I love this office, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my insurance purposes. My mom and I have been working with this office for years, the staff is so friendly they make me feel like I’m family. I get reminder texts and discount options which really help a single parent like myself. I recommend them to anyone.

I have been with State farm and this office for many years I have my home and auto insurance through them. Several years ago I had to put an auto claim in and I was impressed at how quickly the office responded and settled the issue to get my car back on the road as quickly as possible. Also, when I lost my son in an auto accident 9 years ago Melanie was very compassionate and helpful in getting the claim through. Melanie and her staff are really nice to work with and Im very comfortable dealing with them. There was even a time that State farm was offering some sort of financial product and Melanie asked me to bring in the paperwork on what I currently had. After reviewing that she recommended that I stay where I am and that at the time their product would not have been as competitive as what I have now... how many offices would do that? Im glad to be with Melanie and her office and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good honest insurance agent.

This is a great office to handle all your insurance needs. I actually transferred from another office because their customer service was very bad. Since Ive been working with this office all my needs are meet and beyond. The office staff is very helpful and respectful. They call to make sure to customer is happy and if anything is needed. They get things done in a timely manner. If they say someone will return your call...someone returns your call. Great office and spectacular staff...hands down.

First off the office is always quick in getting back to me with a response to a question I may have or provide information for a concern or inquiry I may have. That is using multiple types of media including phone calls, emails or even more recently, the use of text messaging. My most recent interaction with the office and staff was to use text messaging concerning an applied discount for using the drive safe mobile app. The office staff was helpful and assured me they would look into having the discount applied to my bill. I was just contacted earlier today and the office informed me that the drive safe discount was retro dated back to the account and the discount applied and they saved me money on my bill. Thanks to everyone in the office, your staff is fantastic and great customer service is always appreciated.

They are very professional but also very kind when I bought my new car back in May the transition from my Mazda to my new Chevy was very easy thanks to Shannon. What I really like about this business is that sometimes when you have been with a company for a long time, youre probably paying more than you would someplace else. Also, your insurance needs sometimes change as you get older. I like that the agent calls you periodically to see if your needs have changed. Not just to add additional coverage, but in some cases I reduced coverage. They walk you through your policies and even make suggestions to eliminate coverage that is no longer necessary. The associates are very, very nice and they laugh with you like youre old friends, not an insurance payment. Theyre the best.
