Kevin the technician was amazing! He was very punctual, he took time to answer my questions mind you it’s 2:30am, he was quick and efficient. I highly recommend this company

I had an issue with tire. 2002 Coachmen Aurora 35ft Motor home. Kevin (Technician) came and just look around 5min. After that he fixed all problem within 20min. 100% satisfied and recommended!!

Was stuck on 695 with flat tire at 9pm with children in back seat called this service and was told 45 min … time passed and called again was reassured someone would come in 30 min, no one came and I called back twice they didn’t pick up ..not to mention on the phone call to this there was a lot of commotion in Background like a child screaming or yelling .. thank god state highway administration was able to get us a guy who could fix our tire, although we didn’t get home til 12 am .. They need some professionalism and urgency with this business smh ridiculous!

I needed a lock lug removed and blown tire changed out with the apare. ICAR was great! On time, friendly and professional.

We waited a little longer than told but once the driver got notified he was here within 15 minutes. We would use them again.

I am a young pregnant college student from out of state. I got a flat tire and had very little money. They came to help me and were very generous despite not being able to pay right away. Very reliable service. Super helpful and generous regardless of your situation. I definitely recommend them when in need.

I am so thankful for the service I have received from ICAR. I have now had to use them on 3 separate occasions. Each time was due to my keys being locked in my vehicle. The first time I was in need of their assistance was on a weekend around midnight. I was leaving work and realized I had locked my keys in my vehicle. I had called around to multiple companies and was quoted double of what ICAR charged. I also would had waited at least 90 minutes for someone to come out (some companys said they would not be able to come out until the next morning). Thankfully I found ICAR. I spoke to Kevin and he told me he could be there within 25 minutes. He was actually there sooner. The 2nd time one of my friends children had locked my keys into my car. Once again, on a weekend. I contacted ICAR and spoke to Kevin. That time I had to wait a little longer but still received great service. Last night my door handle broke with my keys in the ignition and my car running. Yet again, I was unable to get into my vehicle. After the first two experiences I knew I needed to contact ICAR. I spoke to Kevin and he had someone come out to help me fairly quickly (even received a discount). I would like to thank Kevin and his team for all their help. You guys are awesome and I would highly recommend you to anyone in need of your service. Thanks once again, from a time long costumer.

I ran out of gas in Baltimore and I’m from West Virginia about 3 1/2 hours away. I had no cash on me to pay for it but because of extreme cold weather this company went out of their way to bring me and my girlfriend gas! This company is truly a blessing! Great friendly people!

Kevin was dispatched to my truck after I had waited over 15 hours for one tow service after another. He was very understanding of my situation. Helped me with my truck (I made a very stupid mistake trying to be my own mechanic), and helped me get home within the hour. Just wanted to say thank you. I dont know about the others but Kevin was passionate about helping out a customer. Made my day a hell of a lot better.

Honestly just let the phone ring and they will answer. I got stranded in a parking garage downtown baltimore. Called my insurance company and waited an hr and a half to have someone call me. Eventually I gave up and called ICAR. Yeah the phone did ring for awhile but they answered and for 45$ gave me a jumpstart within 10-20 mins of me calling them.Very cheap and very fast. Would recommend and use again.

I called them to get my car towed. They charged my credit card twice. I called once and Angel said they would remove the charges. He did not remove them. On the third phone call, he said he had to have the refund approved by the billing department. I asked for the billing departments phone number, but he says they did not have a phone. I asked for his supervisor, Kevin. Angel could not provide me with any contact information for Kevin either. Finally, after 27 days, the refund was processed. The entire interaction with this company was unpleasant and unprofessional.Also this company has no address, only a PO box. You call them, and they call a towing company. It seems any suggestion that they exist in Ellicott City, Baltimore, Glen Burnie, etc. is a lie. I would highly recommend not doing business with this company.

Icar came to my rescue when was stranded. I don’t have roadside assistance and he pulled right up and asked if needed help. He had all power tools my tire was changed in 5 minutes. Unbelievable. I recommend Said highly.

KEVIN K arrived to assist me 15 minutes before his estimated 1hr arrival. He was pleasant and ready to assist from start to finish. He pulled me off the black ice and back onto the road.

DO NOT HIRE ICAR!! I hired them on 9/29 to change a tire on my truck. The technician, Sadique, did not tighten down the lug nuts. By God’s grace I am alive. My tire fell off in fast heavy traffic! There is almost $1000.00 in damage to my truck. They promised to pay for the needed repairs caused by their negligence. They say the will pay, but they just lie to get me off of the phone. They promised if I took down my bad review they would pay, which I did. It’s back now because they lied to me. I am lucky to alive, use ICAR at your own risk.

These guys are a bunch of crooks. Towed a vehicle a 4.9 miles, a huge 13 minute drive and replaced an alternator and then get charged $5500 for a $500 job. No explanation of costs before hand, no breakdown of what was replaced, and no one from management will return any calls. This is not to mention the 1hr ETA that was provided only to show up 12hrs later being forced to spend overnight on the side of the road.To say these guys are crooks is very generous and give the entire tow industry a bad name. They couldnt even give me the name of the shop the vehicle was repaired at and sounded like a backyard mechanic with no registered business.Beyond unacceptable, a refund was requested and zero response from the company.

Helped me out when I was really in a tight spot. The service was above and beyond the normal hands down. They were punctual and didnt leave my side until I was safe and well off.

The tire on my truck exploded they sent a guy to me with in 20 min change the tire and I was on my way. I hope I wouldnt need them again but I feel better knowing they got my back

Do not under any circumstances call this company. They are one of the worst Ive ever seen and Ive been in the roadside assistance business for twenty eight years. AVOID!

Giece sent knockout roadside service to me the couldnt get the job done luckily Kevin saw me and stopped changed my tire and I was on my way. From now on Im requesting these guys.
