If you are a Gieco customer you need to rethink your decision. If you are a Gieco customer whos filed claims for body repair on your vehicle you DEFINITELY should have it inspected. Gieco cuts corners at all costs. YOUR costs and the techs fixing your car. Your car will be repaired with cheap aftermarket parts or used parts that who knows what they have been through on previous cars. Stop allowing them to rip you and the techs off!!

We had Geico car insurance for several years with no problems or accidents. Then our car was hit and run while parked in front of our house. We followed every appropriate procedure. Geico gave us the run around for 3.5 months! They were absolutely unprofessional: a new person called up to 5 times a day asking the same questions, interrupting work meetings and making life ridiculously stressful. Finally after 5 separate reviews and endless hassle, I decided to sue them. Suddenly, they paid for all the damage. Avoid Geico at all costs!

I am a returning Geico customer.I always liked the services they provided and I only switched because the person I was in a relationship with at the time used a different insurance company. Horrible to work with. Have been disregarding and ignoring my messages. They are not offering fair market value for my vehicle and when I try to dispute it every vehicle I send to them does not apply to their standards. My agent has repeatedly ignored my messages and has been dragging this out for over a month. I can not recommend Geico and I warn people to avoid using them as an insurer.

Patient with us and went through all our options. Gave us recommendations on where we could cut costs if we choice too. It was not all about making money, but providing the level of insurance that made sense for me. Left my old company, who I had been with for over 30 years and saved over $700 a year. I absolutely love Rebecca she assisted me for over a month with switching my car insurance. My driving record wasnt the best and when the price I was quoted on was higher than the one I received online she informed me of why and that in a month when the points fell off the price would be lower.She contacted me that following month and all I had to do was make a payment and my policy was started. I am very pleased with her service. They respond quickly to calls/emails and answer any question you may have.

You’ve heard the commercials and probably thought it’s too good to be true, but it isn’t . After my rates went up on my multiple policies with State Farm for no reason, I finally made the call. 5 star service!!!!!!! I had my policy quoted at 375 and then it was raised to 450 after I finalized and paid for the plan. I spoke to Nafferty about lowering back to the original amount but her and James were able to lower by double the amount I was originally quoted. Best surprise!
