Tenant portal is easy to use and very convenient. Every time there has been an issue, it has been resolved quickly. Stay in communication well and have always followed up. We have had small to large issues, all fixed and handled well! We have had a running toilet to needing appliances replaced and they have done it in a timely manner. Just yesterday they repaired our deck and did landscaping today! They have been a pleasure to rent from. I have recommended and do recommend this Property Management company to anyone who is renting. Hassle free renting is how it should always be for renters and this is the first place Ive rented from that does it right.
Great experience and very professional. The property was very well put together and they helped me in more ways than I can even ask for.
Very professional they responded quickly to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this property management.
Alpine did an amazing job responding to all my maintenance requests in a timely manner. One thing I really loved is every time a request was closed they sent me an email saying this request has been closed, please fill out a survey on how we did. This fully closed the loop and was a cherry on top of excellent communication I received from them in all areas. Would recommend renting from this company. Also I received 100% of my security deposit back -- I appreciate they were clear about how to leave the apartment and then honored that I followed instructions by returning my full deposit.
Team Alpine is truly just Awesome! I have been with them for couple years now and they are excellent - treat your property as their own, very responsive, extremely helpful in tough situations, treat tenants and owners fairly...It is indeed a pleasure working with Tiffany, Veronica, Chris and rest of their energetic team! Thank you, all!!!
Our dream move to Portland would not have been possible without the wonderful care and assistance from The Alpine Group. From day one of communicating with them I knew we would not be left hanging. John was so friendly on the phone and showing us the house. When we chose to follow through with our application for the house Diane stepped in to greet us and made sure we had everything prepared to be checked off the checklist. Id say she was our guiding angel in this process! And for all of the tenant relations, working with Heather made it a breeze to fully have us settled in. The communication with the team is outstanding. Thank you for making it a joyous move.
If I could give more stars I would!!My roommates and I have just moved into an Alpine property. Throughout the moving transition, we all had about 100 different questions. No matter how many times we called Diane, she always answered with kindness and a readiness to assist in any way she could. If there was any thing she didn’t know the answer to, she would direct us to the person who did. Diane and Heather made our transition into our new place as smooth and seamless as possible! Amazing job ladies !!
Diane with The Alpine Group was absolutely amazing to work with. Never once rushed the process, took time with us and made sure she had all the documentation and did everything she could to get us into a place. I appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness, you don’t find that a lot anymore so once again thank you! I will be coming back to then when we are ready to move!
Diane, Heather, and Robert at the Alpine Group were awesome to work with. They were all quite friendly and were willing to answer any of our questions. Communicating with them was simple as we had multiple avenues to do so. With the crazy world we live in today, it threw us for a loop as renters to make sure all of our ducks were in a row. The Alpine Group worked with us so well on getting everything signed and in order to take on our lease. Id recommend anyone who is looking for a property to rent, to find properties managed by the Alpine Group. If you are a homeowner looking for a property management group, the Alpine Group takes care of the tenants well. Much thanks to Diane, Heather, and Robert at the Alpine Group for low-stress rental process.
My experience working with the Alpine Group has exceeded expectations. Diane is very personable and proactive which made the overall process flow smoothly; a class act. Heather was extremely fair and diligent about making sure we had our paperwork in order and content completely understood. Much appreciated. To the Alpine Group team of Diane Burbach, Heather Weil, and Robert Reyes a sincere thank you! Keep up the good work.
Was extremely fortunate to find Alpine. The staff was cordial and took the time and care to ensure we were satisfied with all aspects of the property when we moved in. This was our first transition from apartment to house rental and its refreshing to deal with actual people rather than being shuffled constantly to voicemail, with the few minor maintenance issues we experienced being handled quickly and professionally before they became major problems. I can confidently say that well be renewing the lease when it comes up!
These guys were so helpful helping me move into an amazing home. They are kind, and responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you Alpine Group!
Thank you, Alpine Group for your Quick Response and Professional Courteous Maintenance Service, and youre Friendly, Courteous, Responsive Staff. The Alpine Group is a Wonderful Management Company!
Working with Alpine was so nice. Always professional with taking care of the tenants needs. Maintenance was quick to respond and very courteous. They gave a personal touch to all interactions so you werent just a address, you were a person. I would HIGHLY recommend them for rental services.
Best management company ever. Everyone was very helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns regarding my lease documents. I would definitely recommend.
