Got a Rough Country 3.5 inch lift kit from Swetts. There a dealer and did a great job on the install. Jeep rides great. Ill definitely be going back for future work.

Just stopped by this Swetts auto at 451 Hogan Rd for a state inspection. A young technician wouldnt give me a pass, saying my chipped windshield is a broken windshield that needs replacement. This is NOT the way of doing business. Ive been driving with this chipped windshield for years, and the same condition passed at the other Swetts on State St in last year. It could be that the technician couldnt even tell if a windshield needs repair or not, or they got money hungry due to COVID lockdown, or maybe both. Anyways, if you have small nonessential issues with your car, you know which one to avoid, at least.

My husband and I were locked out of our car with our cell phones inside. The cashier on duty let my hubby use his personal phone to call for assistance to unlock the car. I waited inside the store til help arrived, the staff on duty was very polite and respectful.

First time there and I will not go anywhere else! Went in for a transmission service very last minute and they squeezed me right in and had it completed way sooner than expected. I came in today and I must say I am very thankful for you guys. Late Friday morning with what appeared to be a very busy day I come in with no brakes in my van. My pedal was going to the floor and hardly would stop. I spoke with a younger man I believe his name was Martie he helped get me right in, explained everything to me and helped turn a stressful situation into a breeze! Thank you guys so much!

$95 / Hr Crazy!! And every time I go there, something else seems to go right after they fix the first thing I came for. In short, Theyll do the work but they charge too much and I dont trust them to treat me right.

Went to the store location in Bangor on a Saturday at 2 PM when it says it’s open until 5 PM on the doors and online. Door locked. Went to the shop with an open bay door and asked the employees if they were open, said “nope!”. When asked why because their door sign says open to 5, no response. Would not answer phone.
