Every time we need their help they are quick on the draw and go above and beyond. No matter who answers the phone it’s like talking to an old friend. On the most recent call, Kathy helped add a new vehicle to our policy and after we hung up, reviewed it on her own, and discovered a way to lower our deductible by $300 for only $1 more a month. Just one example of the great work they do.

We recently switched back to State Farm and have had amazing customer service with this office. Right after switching I had a claim for a broken windshield and Bruce made it super easy to get fixed. Not only did he make it easy but he sent our family a card as we had to put our cat down the weekend it happened. Fast forward a few months later and we make a claim over the weekend for a deer that ran into the side of our car while driving. The following Monday Bruce called to check on us and make sure we all were OK. Again, the entire process from start to finish was easy and you are never made to feel like youre a hassel to them.
