It is a very friendly place. Had a family feel. A client came in while I was there and I believe she had a 25-30 year relationship.Good prices compared to the last shop I went to. I received the price I was told over the phone. $42 for a gel pedicure. Next time I believe there will be an additional $5 for gel removal. Its on the price sheet.I dont have the name of the person who helped me, but she was very open to my input.Only four stars instead of five, because I had an appointment and had to wait (like most shops). I will return!

Very sweet ladies! Got waxing and eyelashes done. Very happy. They take their time and dont rush you! Worthy hour drive to come back :) next trip is a pedicure!

I have gone here several times and amazing each time!!! I went today because I went somewhere else (it was closer) for a manicure and they totally screwed my hands up!!! Tan did my nails today and he did an amazing job!!!

Nice people, nice job but got a litrle lifting on the sides of the gel job to my nails...Lets see how this go after dropping 165. For 2 mani and 2 pedi without any sets or cutting our natutal nails last Friday.

I dont know who did my nails but she said she had been doing for a long time. took her 3 nail tips before she got it glued on,glue all over me and her ! she got the pinky nail perfect ! the other 9 nails were all different. I could have a done a better job than her. I will NOT go back here, I will return to Tan nails

If I could give them a negative star I would, years ago my mother and I would come get our nails done all the time. When she had her stroke and started using a wheelchair we started coming less but we were always greeted with a smile when we did come. But now I noticed they have new people and when we walked in today we were given the stank face was was told not asked TOLD what do you want I said my mom would like a mani this lady looked us up and down and TOLD us the wait is going to be a long one over an hour, she said it with so much hate and attitude never in my life will I ever go there again.

I liked Anna who actually did my nails however wasnt happy with the finished product, the gel was so thick that as my nails grew it just looked aweful, the second time I went in i was told to go to table #3, would just be a short moment, I sat there for 25 minutes with no one saying a word to me and thats when I left and found the best nail place in Bakersfield; that would be Tony @ DAVI NAILS, which will now be my forever nail guy

Would not come back here. Came in today, they immediately sat me in a pedicure chair and said it would only be 5 minutes......sat there for almost an hour until i finally took my feet our if the water because it got cold. At one point she told me only 5 more minutes and it was another 25 minutes literally from them. Once she finally got to me I purchased a upgraded pedicure because I wanted a nice relaxing experience. I get pedicures bi weekly and its my chance for a nice wind down. This was a very rushed half a** job she did. Paid for callus treatment and she literally rubbed it on and said I didnt need it and wiped it off, skipped steps and slapped lotion on in 30 seconds and called it done.

Nails looks great but it took a lot longer than expected. Make sure to make an appointment if you can

Terrible service the guy that did my nails watches football the whole time my nails ended up croaked . I asked for chrome and he got the dust all over the other nails and left it there. Very sloppy job and when I told him I wasnt satisfied with his work he told me he can repolish them for 20 dollars. Never attempted to try and fix the problem.

Went in for a pedicure and a full set. When the person was able to get to me, I could not get a price from them. Prices for gel dip were not listed. Prices for acryllic were listed as $25; they quoted $35 for acryllic. When asked about the discrepancy, I was told that it was for acryllic with gel on top. When I asked for plain acryllic, I was told it would be another $5-$8 to remove the remainders of the set I wanted removed. (Most had been removed already.)Overall, I did not feel comfortable with the unclear pricing.

Great service and product. I am returning for my fill and have no lifting! Durring the week there is not wait. Love this place!!!

So dirty! Open bag of chips (obviously belonging to people working there) and food next to the pedi car. Bloody implements used on the client next to me then out back into the clean box. Went in for a pedi and gel nail polish. Left with a pedi due to them taking 2 others clients in front of me. Then she tried to do it at the end to hustle the money. Ummm no thank you, you’re wasting my time. Dirty floor, furniture, shelves. This is asking for staph or fungus. I would NEVER return and highly recommend not going to this location.

They are very friendly here. Ive been getting my eyebrows waxed here for six years. Even though I go to school in San Luis Obispo I only get my eyebrows done here when I come home.

I had to go back into the salon and ask them to fix my daughters nails because when she asked they said her nail could not be fixed. Before I showed up the lady was laughing at my daughter for being up set about a black fuzzy in her nail, then I show up and she got right up to fix the problem. Dont send your kids in they treat them terrible.

Terrible Customer service. I had the worst experience ever at this salon. The gentlema working there was very impatient and was more into the football game than working. Save your money and time and go elsewhere.