I am a college of Tiffanys in our professional network NARPM. I have collaborated with her on many occasion and have nothing but respect and props! She gives back and provides a great service. I recommend Alpine Group, they are worth it!
Wonderful communication, great customer service, nice pads. 😎 💯
Fantastic place to work with friendly staff that treat you like family. Everyone is constantly doing their best to service both tenants and property owners to the best of their ability.
I have worked here for almost 3 years and I will most likely retire from here. The professionalism and family style atmosphere is what makes a team work. Not to mention OUR BOSS who makes this all possible!!
We love working with the Alpine group! To start, we were on a time crunch on getting a place. I had shared my situation with Diane and Ever since we turned in our application, Diane was updating us throughout the way. Any time I had questions or concerns, they walked us through it all! We get updates of the place we are moving into instantly (which we love). We are glad we found the Alpine group.
I cant recommend Alpine enough. They were punctual, organized, and professional. John--I think that was his name?--was the young leasing agent we worked with last month, and he was great. Also, a special thanks to Diane, who went way above and beyond to help us in a unique situation where we were trying to help get our tenants into a rental home. Five stars to these guys!
I have had the pleasure of working with Tiffany and her team for many years through our professional NARPM network and as a vendor to them in several capacities. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. If youre looking for a property management company that is professional and cares about people, you cant go wrong with The Alpine Group!
Working with the Alpine Group was genuinely one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. They were professional, punctual, incredibly friendly and personable. They’re incredibly responsive. I could tell Diane genuinely cared, was incredibly informative and really goes the extra mile for her clients.
My wife and I spent the past week searching for a rental home, and while we ended up getting a house through another company (in this market you kind of have to take whatever is available), the experience applying to an Alpine property was excellent. The leasing agent, Diane, was particular responsive and friendly. She made us feel confident and comfortable with our transition from home ownership to renting. The next time we look for a rental, we will definitely start with the Alpine listings.
Okay management maintained property decently when i moved in place didnt look like it was cleaned the best. From the start of my move in i had alot of issues with the unit i was staying in we had rats for one for the first couple months till they took care of it. Still shouldnt of happened glad they did take care of it tho. with in my first to months of staying there my ceiling caved in due to my upstairs neighbors bath tub flooding and cam threw to my units bedroom ceiling i was out of my home for almost 4wks before i was able to return then when i asked for them to have someone from the pwb come out and investigate a leak since there was obviously a leak present due to the water damage and my water bill needs to be adjusted accordingly they gave me some bs excuse as to why they didnt need one to come out. Then the last thing that i still cant believe is they advertised it as 25 for garbage and 60 a month for water sewer but when i applied told them i had a 3yr old child and wife they were like well the waters is really based on occupancy not usage thats a old add just like the pics of the unit it looked nothing like what was shown or the yard for that matter. so a 3 month water bill that shouldnt of even been over 200 i was paying and still am 420-470 every 3 months for water but keep my gas and electric down to 35 each a month how does that work due your math the water heater heats your water so if your gas bill isnt up around where your waters at my usage is clearly not the same as what im being charged. But yet all other single tenants that have lived here while i have pay the 60 month weird. All in all i will never rent from them again. In regards to reply i most certainly do not this the alpine group im talking about the unit im specifically talking is gonna be 220 nw 20th pl portland or 97209 and heres all the pics showing its this company sorry i dont take b.s.. If youd like i can go to more of a hassle and post the emails going back and fourth with you guys over this issue if you like. And my invoices that show its in fact you like i think you have the wrong company thats the most mediocre excuse if i have ever heard one. Sorry dont know how to reply but If you look in one of the pics it actually has the original add for that unit and it clearly states 60 a month for water sewer and 20 for trash. Then the new add you posted for it states a its 75 a month water and sewer and 25 for trash no where in that add or the previous add does it say based on occupancy for water your clearly stating in the add your self it is 75 a month or 60 a month depending on what add your viewing when you put that on a add thats what it means if you look at some of your other adds for different complex some will say water based on occupancy this one how ever was not one of those as you can read your self from your own add.
I was pleased to have such a positive experience with the Alpine Group. I have a special thanks to “Diane Burbach” for her friendly & professional handling of my quote and for her guidance throughout all process of my application, the office was close due to COVID-19, I was calling from work, and trying to get things done, Diane made it very smooth for me to have a steady communication and made it easy to respond and submit what needed to be processed for my chosen new place. From A to Z I got my new apartment keys and moved in without having a single face to face meeting! All done online with Diane’s help & her awesome manager. I felt welcome & been taking care of, everyone was ready to help me all the time. Thank you Diane for all what you did! I would recommend this company with zero hesitation!!
