We won a house at auction 4 months ago and they have still not delivered. Spoke with the woman at OHAAT and she blamed it on someone else but made it very clear to me that they intended to hold me to the contract I signed. Make certain that you can afford to wait an indefinite amount of time before commiting yourself to these people financially. One star just to show I was here.
