The person I got was kind of rude. I understand we all have off days but she referred to everyone else by name and made no attempt to make me feel welcome. Even after i flat out told a group of them that i was looking for somewhere permanent, were they could get to know me and i could relinquish creative control and trust them. At one point after rolling her eyes at me twice because i had dip on, which i had made abundantly clear on the phone when asking if there was availability to do a set that day, i told her i could go somewhere else. The service left something to be desired but the outcome was beautiful. I gave her an idea of what i wanted and she went with it resulting in a beautifully done set of nails. Please note that these photos represent about a week of growth, since getting them done.

I was so impressed with the quality of my nails! They were done in a very timely manner, as well as inexpensive and everyone was very professional. I would definitely use them again!

I had a a wonderful experience with Anna and her Husband Mr.V they were so friendly and talkative with me and my son. I would highly recommend them the customers service was like we had been friends for years and they got us right in for a last minute appointment.

I have no idea how this place has decent reviews. I have never had such an uncomfortable experience getting a service done. The woman who works here was so insanely rude. I don’t know what her issue was but she cut me off when i spoke, refused to respond to me when i asked questions about the nail shape or anything like that and when i finally said “ma’am?” To see if she heard me she said “i heard you the first time you said it.” And another nail tech told me i need to stop and just let them do what they want to do. She was mean to my sister and I the entire time until maybe 2 minutes before she asked us how much were tipping. I got a full set, was never even asked if i like the shape, and theyre ok but not great. I had a lot of pieces left around my cuticles and on my fingertips.Side note, its also uncomfortably warm inside, no music, and no effort to speak english. Its almost like customers being there are more of an inconvenience

Ive been going to this business to get my nails done for a few months now and Ive never had a problem until today. I was running late so I called to let them know, but when I showed up I was met with rude remarks and passive agressive behavior. I felt extremely uncomfortable and rushed the whole time. My friend and I were supposed to get a full set and a pedicure but we decided to forget about the pedicure after seeing the attitude we were going to get the entire time. I will absolutely not he going back to this establishment.

My nails still looking great 2 weeks later

Went here today hoping to get a french pedicure. It has pretty good reviews so I was hopeful. Sadly, the lady who did my nails did a terrible job. None of the tips are even and before I was even out of the chair they were messed up. The “top coat” she put on did not do anything... 5 hours later and I don’t have french nails anymore. It looks like a five year old did them. The tips are almost completely gone because they were not covered by the top coat.I went with a friend who got a manicure, no polish, and their cuticles were not cut properly and it didn’t even look like they got their nails done at all.If I could give less than one star I would. Truly disappointed. Biggest waste of $60 everWill not be going here again.

I have gotten my nails done at almost every shop in the area and am happy to be able to say I have found my forever nail salon with Beautiful Nails! My only regret is not finding them sooner. My nails have never looked so amazing nor have they lasted so long. Just booked another appointment for a fill and a pedicure for tomorrow!

I went to get a full set today and I was very pleased with the final product. Ana worked fast and was very kind. It’s a very friendly atmosphere and I will definitely be going back!

As a travel nurse it is a nightmare finding a new place to get my nails done while on assignment but I loved the friendly and professional job from a clean establishment

The people never greeted me I was there for 40 minutes and then when I decided I wanted to change my appointment the lady rolled her eyes at me so I decided to take my business elsewhere

Beautiful Nails is owned and operated by a wonderful couple. They not only do a fabulous job with manis and pedis, they treat you like family, remembering what is going on in your life and always inquiring about things. They truly care about you as a person and not just a source of income.

Beautiful Nails does exactly that…a beautiful job every time! I looked for a decent nail salon for almost a year before my friend suggested Beautiful Nails, I have never looked elsewhere again. The first time I went in, the owner, Anna, picked the color and she nailed it (pardon the pun)…she matched it to my ring! I get compliments on my nails all the time. Anna and her hubby are a dynamite duo! Get on the schedule for sure cause they book up fast. Well worth the wait though!