Out of the dozens of places I applied for Alpine Group was the ONLY place that called me personally to set up an appointment and to get to know me. Diane was very personable and pleasent to work with. Highly reccomend!
Just wanted to pop by and say thanks for helping me and my partner find a place to live! Unfortunately we didnt make it all the way through to the end of our lease, but the people on the other end of the emails and phone calls were super helpful and friendly. The fact that you guys were able to help us out during a pandemic is a huge statement to Alpines commitment and dedication. 5/5Anyways, thanks again.Edit: spelling and grammar
The Alpine team is awesome, and I highly recommend them. I utilized the rental property management services, as well as the RE Broker team for selling a property. A++
Better than the old landlord
Alpine property management is a top quality, professional company. Everything I have requested to be maintained, repaired or replaced has been expedited immediately to my complete satisfaction. I have been leasing my home through them for 13 years and am quite happy with their service.
Ive been renting from alpine for over a year and they have been incredible and very personable to work with. Ive worked at a few property management companies and I would rent from them personally. Alpine Group is responsive and efficient. Their rent payment is easy to use and understand so it makes everything easy to do. With all the craziness going on with COVID-19, Alpine has been understanding and willing to work with my roommate and I if a tough financial issue arises. If I end up looking for a larger place I would be happy to rent form them again.
Thank you to all the staff at Alpine Management Group, Inc. for providing me always with Wonderful, Friendly. Customer service and the Maintenance departments Friendy, Prompt, Professional response to my Maintenance issue, resolving it promptly. A big Thank you to Chris and Cambria for the prompt response. You are very much appreciated.
It’s incredibly difficult to deal with their leasing agent and maintenance coordinator. They’re both incredibly rude and condescending. For the most part everyone else is very nice and easy to work with but watch out for anyone named Heather or Chris. They are neither helpful nor do they care about working with you. By far the worst management company I’ve ever used. Luckily the few people who they now assign to work with us are very nice and respectful, but I would not recommend renting from or working with this company in any way.
I just wish they would’ve called before cancelling our tours and told us about the deposit that was placed on the house we were looking at when they knew about it, instead of dragging us along to the -literally- last minute. I feel that when searching for a place to live, you expect some level of professionalism from whoever is working with you. Well, after having to reschedule a tour twice in one week because their team did not set an appointment -even after confirming with me- I receive a call an hour before our new tour time saying someone is expected to put down a deposit before our tour is scheduled. Their lack of prompt communication is an issue.
For renters: They were aweful to rent from. To keep this short, Alpines customers are the owners. Not you, the renter. They could care less about the people renting and cater to none. For owners: if you want good tenants, who always pay and care for the residence as if its their own....then find someplace else to manage your property.Alpine chases away good, stable and caring tenants. You can expect the type of renters that have no choice but to put up with bad treatment. Those who can leave, will.I did.
The first company iv dealt with here in 5 years that actually cares about the tenants. Im truly thankful
We were disappointed to receive a letter from Alpine offering an entry into a drawing for a free gift in exchange for 5-star Google reviews. Reviews under 5-stars do not qualify and each 5-star review equals one entry.Heres an honest review: Alpine has improved quite a bit in the last two years. Before, we couldnt even get a call back for any issue. Maintenance repairs are generally slow, unless Chris is involved. The guy who performs our property inspections is the absolute best! Hes always polite and courteous when entering our home. He genuinely cares about the asset they are managing and the tenants. Were glad they are improving, but disappointed to receive this letter.
I have been a tenant from alpine for some years and they have been really good to rent from.
Alpine has a great team. Everyone Ive worked with has been fantastic. They made the process from finding the house to getting moved in as easy as it could be. First rate experience!
Diane was great she went above and beyond to help me
As a landlord, I have used Alpine Property Management for the last 13 years. It has been nothing but a positive experience. They take care of the owner and the tenant and I recommend their services to anyone that needs a property manager.
I loved how they worked with me even if it was a hard time. They were very patient and understanding. Best experience with a realtor group so far.
