So went and got a mani and a pedi. No wait time which was very nice. However I am not satisfied with the finished job. They didn’t even attempt to clean up the polish off the skin around my nails, fingers and toes. They also started on my manicure while I was still in the chair getting my manicure. Maybe that’s typical for them but that’s a first for me and kinda awkward. Also, several of my nails were left sharp. They were very nice, I’m just not satisfied at all with either my manicure or pedicure. Quite frankly, it looks better when I do it at home but I still spent $70+ on them.

I came in today around 5:00. They were so rude all three of them, and were also talking about me while I was in the chair and on the way out to pay. My nails are so bad, you can also tell that the buffer and flier were on many different people. Bad experience over all.

I always use this nail salon and I am always satisfied with the product/results, staff, and quickness.

We “ my daughter and myself” arrived at 5:30... we asked for 2 pedicures ... water was fine, NICE CHAIRS.. but we did not receive great service or quality pedicures... Our polish was awfully done.. our feet look the same as before we spent our 30.00 dollars for these pedicures.. we will never go back!! This was my secondBad experience with them.. it’s not worth your time or money!! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Got my nails done here today and they came out beautiful! The staff was very friendly, and I loved having the rhinestones put on my nails! I will definitely be coming here again.

I love Anns Nails. I was a walk in client to get a manicure and pedicure before prom and I was promptly served when I walked in. The nail tech was very nice and not too chatty about personal information like they sometimes are at other salons. The polish lasted for well over a week which was surprising because I often do yard work on Saturdays and this normal nail lacquer withheld the test of time. I would HIGHLY recommend going to Anns Nails because of the marvelous service and polite staff.

I LOVE the staff at Annas nails. They are always so quick and precise with my services. Mr Randy does a beautiful Ombre Solar set!

My nails are always done correctly here. But the owner is very rude at times. He has an attitude.I had stopped going here for over 3 years and just recently went back, but after today I think I’m just going to give up on Anna’s nails. The ladies are polite and shouldn’t have to apologize for him.

DO NOT COME HERE TO GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE. THEY COMPLETELY REMOVED 50% OF MY LEFT EYE BROW. I DIDNT WANT TO GIVE THEM A STAR. THE WAIT WAS LONG AND SHE WAS IN A RUSH DOING EVERYTHING. NEVER AGAIN.

I recommend you go here if you want to be nipped and cut by rude technicians!! I wasn’t really greeted when I entered the salon. They were yelling across the salon asking what I wanted. My pedicure was very rushed! Then after the pedicure all the lady did was point barely opened her mouth to tell me where to sit next. Almost like she didn’t want to service me! What a joke! I had to repeatedly ask. She was rough while filing my nails. Nipped my pinky and my middle finger, luckily she chipped just the gel nail part of that finger 😒 Get my sarcasm?I didn’t like the way the treated this other customer. She walked in and one of the male workers asked “What do you want?! What do you want?!” Pointed to where she should sit. She didn’t understand and one of the ladies that worked there came out with an attitude like “Just wait” And when the lady walked out they started laughing at her!I will never go here again! You will never get another cent from me!

I wish I would have read the reviews before going to this place. It looks nice from the outside and when you first walk in, but I was appalled by their unsanitary practices while getting my pedicure. In addition it was the fastest and most inefficient pedicure I have ever received. She spent more time scrubbing my legs, (to the point of irritation and pain) than she did doing anything at all to my feet. For such poor service, Im very surprised that they charge more than the average salon in Baton Rouge for pedicures. I will not be back.

I have been going here for at least six (6) years and am 100% satisfied. Randy, the owner, has performed great artwork (freehand not stickers or stencils) on my nails when I get that wild hair for something fun (i.e. Christmas Minions, reindeer Chevron pattern, flowers, lady bugs, butterflys, leopard print, LSU tiger print, flowers, breast cancer awareness ribbons, valentine hearts, watermelon, etc.) Anything that your imagination or Pinterest can come up with he can make it happen better than you could imagine. He is a talented nail artist. I consider Randy, the owner, and his wife my friends. They and the staff are very kind and friendly. This establishment is run with the utmost of professionalism, high safety & health practices, efficiency, respect and courtesy. I suspect that the bad reviews were from customers not willing to wait their turn at this popular and busy establishment. I have witnessed very rude customers with attitudes but never the staff. Dont let these reviews fool you. The prices are competitive and in most instances lower than most salons. I highly recommend.

Too expensive, they skipped some things on my pedicure and they only take cash or checks, I wont go there again, nail polish chipped the same day.
