In 33 years literally the worst agent I ever had I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to him you can’t get in contact with him he’s never available no one’s ever in the office no one ever answers the phone they don’t return calls they don’t return emails you’re pretty much on your own I had to go to another it’s Allstate insurance agent to even help me up the road from my own agent because he wasn’t available

He also did not push offers of no interest to me yet still provided sufficient detail for me to reject them with costs considered. Listen, we got a lot of options for car insurance, something we dont think about 99% of the time. You might not think it matters who you go to, because its all the same policy in the end, right? Wrong. Sanjay is the best insurance agent Ive ever worked with, and Im basing it solely on the fact of how nice he is and the fact that we set up my policy almost entirely through text messages. You CANNOT beat that.

I hate this place if sanjay is your agent ask to be transferred to someone else.. If you call their phone no one ever pics up.. So i went to the location on falls rd and it was abandoned . i emailed them and never got a respone. I had to contact allstate personally to get results. A non agent of mine lowered my payment buy 100 dollars where as sanjay and staff just took my money.. My advise dont even give them a chance to screw you.. If there were negative stars theyd get them.

I love them at this office they so sweet amd helpful. They work with you this time has been strenuous but they have worked for me.