I was a previous home owner who lost my home to foreclosure, I was used to taking care of my own property for 9 years. This until came the time to rent. After reading reviews of Alpine Property Management I was on edge as to what to expect, especially that any deposit I would give would be returned. This was certainly not the case.Initially upon move-in, I took photos of the state of the apartment upon move-in to provide a reference for how it was left upon move out. These were never needed, nor did we have any maintenance issues or problems at all during our entire stay with Alpine or the condo. We wanted to stay in our apartment and with Alpine however, the owner of our rented condo decided to sell the condo. We received our full deposit back less the cost of carpet shampooing which was explained to us upon move-in and move-out. The shampooing cost was very reasonable and certainly a better option than hiring an outside company to do this especially during a new move. Since we had a large deposit due to my foreclosure, I was happy to see this money returned without any problems at all. I was on edge of what to expect based on other reviews but this was certainly not my case. We took care of the condo, paid our rent on time and had no problems.Stephanie, who helped us with our initial contract was very helpful and professional, Hannah, who answered the phone at Alpine was always kind and helpful and Tiffany, the President was professional and respectful.
Ive worked with Heather and other members of the Alpine group for several issues and questions. I highly recommend this company! All very professional, helpful, and easy to work with. Thanks!
I always recommend The Alpine group!!
I was very interested in a listing that was posted online. I sent a message to schedule a time to view it. We sent a couple emails back and forth and I asked if I could view it at 430 on Saturday and i received a response asking if I could do 415 instead. I received that email at around 9am and responded around 11am saying yes I can. I figured that was me scheduling it. I show up at 415 and no one showed up. I got an email Monday morning that said both of leasing agents were out of the office by the time I responded so it wasn’t scheduled... 11am on a Friday... We were in the middle of scheduling a showing.. I would think I would at-least get a warning no one would be in the office after 11am.. it almost felt like she just decided she didn’t want to do a showing on a Saturday. All in all, with that communication and not being able to get a hold of anyone after 11am on a business day I don’t think i would do business with this company.
Very nice company to work with and very personable. They help make things run easy for us and are understanding.
I would highly recommend The Alpine Group, Inc.We worked with KariAnne, Heather and Chris during our move and each responded swiftly and professionally to answer any and all questions we had during our process. If you are thinking of choosing management group for your rentals or want a top notch agency to rent from - give these folks a call.***UPDATE***Its been a few months in our home managed by The Alpine Group and I would like to thank them for their interest in keeping the property well maintained. From a renter point of view - we take pride in our home and from a property owner - they care about your investment. Thanks to Alex and Cody for their repair genius, Ryan for inspecting with his shoes removed (!) AND Cambria who is awesome at making it all happen!I love where I live!SIX MONTH UPDATE:Did I mention we lived in another state and had no prior knowledge of rentals or where to live anything before stumbling upon The Alpine Group?! Since we couldnt view our rental home in person - we moved in, sight unseen.Thats the trust we put into the process with The Alpine Group -Integrity started with a phone call. Our rental home and interaction with each member of The Alpine Group continues to exceed our expectations!LOVE where I live!
I’m the owner of Chimney Sweep Specialist and Alpine group uses our services to clean and repair there chimneys. They are very easy to work with and there staff is always friendly to all of my technicians and office people. Highly recommend this company
They are nice and a good company to rent from, but it will be a problem getting your refundable deposits back. The refundable cleaning deposit is not refundable. We spent an entire day cleaning, scrubbing, vacuuming, and making sure the duplex was spotless. This included being on a ladder washing vaulted walls, but in the end we were charged anyway. When I asked for an explanation what was forgot they only sent me an email lowering it a little. It was over 200.00 and I did not think that was right considering I only lived there less than 6 months.
Helpful and always available.
The Alpine Group manages a rental unit below the condo I own, and there was a water leak from my condos master bathroom into the rental unit. The Alpine Group was fast to get a qualified contractor to fix the issue and was communicative the entire time - and they were beyond understanding, professional, and helpful.Sadly, the now-former tenant of the rental unit below mine has been less-than-ideal to work with for a few cheap items damaged, but thats her problem, not The Alpine Groups problem.Five stars to Alpine. Zero stars to their renter.
We recently rented a property managed by The Alpine Group. From the very first phone call to KariAnne till the day we moved in, our experience has been nothing but pleasant. The communication was smooth and timely, and the paperwork was a breeze. All of our questions were answered and concerns put to rest by KariAnne, Heather and Chris in a timely manner, making the move relatively painless.
I worked with KariAnne to become a renter for one of the properties managed by The Alpine Group. KariAnne was very helpful and quick to respond to any requests or questions. I felt like the application process was easy, fair and transparent.
