There aren’t very many technicians, so the wait is too long. The woman who does the pedicures does a lovely job. The main technician is in a rush, so his work comes out sloppy. My daughter had her eyebrows waxed by the main technician, and he ruined her thick beautiful eyebrows. He really needs to slow down because it is apparent that he can do a good job if he took the time. The services are way overpriced for what we received. The lady who does the pedicures gets 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loved it! Worth the wait and did my daughter nails for her birthday weekend late notice and stayed open extra for him to finish looked just like photo was reasonable price! Best pedicure Ive ever had in my life! Hands down worth the 1hr drive

It was my first time doing my nails there. Le did a great job with my nails. I loved them. Great pricing ! The only thing I did have an appointment at 1pm but he helped me at 2pm. I waited an hour. It sucked. I was going to write a bad review but after I saw my nails he deserved a good review. Did cut me once. But overall great job.

I was a walk-in and they told me they could take me. Halfway through service they told me twice i should have set an appointment because they were booked already so they didnt have time to give me the design i wanted. They charged me $100 for a basic pedicure with no extras and a full set with no design. The quality was good but severely overpriced and Le is way too rough. He hurt me quite a bit on the full set. I used to get a deluxe pedicure and full set with design in San Diego for $70.

Le came in on his day off when the salon was closed just to accommodate my schedule. My ombre set came out perfect. Salon is clean and staff follows all covid protocols. I highly recommend!!!

Loved my first experience here! the station was well sanitized when it was my turn. both me and the nail technician washed our hands before getting my nails done. Lee did an amazing job on my nail set. he took his time which i love! i would definitely recommend him.

****UPDATE*** Went back 2 days later at the behest of several people to ask for either a repair or refund, not really thinking it would happen. Thankfully I was very wrong! Kelly agreed to fix me up at no charge, and Boy! is she wonderful. She worked a miracle on my nails, and I couldnt be more thrilled or appreciative! She is so sweet and talented, and takes pride in her work and place of employment. Let me emphasize, Kelly is not the owner nor a manager, therefore she was not obligated to fix another employees work. And yet, she didnt even hesitate when I asked to sit with her. The reviews of her work do not lie! She has a new customer for life....that is, if she can fit me into her crazy schedule!!!!Conflicted review....First, the salon is clean and comfortable with a lot of polish, gel and acrylic options. I went in as a walk-in on a Saturday afternoon, and had a little bit of a wait, which was perfectly fine. I was planning to do a gel mani/pedi, but my nails were so short that I decided to do gels on acrylic. I also wanted to be a little creative, but after being sat with an older, Asian gentleman, and not knowing his particular skill-set or how to cross the language barrier, I changed my mind and just chose a a basic square shape and a single color. He was very kind and gentle, but unfortunately the job was very sloppy. I asked for my nails to be cut short, slightly longer than my fingertips and thin. He didnt do either, instead said hed file them down. I tried to press him further, but eventually gave in. The acrylic went on very thick, uneven and lumpy. All my nails are shaped differently. They are so thick, it feels like a growth on my nails. The polish job is not any better. Very uneven, and not cleaned at all. I even went back after my pedicure to have him clean some of the excess acrylic off my fingers, but he was adamant that it wasnt acrylic, just dry skin from the acetone and would be better after washing my hands.After my manicure, I was moved to a pedicure chair....this was a much better experience. Santana did my pedicure, and was Amazing! Very meticulous and attentive. I could tell she really enjoys her work and is good at it. I just wish I had had her do my nails. Not much more than I can say, other than very happy about my toes, not so much about my fingers. The total was $79, before tip. Not outrageous for those services, but definitely too much for the quality of the full-set gels. Im sad too, because this was an unnecessary, last-minute splurge for my upcoming vacation, so I dont have the time/or money to have them re-done. The more I look at them, the more upset I get.I will go back in the future, but only if I can make an appt with Santana or shes available as a walk-in.

I took my girlfriend there to have her nails done special for an upcoming concert. Le was absolutely amazing and his focus and attention to detail was unmatched! Probably the coolest nails weve ever seen! Thanks Le!

They got me in without appointment to do my feet .. clean, relaxing, 40 dollars just for feet though but I got gelWould give it 5 stars but the guy does pinch your toes more then once

First of all, he didn’t do my cuticles at all, then he cut my nails at an angle not just straight across. he then proceeded to get glue on the tips of my fingers and it burned, the acrylic job was okay but my thumb is thick at the cuticle area and dips, one of my nails there’s a gap between my cuticle and nail, he got an okay shape. i got gel nails with diamonds, $50, jeez, i could get the same price somewhere where my nails won’t end up looking a mess on both layers, he was nice though 🤷🏽‍♀️

This review is only three stars because of my gel acrylics. I LOVE my pedicure, such an amazing job! My nails.... just no. I may just be picky, but if you dont like your nails super thick, pointed upwards, crooked, or not rounded by your cuticles, this aint the place. I was very disappointed, love the color, hate the job. My first and last time here. Thats just my opinion, if you want to give it a go, go right ahead. Im just picky with my nails because I like them to look nice, its my thing right now. Also, it was $40 for the gel pedicure and another $40 for the gel acrylics = $80 total.

Took my daughter to get her nails done with her friend for her 8th grade graduation. They did a good job and she loved the way her nails looked - she really liked the shape, length, and color of them. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is she was disappointed that they started falling off about 1 1/2 week after getting them done and was expecting them to last 2 weeks but it wasnt a big deal because they were for her graduation and looked great for that event.

