My experience at gel nail spa is always great! Mimi did my manicure and pedicure and she did a very good job and took her time. I am pleased with my nails every time. I highly recommend if you are looking for a place to get your nails done!

The young guy that works there does not pay attention to detail, every time I go I seem to get him but he does not do a good job, will not be going back there!

Came to get a refill and nobody was there but still got turned away. Do not waste your time coming here! They are rude people!

I had very good and just ok services in 3 years I have been there. I like the service from sons of the crew and not happy with a couple. I had to ask for certain people to do my nails. They were not happy with it but did it. I am trying to be nice all the time and 90% of the times I was treated great. So in general I am happy with results

All the employees are incredibly sweet and efficient even when its busy. They always take the time to describe the services they offer - from gel/shellac to powder nails, and the prices never spike! Most of all they always recommend the services that would be healthiest and most cost efficient!!!! I LOVE Lams foot massages!!!! This is by far the BEST NAIL SHOP IN BATON ROUGE!!!!

Kim is amazing! She goes out of her way to remember everyone, and make sure that you are happy with your service. She does my nails and eyebrows, and I am pleased every time. This is the only nail salon my friends and I will go to now!

Worst customer service ever...very racist I will never go back! I sat there for 30 minutes then another lady comes in and they take her before me and she was a walk in just like me, while they told me I had to wait...the staff is very rude and have their own set of rules about which customer nails they will do and when

I love this salon--Gel Nails! All negative reviews were written under past ownership. New owners in the past two years. Its a lovely relaxing place to go and my nails have never looked better. I also havent had a pop off since starting to go there! I highly, highly recommend them!

Its very neat & quiet inside. I got a simple full set in which 4 people worked on me, the nails on my right hand were noticably longer than the left but rather than just filing it down they tried to convince me otherwise. my sisters nail tech ran over her freshly painted toes with his chair then tried to tell her they werent messed up although they clearly were. the nail tech even said to me oh you know everything about nails huh condescendingly and after I tipped despite the disagreements, they didnt even say thank you.Update: 4 days later, 2 nails have popped off and ALL of the rest them are loose.

Kim and her employees are awesome!!! You will not get this kind of personal service any where else in town. And if the wait is too long when you arrive, just simply book an appointment in advance. I will not go anywhere else!!! Thanks.

I went with my little sister fir her birthday. The female who did my nails was very nice, but the one to do my little sisters nails was very rude. The acrylic nails were not done well, but the guys who did our toes were amazing!

I went to this nail salon and waited over an hour for service. The wait wasnt bothersome until service was offered to 3 people (of the Caucasian race) that came after me. I will not be returning to this nail salon due to poor customer service.