I like it here. As others have mentioned, the staff is really nice. Its a place where you run into dogs and strollers without feeling claustrophobic.I also like the trail and park next to us. There is so many shops next to this location, and great for some one who likes quietness. The neighbors are friendly too. The only downside for me is there is no washer and dryer in the units, but the is great and spacious Garage.
The Alpine Group is a fantastic company to work with. They are proactive and have excellent communication. Their management team takes their properties and tenants well being with the utmost seriousness.
Updated old post: I have rented a house for almost 5 years now with Alpine. Although the staff is always super friendly, maintenance requests are extremely slow.. It takes weeks or longer to get things done. No return calls or emails. My only reason for 2 stars is the extremely poor maintenance dept.If Alpine reads this.. Make sure your maintenance dept followups up with its tenants, 2 weeks+ of not following up inst good customer service.Update 2021:About a year after making my original review they made a massive push towards a better maintenance team. At this time Ive got no more complaints, Alpine has been good to us. Would recommend.
It is nice to have people who really want to help.
We moved from out of state without ever seeing the rental property and the process was smooth. We are enjoying our new place and have chosen to renew our lease for another year. My main concern is when I put in a maintenance request I have to follow up with them about it - it does take a while for things to get repaired. As with the trends in the area, our rent increased about 10% upon renewal of our lease.
We had a great experience with Alpine. We used Alpine as our property managers for our condo. We always received rent payments and responses in a timely manner. We sold our condo with tenants still in place and Alpine went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and all within the base fee.No complaints from us. A great, local property management company.
Alpine worked well with us coming in from AZ. We were able to get set up in a nice rental without evening seeing it in the process. Tracy was super helpful and things went really smooth. Weve only been here for a couple of months and we love the location. We are very happy with our choice!
This my third year with Alpine, the management itself is excellent. They try all their best under their capability. Once you put a maintenance request which is under their budget, they fix it. However, the landlord does not keep promises. My windows are extremely old, no seal at all. I spend a lot of money on electric bill during the winter. For the past 3 years, 2 months before renewing the lease, the owner will send people to take window measurement. Once the lease is renewed, you will never hear anything until the lease is close to expire. That is the kind of game he has been playing. Alpine Management, as i said, are doing a great job, the frustrations come from the owner.
Really prompt and friendly communication from KariAnne and team! We’ve enjoyed working with Alpine so far and are looking forward to our rental experience!
KariAnne gave consistent, prompt and personal service! All around my roommates and I have had a wonderful experience thus far with Alpine!
Renting with them was simply okay. We rented a 4 bedroom townhouse from them that looked decent, but we constantly needed maintenance to fix one thing or the other. Which, fine, things fall apart, but it was the same things that kept falling apart over and over! In the year we rented from them, we put in around 8 service requests. Upon reading another persons review before renting, the gentleman mentioned that they dont like replacing appliances-- and I felt the same way! The money they put in to sending someone out to service the refrigerator (3 times over the course of the year, and it STILL continued to give us problems) cost more than a new refrigerator! Of course, they finally replace it 2 days before we move out! Also, one request in particular (replacing the dryer vent) was not serviced by the maintenance man for a whole 28 days! Simple task for us to complete, sure, but it was their job to pay for the hose and fasteners, which they never did. When I asked him what took so long, he simply replied he was a busy man. Okay, but at least a phone call would have been nice? Let me add, the house wasnt completely cleaned upon moving in. There was still grease under the cupboards, we opened a kitchen drawer that still had previous renters stuff in it (that was actually really weird), there were carpet shavings everywhere that literally plugged up our vacuum! I didnt make a fuss about it at the time because I still went in to it pretty optimistic. What annoyed me the most about it is how much time we spent on cleaning it before we moved out. We left it cleaner than when we came in, but we still got $180 fee for general cleaning. The only nice thing, they stayed out of our hair. They werent on the property all the time, so we had our privacy. (I suppose their lack of presence was also the problem?!)The guy we originally met for the viewing was nice, so was the receptionist, (Tiffany?) Its doubtful that the face of alpine had anything to do with any of our issues... I suppose they were just doing what they were told to do.I could go on much longer. In writing this review I got all worked up thinking about everything and took it from 3 stars to 2. I left that place annoyed...
