Sue is very unprofessional. She spoke as if we were comrades. The service she provided lowers State Farm’s standards. I was provided better service from another office. I’d rather have quality service. I would not recommend this State Farm.

I love the staff and Dewayne. They are always helpful and always looking for ways to help me understand my coverages. I know I can always count on them, especially Sue. When I need to leave a message, she always calls back promptly and always eager to assist.

I wish I could give less then one star, The person Sue was very unprofessional . She gave continuous attitude, cut me off when speaking and stated she would fix something . When I called the office at 4:15 they were Closed very rude I would never recommend this office.
