGANIZED. Average time for pedicure and dip nails there is 3 hours. Very unhappy that one tech put foil on my nails while waiting for another tech last visit- it resulted in my having no use of my hands for over 30 minutes. It took the pedi tech 20 min to find the right items for the jelly special I requested. Which didn’t end up anything like jelly. She painted nails and then remembered she was supposed to do paraffin wax and massage and did those after, so they really need to work on the organization and process, and let customers know if they are waiting on a tech. Ended up late to an appt due to time-got there at 12:30 and didn’t get out until 3:30.Overall, with the prices and time, and so many other salons more efficient, I will not return. I hoped the first few times were flukes, but they unfortunately were not. If you have plenty of time and in no rush, this salon is a good place for you.

Took my wife here for a quite time, the facilities were. 4 but the service was more of a 3. We are newer to the area, but not new to going to the spa. This will not be a regular spa, just felt like a ticket getting paid not a person being served
