A State Farm customer of almost twenty years. When the Adjuster offered me $800.00 for my damages, I appealed to my agent. Rather than advocating for me, I was told it was a fair quote. After a different Adjuster came to my home and quoted my damages at over $12,000.00 I knew I wasn’t a valued customer. I was just a monthly premium. Please save your “I’m sorry you feel this way”. My Agent advocating for me would have kept me from feeling this way.

I have been attempting to buy home insurance from this office for almost 2 months. I spoke with Naja several times. Naja called me back in an adequate amount of time, but I couldnt talk when she called. I asked her to call me back after work at 3PM. She did not call me and when I called her the next day, she said she tried. She did not call. Again, I followed up after I bought my home and gave her the information needed. She emailed me additional information and I promptly returned the information the next day via fax. I called Naja and confirmed she received the information and she said it was received and she would send it to the underwriter for a quote. Again, a few weeks went by and no call from Naja. I again followed up and she stated, Im still waiting for you to send me the information. I then told her that I sent it to her and we discussed it. Then suddenly, she remembered. At that point, she started going through emails, but couldnt find it. I was on hold waiting and finally I said for her to call me back. I followed up again today, and she cannot find the information. She asked me to send it again. I promptly said NO. I had heard such good things about this office and its local near my home. I am truly disappointed and will go with another company and agent.7/18/2019 After I posted this review, Stephanie Owens personally called me and apologized for the problems I had encountered. I was very impressed that the business owner called me herself to help to resolve this issue. I greatly appreciated her kindness and concern for what happened. Stephanie was very professional and was able to obtain my home insurance the same day and I am completely satisfied with the results. I had heard such good things about her office and she absolutely proved to me that her office is the one for me. Thank you Stephanie and I hope to have a long relationship with State Farm.