I did mention to them when i first moved in, about a small issue with the apartment i am currently living in. I guess the message never got to them because i never got a response. It was nothing big, so i fixed it myself. Other than that, i have had no other issues with them. They have been awesome and very lenient. I would definitely stay where i am at and keep working with them if i didnt need a bigger space. Thank you for everything!
Ive found the staff responsive and nice. Ive lived in an Alpine property for over a year, and have had one maintenance request, which was fixed. I could have used a bit more communication on status updates for the project, but nothing that Id complain about.
We have been renting with Alpine for almost 5 years. It was a bit of a dicey relationship to begin with but has much improved over the past few years. They are much easier to get in contact with either by phone or by their tenant portal. We also appreciate their willingness to work with us when it is rent renewal time.
I lived at a property for more than 5 years and at the end, I experience everything everyone else experienced, lack of communication and falsely withholding my refund. I was charged for cleaning when I thoroughly clean the unit from top to bottom better than I moved in, charged for carpet cleaning when I informed them of the owners replacing the carpet after move out and top it all she refuses to answer why I am not receiving a refund of the balance of my prepaid rent back nor a written explanation for the cause. Im kicking myself for referring them and advice anyone reading this dont expect much at the end!
Extremely honest company devoted to their clients/residents.
I had a lot of problems early on, but things have improved lately. I would only wish they could respond to maintenance requests a little more quickly.Update - 10/03/2018:Its a night and day difference from when I first moved in. Maintenance requests are handled much more quickly now.
Alpine group management is very organized office that would help you to find a new place for rent in no time. i moved here 2 years ago and i found a place and lived in it in less than a month. the deposit was a little high at first but, the maintenance and other tenant problem would be solved pretty quick.
8 years ago my renter, Michelle, refused repeated attempts to sign a written lease and took advantage of my being out of town to run up a nearly $5000 back-rent balance (not $900). After repeated attempts to collect, I hired Alpine to manage the property. They were able to accomplish what I couldnt and got her to sign a lease and pay on time. They then facilitated my work with a local law firm to obtain a civil judgment against the renter. She ignored the judgment for 8 years until I re-hired the law firm to collect, plus interest and allowed her to settle for half. I felt compelled to respond as the review she left for Alpine is complete junk, caused by bitterness at her own failings. Alpine helped me at no benefit to them and did a wonderful job with the property. Highly recommended!
We have lived in this property since December, 2014 (with a different management group) and have now been renting with Alpine Property Management Group for the past eight months. Most of their staff is very pleasant, including Tracy, Michelle, and their manager, Tiffany.Regarding any issues that need to be resolved, I have found it necessary and easier to follow up with them rather than waiting to hear back. Their communication practices could be improved upon.Although not under APMGs control, my rent was just increased over 5%. I would like to think (and hope) that Alpine is also working for their tenants by speaking on our behalf to keep rents livable and not just working for the property owners.Overall, I do believe that Alpine tries to do the best job they can.
As is typical with property management agencies, the renter is always wrong and always at fault. I assume these businesses are owned and operated by sociopaths.Alpine is right up there with the most ruthless.* Slow to respond and quick to accuse. Me: The toilet and the washing machine are backed up...Alpine: What did you do to it?* Or they just dont respond. Its a tactic, and purposeful, and it works. Its wrong, but it works.* Renting the place, I was told how clean it was--half an inch of dust on the appliances, a layer of dust on everything else, mold in the bedroom and bathroom. So I took pictures.* Moving out, it was clear they were going to charge me for something, but really didnt have any evidence. In the end, they kept $50 for no stated reason; and I think the only reason I got any of my deposits back was the agent was new and not very bright.Avoid this group whenever possible.
Great company. Alpine has been easy to work with, they made the application process as easy as possible, I work alot and was able to do everything via computer / email and the process was fast. Our neighborhood and surroundings couldnt be better and the house I am renting fits all my needs.
Working with Destiny and Alpine group has been wonderful. We use the online portal to pay rent and list any issues we may have and she always calls us and keeps us informed on what will happen next. We are happy our owners have chose them.
The Alpine Group manages the rental that my family and I have lived in for 2 years. It is a mid-sized single family home in the Beaverton area. Each time weve interacted with them, from applying for the rental, to touring, to getting set up, to ongoing communication, etc.. Ive found them to be responsive and helpful. They are very responsive to when we open service tickets through their website (issues like plumbing, dishwasher repair, etc..). A vendor is usually in contact with us right away to arrange a time to come over and work on the issue. They also have acted as an excellent partner in managing communication between us and the owner of the home over possible upgrades, improvements or other planning.Since we are renting in Beaverton, it is also handy that they are based there and their vendors are mostly local businesses who know the area, know our home and are easy to contact.Id recommend them as a company to rent a property from and find them very professional, kind, and thorough.
