Quick and Professional for me. It wasnt there fault they had to do their job. I just thank God I was able to get my car back.

The owner of this company is named buzz greenwood white guy hes tall and stocky. I unfortunately had my cologne bottle of Jimmy Choo stolen from The middle armrest compartment within 24 hours of them repossessing my vehicle. if you notice things stolen out of your vehicle make sure you obtain an affidavit from the on-duty supervisor get it notarized fill it out also make sure you obtain records of what items were taken out of your vehicle. One thing I cant stress enough for anybody who ends up having to get their car items out of their vehicle from this place is make sure you are calm and respectful it will go a long way but also make sure you obtain a police report in regards to your items stolen from your vehicle. make sure that when you do you tell the police officer that you want a theft from Auto report this is not a civil matter with the company its a theft they are technically in possession of your vehicle the items that are inside your vehicle is personal property of yours so is considered through Maryland a theft from Auto because you know that greenwood towing was in possession of your vehicle. Seriously, from the phone conversation, they don’t even care about your outlook on them. Their professionalism can improve tremendously. We know you in towing and it is what it is, just be empathic with people. You don’t know their struggle to get where they are.

I was expecting a TV show nightmare but was surprised by how extremely professional and courteous these people were under the circumstances. All of my property was exactly as I left it. I would recommend them for business. Respectful and trustworthy.

They damage my car and are rude people they are the worst

Terrible towed my car for parking in my own complex and still charged me. Went to get my car and my bumper had been broken from the tow put in a complaint and still have heard anything. But if they tow your car there will be some damage done.

If I could give 0 stars to the place I would! What is the point of making an appointment if you are going to wait more than 3 hours for your vehicle? I live 2 hours away and arrived promptly 5 minutes prior to my 11:15 am appointment. After sitting in my friends vehicle waiting for over two hours, I start to inquire about what the hold up is. Every time I checked in I was told 20-30 minutes each time. At this point another hour has passed with no indication of my vehicle arriving on the lot. HERE I AM STILL SITTING, WAITING, AFTER BEING ADMITTED INTO THE HOSPITAL FOR PNEUMONIA AND BEING DISCHARGED A WEEK LATER, waiting on my car! THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS HORRIBLE, UNORGANIZED, and not honest at all!!!

HORRIBLE!!!!! My car was with them twice. The first time, whoever goes inside the cars to bag your stuff stole my money that was in my arm rest then told me that they had no recollection of money being in there (of course you wouldnt when youve stolen it smh) but they also had my car recently and I picked it up on Monday 2/11/19 and I brought to their attention that they damaged my car. My windshield was cracked and my right bumper over the front tire is banged-scratched up. I was given the damage claim paper to fax in (which I did on Tuesday with pictures) Ive called, faxed AND emailed them the form and its Friday and Ive still havent received a call back from Kristy or the manager. I will be seeking legal action because this is utterly ridiculous!!!!! I also have proof that my car wasnt picked up with those damages as I had JUST gotten the car out of the shop 2 days before they took it.

I am now clinically blind in my left eye with paralysis in my left leg. The last three years because my wife of nearly 35 years decided to have an affair as apposed to fasing my illesses chose to have an affair. A divorce and monetary theft left me in ruins. My car was repoed. Along with my wheelchair, walker and oxygen tank and other items. After calling Greenwood they decided to bring my items to me. An act of kindness I havent felt or seen in a very long time. Thanks to the people of Greenwood towing I can rest a little easy. A blessing on you.

This is by far the worst tow company everrr!!! Once I got my car back I had issues with my car that I’ve never had. They open late and close early. Yolanda was the only helpful person, everyone else’s attitudes need evaluation for a work place environment. I hope no one has to expierence the BS this company put me through to retrieve MY vehicle back. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.

Savages. Very cool with me and polite... but they did have me waiting forever to get my car back

Some of the staff is okay. But heres the thing if you car gets towed to the lot, the workers remove your belongings from your vehicle and put them in bags for you. My suggestion is to call, because you have to make an appointment to come and retrieve your vehicle.

They stole my sister stuff out of her car. She had an appointment and they just took their time even stole her ashtray... Smh
