Went here to adopt a buddy for my female parakeet. The staff was very nice and helpful and the girl in the bird/fish center made sure I knew how to care for my bird and had everything I needed before taking him home. He is an absolute sweetheart and is already dowel trained. Working on finger step up next! :) All in all it was a pleasant experience.

Had a defective fish tank, took back to return, no hassles! Great customer service! Prices are high... thats why i gave it a 4. Unless on sale, i stick to my other pet store!!Check out the Glofish Betta and tanks!! Kids love it, abs is beautiful too look at. Love maintenance and easy to care for!!

I went here and noticed all the animals looked healthy, had clean enclosures, proper lighting, and food. Im particularly proud of the non cohabitation of the solitary animals (bearded dragons, boas, ect). This is a lethal mistake of many petstores. The employees are kind and very wise in animal expertise. If I was in charge I would give them all a raise.

I had a good experience. Brought my dog in to have her nails clipped and it was done in a timely matter without an appointment!

Got a gerbil here, was also shown wooden toys to get with and told good info about it.

Brought my puppy here to get groomed for his birthday, and he had a wonderful time! The crew did an amazing job trimming his nails and evening out his coat. Got his some cute new toys and a harness for really great prices too!

I recently purchased a juvenile leucistic ball python. And although I did lots of research I still wanted that extra opinion on things to get and things to expect for my snake. I came here with the hopes of getting everything I needed for my new ball python setup. What I left with was the satisfaction of having everything I needed to be ready for my snakes arrival, and confidence in myself from all the knowledge I gained while I was there. Its really comforting knowing that they have employees that have and enjoy reptiles like their customers do. Went in the store and was there for about 35 minutes could not find an Item that was advertised and tried to find an employee to help me with no luck. finally gave up and left. Noticed there was a line of people checking out. Only One register and 7 people waiting in line. Not a good experience and not the first time this has happened at this place. Although this was the worst. I do not recommend you shop here.

I bring my dog here to get groomed regularly. Overall my experience here is adequate but there is an older woman who works there (not one of the groomers) that is never nice. I don’t know if she’s a manager or not but the handful of interactions I’ve had with her she’s been unfriendly and rude.

Great visit to PetSmart grooming to have my Labs nails done. They were great and very understanding with a very nervous dog.

This was my first time there, huge store and a even bigger selection of products, when you first walk in to your left there is a dog grooming area, so many isles of toys, crates, bedding, leases, collars, harnesses, then a wide variety of can and dry dog and cat food, oh a big variety of treats for cats and dogs. That was only half of store and in the back the is some gerbals, mice, fish along with cages, aquariums and items to make your aquarium nice for your fish and toys for the mice and gerbals. Will have to make another trip to see the rest of the store, very friendly staff, nice clean place. Highly recommend to any pet owner to take a trip to.

I looked at 3 other stores before I finally found my puppies food here at PetSmart! And they had 3 on the shelf. It was great to be able to walk in and just pick it up when its been so hard to find anywhere else.

Petsmart may not be the largest store around, but they always carry a selection that covers any need a pet owner may have at a range of acceptable prices.

We always love our visits with Beau! He thinks its his house and family. Really helpful and happy staff.

For the most part, the groomers are nice,Ive had mostly good interactions. I did watch one groomer get over irritable to a pup that she was grooming on a table,(not mine), and I called her out and told her she needed a break, the next time I went there,I heard she had quit,probably best for everyone involved especially the dogs.

So for a month ive had to return numerous fish which were guarenteed obviously dying the next day but the employees should advise not purchasing fish that literally just come off the truck. That perhaps could of saved the dozen trips back and from to bangor

At the beginning of this month I had took my dog buddie to have his nails cut and buffed there because where I normally take him was not open and needed them done even though I was there first they took the person who came in after me before me then when they took me in they printed my receipt to pay after without the charge for buffing so I said something about it so they printed a new receipt to have it added in and it still came out without the buffing so I said something about it again and the girl said dont worry about it just pay for the nail clip and we will still do the buffing so I said okay after I got home I noticed that his nails were not buffed and he has several nails that look like they had splits in them 1 of the nails had a long piece of nail hanging of of it that I had to pull off and they didnt look and dont look like they was cut right I am very disappointed and would not recommend taking your dog here for this service to be done I will definitely never take my dog back....

Besides my local pet stores (lets face it you will not find higher lines of pet food in any big box stores) but PetSmart is great for all my other pet needs. They are my go to store while traveling for consistent quality and supply.

Weve been going to this one for over a year, and we love it. Our dog is used to the groomers here (they are very nice!) and we can usually find everything we need! So far, the staff has been helpful each time weve been there.

But if you do find a lower price they will price match with most places and the employees are very nice which is causing us to come back more and more! When we do purchase items they are of lasting quality and our pets love them!

Called to see if they had any super worms because I live 45 minutes out and everyone has been out lately. They hung up on me. Didn’t answer. Literally hung up. And then they wonder why we don’t shop at petsmart. They don’t care about their customers or anyone’s animals

I have every time I go, had to hunt down a employee. Once you get someone to help, they havent been able to answer questions or offer alternative suggestions. The store offers a large array of pets and supplies. Just hope you know what your looking for and where to find it. Who knows maybe they will hire someone who knows the job and is people friendly. Lets hope.

I received excellent customer service the day I went to find a Gentle Leader for my service dog, Rocko. He has a problem with wanting to pull especially around other people or dogs. The sales associate surprised me in a good way when she led me to where the Gentle Leader was located. She not only picked the right size but fitted it on my dog and let me try it out before I bought it. I was very happy with this because I dont drive and it wouldve been hard to bring it back if it didnt fit.

As tourists, we were stuck with a skunked dog & about to begin our 10 hour drive home. Pet Smart to the rescue! Took us right in, Yankee got de-skunked without harsh chemicals & was a pretty boy once more. They were prompt, professional & very courteous.
