Our 3 motocycles were stolen. We were told they had found 1( the smallest 50 cc). It was picked up at night and instead of notifying us that night and the fee would have been $119, they waited until after midnight( charges for another day were applied) to call us. Additional fees were charged for storage. This bike was I urs. We are not the thieves. Why were we punished for the crime. We r hoping f I r the other 2 bikes to be returned. H I w much will this total hundreds or $1000. Why am i paying double for my property???. All towing co., should be more willing to return others property, not get so greedy. Also answer rhe phones.

What began as a very unpleasant and stressful conversation on the phone turned into a respectful, professional interaction in person. Although my experience involved two different people, one which hung up on me, ended with a much desired response from a more sensible person.

I was given a 30 minute arrival time and they were there in about 10 minutes! Staff was very friendly and professional. I would definitely use this company again.

$100 for a lockout less then 2 miles from their lot. Not to mention it took them 45min to get there. And the driver wasn’t sure how to open the door. So I grabbed the tools and did it myself in 10seconds.Driver was very professional and nice. Nothing against him. But maybe training on newer vehicles on how to pop them open.

So, my car was towed there due to an accident that totaled it. I was able to grab my tags and personal items for a towing and storage fee. The price was very fair and the man even helped me junk the car. Great service indeed!

I was totally ripped off by their company. They billed for unnecessary charges. They towed my car from the scene of an accident, he took about 5 minutes to get my car on the truck and left. He charged for over an hour of “extra winching” and “extra ordinary circumstances”. I have a little car (2013 Ford Focus), and there was no issues with him getting my car on the truck. When I asked about the charges I was told “we have to make our money somehow”. I’m not very happy and they will never get another dime out of me!

Considering the stress level of having to pick my Daughter up after her first accident. The guys were so kind and caring from the driver calming my Daughter to helping with directions to their lot. The Owner was so considerate keeping the shop open while i made multiple phone calls to avoid being charged storage over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. I enjoyed chatting with him while we waited for the next tow truck. It really made the day a little easier.

Was ran off the Road into the shoulder by one of there trucks had to fight my way back on the road from the shoulder then there drivers was yelling and flipping me off even know it was his fault he didnt whant to let me and the car ahead merge he could off gotten over me and the car ahead had no choice we had to merge to the lane he was in but I called and made a compliment they apologize to me and said they wouldnt talk to there driver I would recommend this company if this is the professionalism you can expect from there drivers

These guys are great. It was my first accident in a big truck and these guys have the patience of saints. They did everything they could to help get my truck and trailer off the road and even towed it to Pennsylvania where it could be worked on. They where very professional in every aspect. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a tow truck big or small.

I saw that there were some really bad reviews on here but only after calling them to tow my truck from a local dealership to a shop i use for repairs. After seeing the reviews I was a bit concerned but all in all the experience was acceptable and professional. they were a couple of hours late for the pickup that they said would take about 45 minutes. They actually took about 3.5 hours but they did arrive and promptly towed my truck to the local repair shop. The gentleman on the phone, who took my calls, was friendly and always answered each time I called. They called me back after my car was towed and took my credit card info for the payment. They are on the high side, price wise, charging 195.00 for less than 5 miles but i was in a rush and didnt research pricing so thats on me. You cant blame a company for their pricing if you decide to go with their services. I was also skeptical about giving some random guy my credit card info over the phone but within minutes the charge went through and it was in the exact amount he stated, They quickly sent me an email with the receipt as I requested also. This was definitely not a scam and they definitely have a real towing service. You could probably negotiate a better rate than i did but using their service was not a mistake and I would definitely use them again.

Very expensive and known as rip offs around the area. They have a contract with the local police for towing and they are extremely expensive for towing and also con artists. I had a truck flip over on private property and called another and more reputable company to pick it up and when they showed up baltimore towing was picking it up without my permission and than tried to charge me twice what the the company i called did. Please stay away from these crooks and call someone else for any towing needs.i also know other trucking companies who have said they have had a bad experience with this crooked towing company.

Even one star too much for this company, never deal with them, they cooperate with police, and police doesn’t allow you call other towing company. And this company take it advantage and charge you too much money.

Sonny Was single handedly the reason Ive changed my mind about the company(having previously only encountered their drivers on the road).. He, and his son were more professional, and he even worked with me to pay less than I owed, after having my van sit for nearly a month.. He didnt have to do that..Though their drivers still drive extremely aggressive, the owner is atleast a nicer guy..

Place is a joke. No one there knows whats going on. My chopper was stolen 4 days ago and police said i can finally pick it up after dealing with unprofessional so called business people at the shop i still dont have my bike back .Now they wanna keep it for storage fees. Get the phuck out of here. Old lady in office with hat said no fee cause it was stolen but greedy owner wants money. Place is a joke . I agree with all the others. No way this place has an a rating.. One of their drivers slammed on his breaks in front of me and had no working break lights. I put my hand up in a what thr heck manner and the driver flipped me off. Even before that he was driving agressively and cutting people off. Its when employees are given too much freedom and complaints are ignored that guys act like this freely without care for representing their company. I called to conplain and the woman seemingly did not care nor offer for me to speak to a manager. I work the same job she does and i know the difference between companies who care and those who do not. What a sad way to represent a business from both the driver and dispatcher.

Asked to get an idea regarding box truck towing. The person on other line who was chewing the food, spitted out $2500 . By the way average price is between $ 300 to 400 USD

Bad experience, rude people, scammers.My opinion is go with the other Baltimore company.Because of a misunderstanding over the phone, I was being charge for full service; even though, I refused service.The mechanic that showed up was a third party that they had contracted.Screaming, pushy, and rude. Thats when I refused services.3-4 months later and was still fighting over the charge with credit card company.Please, stay away.
