Go ahead and make the move! It’s beautiful!! My husband and I scheduled an on-site tour of the Avalon at 555 President St in downtown Baltimore this past Monday evening. Let me tell you…everything from our entering the building met with our HIGH standards. Yes. We are over the top! Please recognize that the service, time, knowledge, personality, and overall ease in conversation was stellar and second to none. We had visited “several” condo living spaces while we await the perfect home to reveal out of state, and Ms. Maria Adlai was second to none! Maria knew the building inside and out. We truly inquired on everything under the sun including impromptu requests to see other condo options to which Maria was overwhelmingly accommodating! The residents were utilizing the amenities, which is always a great sign and everyone knew the staff and vice versa…especially Maria! It was truly a breath of fresh air. We are trying to decide the best options for us! However, if your looking, look no further! The Avalon at 555 President St in downtown Baltimore is exquisite! I could go on and on… never even got to the views and the top of the line appliances and kitchen/bathroom decor! Take care and treat yourself to what we all deserve! The Avalon Downtown Baltimore! Absolutely amazing views, amenities and service.

Tamara from the rental office was amazinggggg she was so helpful and sweet and made me feel so at home and comfortable as we did our tour although I decided to go with another sister property of the Avalon I’ll definitely transfer to the president st property once I get my personal driver because the traffic is a little congested

I was lucky enough to have Daniel introduce me to Avalon 555 President. He immediately arranged a virtual tour to show me my preferred apartment, replied to my emails very quickly and attended to all my needs in general. He is very kind, informative and helpful. Regarding the building, I was thrilled with its amenities, its modern design and its location. I couldnt have asked for a better start in Baltimore.

Maria is so helpful and nice! I was not in the US when applying for my apartment, and it was a a little bit hard for me to do international phone calls. However, Maria was SUPER RESPONSIVE AND PATIENT with EVERY single question that I sent to her via Email! She’s also a very professional consultant, as she helped me out remotely on everything PERFECTLY - signing the lease, assisting with the move-in process, finding solutions to my specific requests, setting up the parking, and virtual room tour and orientation! She definitely made my life at Avalon much more enjoyable!

Tamara was absolutely amazing and made the tour process so fun and informing. She explained everything so well and was extremely helpful the entire time. She has made me fall in love with this community and I can’t wait to make this my new home! Their wonderful floor designs and ideal location on The Charmtastic Mile makes this one of the most prestigious addresses in the city. Its sophisticated, urban & cosmopolitan living at its best.

I just finished a virtual tour with Tamara Croft. The apartment is beyond my expectation. You dont need to go outside to use facilities. Also, Tamara is soooooooo nice. Ive asked so many questions during the tour. Tamara is very patient and showed me whatever I want to see again

Compared to all the apartments I got a chance to tour Avalon 555 was by far the best! And the view certainly sold me! Daniel and Tamara helped me through the whole process and made it a very smooth transition. I am so glad I chose Avalon 555!

Avalon is the best luxury apartments I have ever lived in, especially for its services. Tamara was my agent. She is super nice, patience, and professional. She made me fall in love with the building during the tour. As a control freak, I had so many questions that I even felt myself annoying by that, but Tamara was always there to explain everything and solve all problems I had. I would definitely recommend my friends to live here and do that as early as possible.

Maria helped me a lot. She was very patient, very professional, and helped me answer a lot of questions before I moved in. She made my moving process easier. I cant wait to move into the Avalon.

I have rarely been blown away by an apartment building and management company, but this place is top tier. Daniel worked with me closely to review my budget and genuinely wanted to ensure I got the best available unit for my price range. My tour was extremely pleasant and I ended up putting in my deposit on the spot because I felt it was such a great fit. They even schedule an orientation before move in to ensure the process is entirely seamless. An all around excellent experience and I look forward to being a resident.

All my interactions with Maria Adali were very positive--she went out of her way to find an apartment for me during several visits to the property. She explained the different floor plans and advantages of each one. Its a beautiful building in a great location.

The staff is super attentive and professional. Maria was my leasing agent and she was so accommodating. Even when I made a slip up with my move in date she was understanding and made sure the staff could work around my mistake.Not to mention the building itself is amazing. The amenities are top tier and the neighborhood has all the conveniences I need.

We have only lived at avalon 555 president for a short time but already have had a fantastic experience. The apartments are well-designed and offer beautiful views of the harbor. Most importantly, the staff weve encountered have all been very friendly and always willing to help. Maria in particular has gone above and beyond, checking in periodically and making sure we have not had any issues.

Tamara showed us around the Avalon and was very informative and very patient. She is very responsive in her communications and answered all our questions and calls promptly. 5 star experience throughout!

Great place to live, great view, very good amenities.

I came in there discombobulated and very vague, Tamara helped me find a place that was perfect for my liking. She shows so much personalization in here tours it’s unlike anywhere I’ve been. Applied that day. Signed the lease a couple days later. Tamara is defiantly a top tier leasing agent. She really makes you feel welcome. Excited to move in next month. Highly recommended.

I moved into a one-bedroom at 555 President street 2 weeks ago. Maria was extremely helpful and responsive, and made the move-in process seamless. The building is gorgeous and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience thus far. We were concerned about the noise on a busy street but have been pleasently surprised - its very quiet and peaceful!

On Saturday I had the privilege of touring this beautiful property with Tamara. It felt personalized, as if I were meeting with a realtor who had been planning showings for months. She asked a few simple questions, was attentive to what I liked in the model and then offered another room based on my vague suggestions. Afterwards, she showed me another option with me in mind which was my complete favorite in comparison to what I insisted! Even with pending amenities, I was beyond thrilled to put in a leasing application. From the beautiful lobby, the concierge’s warm welcome, and amazing tailored experience with Tamara, I am definitely looking forward to calling this place home! Yall, these apartments are average for what they are trying to charge. The washer/dryer, and bathroom/kitchen appliances are super out dated. I wouldnt consider this a luxury apartment at all. Not only that, the new cabinets look like they were just covered in contact paper or painted or something. It looks awful + embarrassing. Decided not to go with them after touring.If you are looking for apartments that are literally the same price and way prettier I highly suggest looking at apartments around the area. I found a beautiful luxury apartment down the street for the same price lol
