This tow company is awesome. Very reliable on time caring and professional. I recommend them to anyone who needs a tow you wont regret it! Ive had two on-time tows with this company with no issues. P.S the tow truck is really nice as well I was shocked at how nice the interior was.

I was driving home, out of state, and broke down on the side of the highway.It was late and it was very cold.Chris responded very quickly and professionally.He also assisted me with locating a repair shop that was open on a Sunday so I would not have to wait until Monday to have it checked out and repaired.He stayed with me and made sure I was ok while I was waiting for a ride. He even offered to have his wife make me coffee to help pass the time and make an unfortunate situation a little better.I can not thank Chris and his wife enough, not only for the towing service, but for going above and beyond and for just for being “good people”.

Spoke to him, said he was coming ...he never came . Then when i called back .. kept saying i had the wrong number . Lol . Clown . Dont be 24 hours if your to lazy to help a woman on the highway at 2AM !

I had a flat, then called and provided my GPS location as requested for service only to be told they couldnt make it it out to me.

We were waiting on a towing company that USAA sent for over two hours on the side of I-95 when we finally gave up and called Chris. Unlike the other towing companies that said they can’t come tow for XYZ reasons, Chris said he’ll come get us in 20 min and he arrived promptly. I cannot thank Chrishelles Towing enough. They truly saved my parents life during a flash flood. My parents had to evacuate their car after getting stuck in water. After 3 different people called the police and maryland transportation authority, nobody ever showed up to rescue them. Chrishelles was there to tow someone else and after they got that car out of the water they came for my parents car and also drove them safely home. I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend!

All around great service. My ball joint gave out around 7pm and when no other tow companies would come out because it was too late, Chrishelles did not hesitate to help me out. It seems like the truck was on the road before I hung up the phone. The truck came fast and the driver, Chris, was very helpful, knowledgeable and was happy to answer my questions and recommend and tow me to a good and affordable mechanic. Prices seem fair, especially considering the quality and reliability of the service.

I called for a tow at 5:30 a.m. and I was given an arrival time of 10 minutes. Ive never had a tow arrive when they said they would. Not only did Chris arrive in 10 minutes like he said, but he was quick, knowledgeable and professional. Id recommend Chrishelles to anyone. I hope I never need another tow, but Ill call Chriselles if I do.

Employee was extremely rude, threatened to tow my vehicle and still charged me 100 dollars for “wasting his time”, when he didn’t do the job that I requested he didn’t do anything at all, just got mad and wouldn’t stop being rude !

Knowingly drove the wrong direction and charged for the extra miles. My GPS said go left, he said his GPS said go right and he added Thats weird I know its down the other way and he went right. It was $211 to go 10 miles.
