Ive been doing business (weekly) with Enterprise (Foster and Florida) since April 2021. The ENTIRE STAFF have always been very professional, friendly and accomodating. They always take good care of me. Whenever there is a concern (hardly ever) they tend to it expeditiously. This is my go to location. Keep up the great work Florida & Foster staff! You guys ROCK!

The deposit went up to $300 without notice to members. The cost of the rentals went up. I was getting them to get back and forth to work until it was too expensive. I used to love enterprise and now not anymore.

Very quick service, was on the road in no time. I just wish I would have known ahead of time they are not dropping you off after you turn in the car. I didnt make it to work on time due to this delay but overall good experience.

This enterprise need to be shutdown because of them I’ll never rent from enterprise again in the worker’s are thieves

I was trying to give them zero stars very unprofessional they sent the auto theft behind me after i had just gotten off the phone with them stating i was either gonna pay them when i gotten off or return the vehicle and mind you the balance was only 58 dollars!!!! They gave the car to me on E and in yet to hear from the branch manager that supposed to be giving me a call i wouldnt recommend my dog to rent a car from them if he could drive!!!!

Ive been renting from this Enterprise location for a good little while now, the service is ALWAYS A1. They are Quick and easy... if you book online its twice as fast. All the employees are amazing and nice, they make you feel welcome and they make sure they take care of whatever is it you need.. Ill always rent from this Enterprise location on Florida and Foster... I eventually plan to finance thru Enterprise. The feedback I got from the questions I asked were absolutely great. .

I love enterprise but this is the best experience I ever had at the Florida Blvd. I had a long day and had a bad experience at hertz. I came in to enterprise. Tyler was supposed be going to lunch but he stay to help me out. I didnt have any paperwork Tyler waited until I called everyone with so much patience. The best customer service experience I ever had. The biggest help he is. When I returned the vehicle Chelsea was a great help also. If I ever need another renter. I definitely will be going there. Awesome experience!!!

I have used Enterprise in the past with no problems. The vehicle I rented was great and I might buy one. The problem I had this time was the employee flat lied to me and told me I could park my truck in the lot and the gate would be locked at night. When I returned from my trip I went to the Burger King next to the lot and saw my truck had been ransacked and the gate was open at midnight. When I turned in the rental no one even offered an apology even though I made it clear I knew they lied.

Customer service is great at Florida and Foster location . Great people like Matt, be Austin, Casey Chris and Malik. I would always recommend Enterprise Car Rental to everyone.

This is my 2nd time coming here & I definitely would not recommend coming here. My 1st time coming here, we were told that we could not rent a car for a balance that was outstanding from about 5yrs ago. Supposedly the matter was cleared up & even tho “They Said” it was cleared up...When we went back for a 2nd time,the balance was still there. To not cause any trouble,we paid the balance off so we can yet again try & rent a car....and we “STILL” couldn’t rent one. I was told this time cause it was Memorial Day,that no cars were available even tho it was on a Thursday we tried to rent one,but yet people were coming in to rent a car on that day. When I asked about that,I was told “It’s because they didn’t have a pass due balance”. I asked them since I couldn’t rent a car,that I would like my money back. I was told “No because it was to pay off a balance”. But then I stated “If I payed it of & I still can’t rent a car,why should you keep my money”...I never really got a real response....I tried to call Friday & either no one picked up the phone or they kept me on hold forever.Since I was never able to rent a car twice from that place, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’m still trying to get my money back & I still can’t get anyone on the phone. I don’t have money to waste or giveaway & for them to keep it & I couldn’t even rent a car...The Nerve Of Them!!! I’m still not giving up on getting my money & if I have to rent a car again in the future...It won’t be from here!!!

I came here last (2018) year for a car and when i returned it i tried to tell the manager that my money will be in my bank. At that time i ask to talk to someone other then her but was turn down and this was after being called a PUNK and such. so i will not go here any more and nor will any family members....

IVE BEEN RENTING FROM THESE PEOPLE SINCE MARCH.BUT AS A GOLD MEMBER I FEEL THEY CAN AT LEAST TRY THEIR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE ME! THE MANAGER MR.LARRY AND A YOUNG LADY NAME HAYLE ARE SO SWEET THO BUT WHEN THERE NOT THERE IT IS WHAT IT IS.THEY ALL JUST ACT SO LOST AND DUMB FOUNDED.