Two things I don’t like. 1) another tenant made false claims about me and my 7year old and now we have a noise complaint against us. The rental company didn’t investigate or come talk to us, we just received the complaint. 2) You can’t prepay the rent online or inperson. I like to pay a month ahead and they’ve informed me that you can’t.Other than those two things, I’ve had no problems with them and they are pleasant to be around when I do see them.
My experience with The Alpine Group was great. They were professional and helpful. I would rent through them again.
Fast, Prompt and Responsive service The Alpine Group! We really enjoy working with their team.
This company is managing a property that backs up to my own. There are nearly a dozen fir trees on their property along the fence-line. One has fallen over, crashed into the fence and is now hanging directly over my home above my daughters bedroom. They have this scheduled for removal now, over 2 weeks from the date it fell! Did I mention...It is OVER my house...and secured by bicycle tie-downs. Jezy states that the worst that can happen is tear a few shingles. Tiffany the owner states that not only must I continue to wait for the tree to be removed for two weeks, that I am responsible for half of the fence that their tree fell onto. This company clearly does not care about their properties, nor the simple SAFETY of any of its tenants or neighbors!
We relocated from Washington State for work, and rented our apartment sight unseen. The staff at Alpine were incredibly helpful and friendly, and they made the transition painless. Wonderful company!
WORST Property Management company ever! Sued 89 people just last year alone, then they don’t tell you for six years (leaving you defenseless)! I apparently owed a past private landlord about $900 and somehow they took on his word and sued me and won ALL without telling me!!!!! Today they’ve stolen 5,000 from me over the past month and a half. This company is bottom scum.
The Alpine Group is easily the best property management company I’ve rented from. The office staff is polite and easily accessible, and they respond promptly to emails and maintenance requests. 10/10 would rent again!
This company had several listings I was interested in... I called and left a voicemail, emailed, and made several follow up calls only to never get any response.I see this as a huge red flag... What if I was a tenant calling about a prevalent issue? It shouldnt be that difficult to get ahold of someone!
I crossed paths with The Alpine Group, a few years ago, when I purchased one of their listed condominiums. I subsequently rented/rent out said condo, utilizing Alpines property management services. Later, I purchased an additional condo, and Veronica, (one of Alpines Brokers), did an outstanding job, with a tricky transaction. (We were dealing with a failing 44-year-old HVAC system, as well as, a couple of other potential hazards.) Veronica was stellar. The staff is friendly and attentive. They listen, follow up, and remain cool under pressure. I cant say enough about Tiffanys professionalism! I will continue to trust my properties to them and have The Alpine Group represent me for all my future Real Estate transactions, (be it buying, selling or managing a rental on my behalf).
Would not recommend this property management company. They do not repair things in a timely manner or at all and are not reliable or trustworthy.
The Alpine Group has been an honest and professional Management Company. They respond fast to questions, and maintenance requests. I highly recommend them!
Alpine staff has always been so helpful. Renting now for 3+ years and have had great experiences with responses to rental issues and concerns. Thank you!
Ive been renting from Alpine for several years, and have been very satisfied with my experience. Ive found them to be prompt with responding to work requests and professional in all of our tenant-landord interactions. Overall, a very good property management operation.
So far so good. I dont see why anyone can complain. Compared to the last place I rented from, this is a walk in the park!
Horrible customer service and they charge residents for services like getting new appliances. Everytime you call them to complain, they repeat the same answers. Do not rent from them.
Alpine is great to work with and always goes the extra mile for its tenants and Vendors! Thank you Alpine
Ive been with these guys for two years now and It has been great! I have never had any hassles with them.
I have used The Apline Group, Inc. for 14 years. All their Staffs are friendly and did good job of taking care my property . They always do their best to find good tenants.
This group seems to be less than honest. After being told we were the first in line on a Duplex we were then told another agent had someone else that bumped us out.? I have stellar credit and am a professional! I also have been a landlord myself and know the rules of property management. No accountability on there part and maybe some laws need to be changed. This experience was very disappointing.
Promptly returned my initial request!! This is big!! If they find me a place they get 5*!!
