Kasi did an amazing job with my nails this evening and I couldn’t be happier - she took extra care to make them look perfect. I was so grateful for her attention to detail and for fixing some of my clumsy smudges! She even helped me with choosing the right color when I was unsure. I had the BEST experience at Pampered And Polished tonight with Jessica!! The business itself is so cute and cozy not to mention CLEAN!! I had stopped going to get my nails done at other local nail salons because of the cleanliness.. and because I was always rushed out the door to get the next person in. Jessica took her time with me and did an excellent job on my nails! After she was finished she told me to use a sugar scrub that is locally made.. and it was just what I needed with these harsh winters my hands were so dry!! I would highly recommend this business and Jessica!

I have been a faithful client since 2011, and I wouldnt even consider going anywhere else! Brooke and Heather take pride in every service, making sure my visit is relaxing and pampering from the moment I walk in. The atmosphere is amazing, calming and welcoming. Im always greeted by name with a smile within a minute of arriving.Brooke is not only a very talented nail artist, but a great owner. Without losing sight of what she is doing and who she is with, she keeps a watchful eye on the rest of the salon to ensure clients are being attended to. Its easy to see the high level of dedication she has not only to her salon, but to her clients as well. We always have a great conversation and Ive never been disappointed!When I bring in a picture of a design I found online, not only does Brooke master the design, she makes it look even better that the original! I have found my new nail salon! I was very pleased with my experience at pampered and polished. Jessica did a wonderful job on my nails. I have had other salons drill down my natural nail before applying gel polish and I hate it. There was no drill in sight when getting my nails done today. They were very professional and the making appointments is very easy. I also like that I receive emails about upcoming appointments.

I was really excited to have an appointment for an acrylic fill. The atmosphere is lovely, warm, and calming. I had Jessica for a tech and she was such a sweetheart. While I’m satisfied with the atmosphere the actual product was disappointing. During my appointment I trusted her judgement and work. When I got home though and took a closer look I realized that I should have examined my nails more closely. The acrylic is lumpy and not uniform. With the gel polish you can see each layer as the entire nail did not get evenly coated. Not only this but it appears that one of the gel layers were not fully cured when putting a powder mica coat on as it looks like polish shifted underneath. Lastly the tips were not sealed causing polish chipping up onto the actual nail top itself. Overall I loved the atmosphere but disappointed in the nail job itself. Even my SO noticed that the nails weren’t that well done. Maybe this was just the person (Jessica) who needs more practice with acrylics.

This is probably one of the best nail places in town to go! You do have to make an appointment, which Im often bad at doing, but its soooo worth it. These ladies truly make you feel relaxed and pampered while getting polished up and beautiful!

Went today for a gel manicure and Jessica did my nails, she was so nice and easy to talk to. The salon is very clean and much better than regal nails in Walmart (where I used to go- very poor selection of gel polish there)

Best nail salon in Bangor hands down. Have been getting my acrylics done by Brooke for years and Ive never not LOVED them. Even when shes been too busy to see me her other nail techs have done a great job!

I have been to so many salons. The quality of Brooke’s work is unbelievably amazing. I have been a client for two years. I saw the comment from Suzette for one star and was inclined to respond. If no one is at the front desk, all you have to do is ring the bell. Not only is the service here exceptional, but the staff truly cares about their work. And it shows!

The building is old but when you walk in, its so welcoming. The owner was wonderful and skilled. I was visiting for work, during my downtime decided to treat and pamper myself. I am from the DC area and cant wait to return.