Enterprise met all of our expectations. They were prompt on driving me home after returning the rental at 7:30 in the morning. There were no surprises in the cost, I had a coupon for an upgrade and they honored it. It was very easy to rent from Enterprise.

First Let me say I am big on customer service,Not only because I work for a large company and everyone is to be treated as an individual. I had been given the run around at the enterprise location on airline hwy across from Mercedes Benz & also the location on seigen lane. I was told numerous of different things. I was able to walk into their location. Provide them with my info. And I was out of their within a jiffy. I definitely want to say thank you to Mr. Michael for taking care of me. When I went to pick up my car at the location I reserved my car from they had no vehicles so I was asked to travel to another site which was only 15 minutes away. When I got to the second location a car was ready for me only after having to be washed and gased up.For my inconvenience I received full credit for one day of the rental upon returning the vehicle.I appreciated their customer service.

I have been renting from the Enterprise, at Gerry Lane, since 2014. The staff are very professional, and always exceeds my expectations with each visit. Even during the recent flooding, they called me right on time to pick-up a vehicle, otherwise I would have gone to another city, the following day to get one. Great customer service! It was last min when I went in, I had to unexpectedly put my vehicle in the shop. Service was quick and everyone was polite. I didnt know about the $250 deposit when i booked online but it wasnt a problem. There were lots of people when i went back to return the car but the reps were constantly checking in and letting everyone know it would be just a moment. Ill definitely return for my next rental!

Ill give em a 5 star rating because this is actually like my 2nd time renting from them and my first time was wonderful the whole process..but this second time things werent that great but this guy one of the employees made everything better and he even explained it more to me..so I was appreciative of that..

My experience at enterprise WAS!! going very well at first ive been renting a car for the last four months from enterprise I made my financial budget to fit in to pay for my rentals I enjoy driving different cars .. And the branch I was going to at the moment which was in Baton Rouge on Florida Street I had a decent relationship with everyone there they knew me by name and I knew them until one day I go in there and I get a different experience and approach from the workers and they change my rate I didnt like that I was unaware that my rate would change without notice after 3 months . Ive never turn the car in I dont know how my rate can mysteriously change upon when they feel like changing it and for that my renting from enterprise is over I wasnt valued as a appreciated customer and I have no problem taking my business elsewhere ...it was good while it lasted

I rented a car on Monday to go to the doctor for me and my wife. After waiting about 20 minutes, the attendant finally brought up a car. I completed the walk a round and rented the car. I started driving the car home which is 1 minute from ENTERPRISE and notice all the loud noise and shaking coming from the front end, mainly from the front right. I drove the car up Florida Boulevard to the next turn around to take it back. I spoke with the same attendant telling him I do not want that car because of the major problems. He said the car last renter did not say anything about it. I suggested he take it out for a test drive. He assure me it was alright. He also stayed it will be after 3pm before another car was ready. This is at 9:30am in the morning. We both had doctor appointments starting at 10am. There was no way to get another car in time since I had to walk over to ENTERPRISE. So I had to take that loud, front end shaking rattling car. Neither I or my wife was happy or satisfied with this transaction. We hardly went or put any miles on this car because of fear it might break down or crash.Upon returning it, I told the new attendant of the car problems and recommended they DO NOT rerent that car without having it checked out first. Told him about the other guy comments. He apologized.Normally I have always given ENTERPRISE a 5 rating.Nevertheless, Enterprise Rental is #1 with my family!Thanks Enterprise,Sincerely,Terry L. Does anyone answer the phone?!? Ive tried calling them three separate times over the past two days, and never actually spoke to anyone after being on hold over 10 minutes each time. It shouldnt be this difficult to get someone on the phone.

After getting there@7:25 I had to wait about an hour to get a car!! Everyone that works there where all over the place!After waiting​ an hour they called my as if the car was ready!!!!So by now Im ready to go!But they just wanted to that they did in fact forgot about me!And the car was almost ready it just needed to be washed and the tires needed air!!!so I waited at least another 30mins!!I was very very unsatisfied with them:I was The first Time for me renting a car and I was my last from Enterprise!!! Thanks again Enterprise for not satisfieding my rental needs..I will not recommend anyone to go there!!!
