Shawn Borne was extremely helpful and dedicated to helping us get the vehicle we needed in a timely matter. He even drove 70 miles to see our old van and give us a trade in value, and took measurements in the new van, for the EZ LOCK system, then installed the system and drove again to deliver the new Sienna and drove back with our trade in. This message is for Shaun in the BR office. Thanks for telling me that the van I purchased from you was thoroughly checked out. I trusted your word. Now, just 4 months later, not only do I have to have both front wheels completely redone due to corrosion and at a cost of 1200$ but they also found a leaking intake valve gasket as anti freeze has been leaking through and will cause immense damage to the engine down the road if not repaired 😡. Another 1100$. I’ll be sure to get the word out and let people know that. And as far as you helping me to resell it after my dads death, I can understand now why that hasn’t happened.

I have been disabled since 1976. Driving a modified van has been a necessity since then. I drive a 2016 Toyota Sienna minivan and absolutely love it. Stephen has been assisting me with modified vans for over 15 years. Jay Singh worked tirelessly with my disabled husband, Bob, and me on our first purchase of a conversion minivan. We settled on a 2017 Toyota Sienna and we are very pleased, and Bob is not easily pleased. Jay was very easy to work with in that (1) he is not one of those hard pressure salespeople, (2) he answered all of our many questions, (3) he went the extra mile (literally miles) to make sure Bob was happy, and (4) he made sure I was comfortable in securing Bobs power chair.Diane Vo is another one of the Baton Rouge staff who helped us. GREAT STAFF.....but they are guaranteed $1000 from Auto Dealers for hand controls.....so what to they do?? Tack on another $500 that comes out of my pocket....will look for another LOCAL company on my neck car.....total rubbish!!
