Moved into our storage unit today. Had to do the paperwork in person to confirm our renters insurance. I was helped by Robin and he was very nice and so helpful! The service was good. She was polite and efficient. She observed Covid and we loaded it up in 1 1/2 hours. Gate key worked.

Robin gave me great service today. I needed to update to a larger unit. I called him on the phone first and then went to the location a couple of hours later. In the meantime he had found the perfect unit for me as close as possible to my current one to make it easier to transfer from one unit to another. Paperwork was completed very efficiently.

I came here over a year ago to rent a 10×20 storage unit, they are one of a few places that rents 24hr accessible units, but even better then that was the property manager Robin, from day one he never missed a chance to ask me if i needed anything from public storage or if i had any questions that he (Robin) hadnt already answered for me. I will miss the kind and generous service i received here.

I originally reserved a unit online (quick and painless). Went in the next day to firm up the details. I actually inquired about a larger unit (I didnt see anything online). There was a unit available, and I was able to upgrade to it on the spot. My service was provided by Robin. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My service was quick and painless. I would highly recommend this facility for the customer service. I havent moved my stuff yet, but if this first encounter is any indication, I wont be disappointed.

Great location tucked away on Allen, off of 217 in Beaverton. Talk to Robin for fast and friendly service. He will go above and beyond to take care of you and find options at this property or nearby if they don’t have space available—demand is high here and they are often near capacity.

There was a similar space at another property on Denney Rd that was $25 less, but due to the drastic difference in service level, we rented with Robin. The manager Robin was really helpful and in the end, it was my experience with him that caused me to complete my transaction and rent there. I was happy that there were units which met my needs available, with in my budget and that I was able to rent the same day. I agree with the other reviewers that I was profoundly disappointed by lack of 24 hour access and some of the lack of clarity on website regarding pricing. The low 1st month rent helps cover the other fees charged, but I would have been much happier knowing about them first. I understand most storage places do this, kind of like rental car companies, but it affects Public Storages image and the trust I have in them overall. It would be great if they could lead the change in thier industry, just be upfront and quit the pricing games.

Super expensive. Way over priced for storage. But the sweet girl who is either the manager or worker makes your experience nice. But. The whole move in deal for a low price turns into a massive amount you will regret in the long run. Overall. Clean. Safe. Secure. OVER PRICED. DO YOUR RESEARCH. Have had a great experience at the Public Storage on Allen the last several months! Christian and his staff are always friendly, greet you with a smile, and are always trying to go the extra mile to make sure that our needs are met while we look for our own warehouse space. Have found the facility to be totally safe & secure (often go after dark). The lighting is great and getting around the place is easy. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

First time needing to use a storage facility in the past 50 years. I found the sequence of events from start to obtaining my storage unit very easy, yet complete. Elizabeth, the manager, was very competent in her job. The whole experience from initial call to learn the availability of a unit to the confirmation to my appointment time to physically rent the unit was very professional. Ill wright more when it comes time to vacate in a few months. So far they are excellent.

I had a stressful morning when I discovered the security of my unit was compromised when my keys and gate code were missing. I am so grateful that Trisha was working this morning. What an excellent location. Every time I come here to get into my storage space, things are well kept on the grounds and clutter free. Having the location right off of a highway makes for easy access, yet its tucked away just enough, that the surrounding trees add for a nice atmosphere.Even better than the grounds itself, is the staff that runs this location. Im used to fairly direct, somewhat bland customer service at my last storage unit. Everytime I have a question, concern or regard, Im greeted with a warm, amiable soul who actually seems to care about my concern, and sorts out the concern in a matter of minutes. Elora has really turned this location around from the typical customer service were all used to, with her personable and professional style.To those who are concerned about accessing the main store front for supplies, do not be. It has never been a concern for me, and Im here many times a week, sometimes each day. To those unfamiliar how Public storage works, the main employee not only manages the store front but also shows people to their new storage unit, and helps out existing customers on the grounds. Recommending to all my friends for their storage needs.

I had never used a storage company before and my first experience I started with a reservation. When I came to check in it was obvious the space was too small for the job so Neva took the time to listen to what my situation was and work with me to find a cheaper alternative on discount at another location that would not only be bigger then the original reservation but also cheaper! She was beyond sweet and helpful even first thing on a Sunday morning. We love Neva!

Jessica provided a great rental experience. Renting the storage unit was easy and all went well. The storage facility is clean and well maintained. We only needed the storage unit for a couple of months and each time we accessed the unit there were no issues. Next time we need a storage unit we will use this Public Storage location again.

I rented my space for over 4 years. The space was clean and the lighting was good when I rented the space. The people in the office were up front with answers to my questions. The space was always dry even in Oregon rains. I would rent here again should the need arise. I tried to leave the space as I found it.

The on-site manager was so friendly I was in desperate need of a storage space even though the property was closing in 20 minutes and the process takes longer than that she was able to get me in to a storage space and in doing so saved all my personal items! I was more than pleased with her compassion and willingness to help me. I would recommend this place to anyone!

It is a storage area and it is clean. Those are the positives. Be aware that they will nickle and dime and in the end you will pay double your monthly fee. Overcharging for a lock if you dont think to bring one. And if you dont remember to remove it charging an exorbitant fee to remove the very cheap lock that you pay $20 for. Requiring insurance that is overpriced. $20 late payment fee if you are a couple of days late. Buyer beware...the list price seems like a good deal but the total cost will be double that.

If you are considering which place to store at among the various choices in this area, I implore you to rent here! The site manager, Robin, is a professionals professional. A true credit to and representative of his company.

They decided to email me abruptly a month before going up on my unit. From 165 to 200 dollars a month. Late fees are high as well and they do not care if you were hospitalized or on your death bed. I would never come back to public storage.

Three times I have come to this location to simply purchase moving boxes and there is always a sign that the person working is gone and will be back in 15-20 mins. I always end up sitting in my car waiting, to avoid wasting gas. Its really obnoxious and I likely wont be buying moving boxes from here again.

I rented here while transitioning to my new apartment. The cost was reasonable. Moving out was easy. I recieved great service from Jessica. Will rent here again.