I took my daughters for a pedicure and a set of gel nails for me. The staff wasnt very friendly. My gels were horrible. They put the wrong color but it was too late to change it. My daughters pedicures were horrible. They didnt even trim one of their toes. The Polish was poorly painted. They didnt even offer my 7 year old a set of disposable flip flops so she walked bare foot on the hot gravel. Never ever again.By far the worst nail salon Ive ever been too. I paid and didnt complain but will never go again.

My experience at Crystal Nails was exceptional. Its hard to find a nail place in town that you actually want to come back to. I had the classic pedicure and added on the sugar scrub for $5. The massage chairs are awesome, the way my toes look are amazing, and my favorite part was all the massaging. They really take their time and dont rush through. I will be coming back!:)

THIS SALON USES MMA NOT EMA WHICH IS ILLEGALI’m a nail tech myself and I recently took off an acrylic set on a friend who frequents this salon. The nails didn’t soak off properly, got gooey and smelled horrible which are all signs of MMA rather than EMA. MMA is not meant for nails and can cause serious damage, the health department should be contacted as this is a risk to the public.

I was very happy with my nails got gel nail. I got full manicure and was very pleased. He really spent time cleaning my nails up. Will go back again.

This place is nice and the staff here are welcoming and nice but the only thing I did not enjoy was that I got a pedicure and the guy that did it seemed to be in a hurry and may I also say he did my pedicure in a lazy way in my opinion... having said that, he also hurt both of my big toes when he was taking out the stubborn ingrown nails from the sides! Ouch!! I did not say anything because it actually was not that bad until the next day when the side of my toes where actually a bit swollen and tender to the touch :( it took almost a week until my toes felt good again in my shoes. The reason why I mention that he did my pedicure in a lazy way was because the gel nail polish job he did looked unfinished. Unfortunately I noticed this after I got home and looked at it closely... the nails needed like one more layer of the gel polish to look finished (the nail polish was really light pink and a bit transparent). Anyways, he also did my nails and he did an okay job with them. The reason why I give it an okay is becaue 3days later, my nails seemed to be a week old (maybe my nails grow fast). So, i actually want to go and try this place again but I think Id go with one of the two ladies and see how it goes with them! By the way I just want to mention as well that I paid $82 for nails and pedicure! I felt like that was very expensive. Well I have not gone to a nail salon in a very long time but wow I paid a very expensive service in which i only enjoyed maybe 50% of it! Good luck to you if you want to try this place! :) maybe your experience will be great!

I went in after reading good things about Le. Nails turned out beautiful eventhough I didnt know what I wanted. I ended up with multicolor ombre nails. You can tell Le enjoys doing nails. Will definitely return. The people were much more patient and friendly than other places Ive been and my nails look great.

I went in yesterday spent about an hour and a half to get my nails filled cost me 20 bucks give him a five dollar tip before he polished my nails and my nails look like a five-year-old punish them the guy smudged my pinky remove the polish on that area and repainted just that spot then he tells me to be careful when I didn’t even smudge my nail. Needless to say I left a very sad

I came in to get a certain design on my nails, the manicurist said that it would turn out yellow instead of the white that I had wanted. I agreed to do a different design in my nails and two weeks later the acrylic on my nails is crumbling apart and I already need a fill after they said it would be a month before they needed one. Was sort of expensive for very cheap nails and job.

Been here 3 times and always left unhappy yes I went back after the first time and second time and today was third and last time I always went back cause I figured maybe the days I went they happen to have a bad day so I was being considerate now I just cant no more . So I usually pay about 30 dollars for gel toes well not here you pay 43 dollars and thats with no special feet treatment or anything so I felt that was overpriced then I wanted to do a full set and the lady asked me to go back later cause she didnt know how to or the other man I guess so I was just like no its fine thats to much driving back and forth for me I have things to do and you will loose customers for not being there to do nails so I was sitting there waiting for her to finish my toes she was on her phone looking for some papers and taking pictures of them and just taking her time on the phone period thats what got me cause I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for her to get off the phone they need to get more staff or at least have someone there that does nails and they need to not be so overpriced because 43 dollars for gel toes is to much especially if I got them so plain . Also last thing is my gel toes look fine from far but up close they have some spots lighter than the rest and just all bumpy .I will not be going back at all .

Please what ever you do dont go to this nail salon in Bakerfield CA.Ok so I been going to this nail salon over all this good salon here in Bakerfield.I moved here march 2018 and was looking for a great nail salon and I was just knowing crystal nail was it.I went last week to get my refill on my nails the same day I had to go back because they mess up my gel refill set 2× in one day.So i call shop and tell them my nails are still mess up this week this was just tuesday me and my boys 5/8/2018 for 3 or 4 hours for lee to fix my nails.you guys yesterday 5/10/2018 all the refill came off and my nails are all mines they broke off.I been grown my nail for 5 months now.But crystal nail dont ever go to this place and waste your money.please this is your warning they dont care a preschool can do nails better then them.🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨Dont take your money here🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

The place was clean and most of the people were nice. The guy who did me was rough, he huffed and puffed and mumbled when he didnt understand what I was asking for and when he messed up. He really was mad when I messed up one toenail. He even cussed when he made me bleed. I wont be going back....but hey that was just my experience, you may have a better one.

I went in to get fills and my manucist did a horrible job. My nails are bulky, mishapen and uneven. Even the application of nail polish is bad.They apologized and said they would fix next time.
