Wonderful leasing office staff who are always available and friendly. Maintenance comes quick when you need them as well. Only adjustment is getting used to not being able to control your own heat and AC. However, its a bonus that heat is included with rent ! Great, affordable apartments.

I love it here. They are so friendly. They remember who you are. And when you see them they are always happy, very kind. They definitely make you feel welcome. And Rachel is such an Angel

This is the worst apartment complex Ive ever lived in, if I could give it less than one star then I would or just have the option to not rate it at all would probably be better. They have no working heat, and no A/C, my ceiling fan broke 3 times until they finally decided to change the entire fan, but expect so much more out of you. The women in the leasing office are truly one of a kind, they have the most disgusting attitudes and worst management skills I have ever seen in my life. Ive never lived in a leasing office that renews your lease without you having to go in the office and actually sign for a new lease. I could go on for days about how trash they are, but unfortunately Im still in a lease that I did not want to renew. You will get exactly what you pay for living here and its just not worth it.

I have lived at Lochwood Apartments for a while now and has always had a good experience with the staff. The neighborhood has always been quiet and clean. Very satisfied tenant.

Very poor place to live. From to the manager down to the leasing professionals. The one lady who actually worked as a janitorial personnel, then they decided shes now qualified to be a leasing professional...VERY BAD IDEA. She could never put a ticket in correctly or on time for them to fix your issue. She also had very bad customer service skills. Just a very terrible experience. Also, theybadvertised free heat at the apartments but that is not true. They have no heat in the winter, making it very difficult to deal with winter conditions...so I suggest you invest in a space heater if possible. Also, they have a very bad skillset when it comes to dealing with customer relations. I had a neighbor that would constantly play music after the 10pm cut off time, they would speak to them and the resident would continue to ignore your requests and do as they please. They do not have a 3 strike rule in this place as I had complained more than 10 times about these issues and nothing was done. Even to the point where I switched shifts and they resident still was very loud...complained finally to manager and she was also non helpful. They will raise your rent and will not do any renovations to the property...I just moved and made sure the apartment was up to their standards for vacating the property, they still charged me 75.00 for a smoke detector stating it was broken. When I know for a fact it was not...as you can see they are also money hungry and will do anything to steal from your deposit. I myself personally hadnt missed one payment but still allow people who are late on their rent to get their way...so as you can see they also dont value the good residents over the terrible ones.The only positive experience about this place was the maintenance pickup guy...but everyone else terrible. Everyone save yourself the headache...PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE!

That last comment is a very poor judgement on this place. Ive been here a year going on two. Theres only one negative thing about this place, and thats the heat is pretty low during the winter so to still might need a heater. Other than that, everything is Gucci. Their customer service is always genuine and helpful when needed. They are professional but will work with you when certain problems occur if you let them know ahead of time. The ladies at the office are great, Ive never had a bad comment to say about them. I always recommend this place when I hear someone wants to move. Just come in for yourself and see!

THEE WORST complex Ive ever lived in. Starting with the rental office and their ENTIRE staff. When I moved in there were nails in the carpet that was supposed to be new. I had to hand remove over different size nails from my NEW carpet. I moved in at the peak of summer not knowing my walls would bubble up from the heat. Literally bubbles in the paint jobs. Not to mention I was already unable to do my own walk through before the move-in date and now I see why. There were roaches in my apartment before I even unpacked the u-haul. I had to pay out of my own pocket for extermination tools because they send this fake company to come spray some cheap bug spray that didnt do anything but remove the roaches for a day. Luckily, I was able to eliminate that problem thus far. THERES MOLD IN THE APARTMENT THATS VACANT ABOVE ME AND IN MY APARTMENT AS WELL. I already have asthma and trouble breathing.. I dont need that. Thats why I had to move from my last home.. However, even down to the lack of heat. They advertise free heat with a SUPPOSED minimum of 70 degrees... My thermostat in my apartment was already apparently broke but meanwhile its -13 degrees outside and with my thermometer I find my apartment to be 48 degrees with Space heaters. AND you can only connect but so many of those without continually blowing a fuse. TO TOP THAT SCENARIO: its literally an ice storm thats been being called on for over a week now.. and no salt was laid anywhere amongst the property. Even the projects have a decent heating system. But this okay because I have a great attorney, who will assist within this process.. Ive had enough. WILL NOT BE RENEWING OR REFERRING A SOUL TO THIS PROPERTY. I am so disappointed because my household and I are good and clean people. We dont cause ruckus, we are not loud, we pay our rent on time if not early and the rent truly isnt worth half of what your getting.
