This is the best eyebrow place that I have been to. I have been going here for at least 5 years and swear by them. Their service never disappoints

Just went there yesterday, always have to wait for the girl employees to do their own eyebrows on eachother i guess customers are no important, employees go first and not only that but im so aggrevated that the one of the girls there who did my eyebrows took a chunk off my right side eyebrow and i bet everyone knows which girls it is, i go home and noticed that, really people I DO NOT RECOMMEND, it really aggrevates me how bad my eyebrow looks !

Definitely five stars!! I get my eyelashes done here. Very beautiful!! More people should try the eyelash extensions and realize what an amazing change they make! Its an affordable way to dramatically improve your look and wake up beautiful everyday! Very affordable! Very professional!

For this review I am signed in under my husbands gmail account because mine was hacked. My name is Sabrina Thompson and I have been coming here for years. Even when we temporararily moved to South Carolina and would vacation in Ohio, I would still make sure I was able to come and get my eyebrows done. I always went to either Sita (I believe pronounced Seetha) and Mongoli. They are sisters, their precision and ability to fix whatever you have going on is great. Perfect eyebrows have a lot to offer as far as services. The wait time is fairly short, to avoid any wait at all come when they first open. Never any complaints besides the older Indian woman will make your eyebrows very thin (but if that’s the look you like she’s a good one to go to). Just be specific in what you want—thin, full, shape up or clean up etc.

I called this salon prior to driving 40mins away to get my brows and lashes done, knowing I would arrive at like 8:20 and the mall closed at 9, I called and mentioned this information to the store and asked would they be able to do these services before I drive to them, I got into the store at 830, I told the lady what I wanted and stated I called to make sure they could do me, the lady then says she couldnt do my lashes because the mall closes at 9, so I then stated well why would you say you could do it I drove 40 mins to come here if I knew that I wouldnt have come!!! I then asked its going to take you 30 mins to do what I want(WITH ME NOT MENTIONING I KNOW IT WOULDNT HAVE TAKEN 30 mins because I own a salon (check IG for Lena Brows) doing the SAME services and I clear 2-3 people in 30mins), so the lady then says ok you called so ok, so she did my brows and chin when she finished my chin she looked at her watch and said its 9:51 I cant do it I said you said you would man ok whatever, SOON as I get out of the chair she proceeds to tell the lady in the waiting chair its her turn THAT really pissed me off, sooo there is another lady working and finished her client the same time I got done she could have done the next customer and my lady could have done my lashes, that is horrible customer service and I as business owner and customer am highly disappointed...

Its hit & miss with this place & Im so done with them!!!Went just before Christmas & they only had one lady there with a room full of people waiting. Worst service ever! Had to go get them re-done elsewhere!!!
