I placed a call to them @ 8 in the morning & they were able to work around my schedule & get their technician out the same day. Colby was professional, friendly & thorough. He quickly diagnosed & resolved my problem & answered all of my questions & offered several helpful tips to maintain my unit. He assured me that IF I had any other issues or concerns that they are only a phone call away.

The technician called and offered to move up the scheduled appointment window, provided a new ETA and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable, professional and honest.He quickly determined there was no repair needed (operating louder due to system age). He did not try to push us into unnecessary repairs or find an issue that didnt exist. We will definitely call Buddys A-1 in the future!

They responded quickly and sold me on a $6700 Trane Deluxe 4 ton condenser unit. The next day they installed a different brand from what I ordered while i was at work and the following day the unit failed and now i am sitting in an 87°F house not very happy about this situation. The thing that upsets me the most is that I was not informed that they installed something that i did not pay for. Hopefully they make this right.Update: the very next day they corrected the error, which turned out to be an honest mistake. It was clear they care about their work quality. Our AC went out last night and I called Buddy’s first thing this morning. They gave me a time of 12-2 for the technician to come out. I got a call around 10 that he was on his way! Swapped out a new type of filter and showed us how to do the next ones by ourselves. Requires 24v power and a blue fiberglass liner inside a metal frame. Nothing like the old paper frame single unit type of “open door, toss old one, put in new one.” Simple . . . once shown how. But nothing obvious from the outside. Glad they came by. Definitely recommend them.

Technician was very professional and completed inspection on Suzanne of maintenance on both of our conditioning units. He also evaluated the system installation throughout the house and made recommendations for air intake on one unit that has two small of a return air source. Very thankful for that.

They started at 8:30am and finished up around 4pm...Lot of demoing and then placing the new system in....They actually had to dismantle the system to go in the attic and rebuild it because of the small entry way into the attic. They did not stop for lunch and took very few breaks. Very professional and knowledgeable. The noise problem I had before is gone and the unit cools us off rapidly. i enjoyed my conversations with them and glad I went with Buddy A-1

I was prepared to spend a ton of money because this is a house we just moved back into so I had no idea what was causing our air flow problem. The tech was such an honest person that he realized my problem was not major and fixed it on the spot.
