Fast pace but worth the relaxation and the massaging chairs truly enjoy having my husband and daughter time together as one and being pampered

Husband and I went for pedicures today. He has been here before, as have some of his friends. My first time getting a pedicure since Covid began. Julie did a wonderful job and was quick, but thorough. Will definitely be going back. They take appointments.

Mmmm… I had my first pedicure there I felt uncomfortable they talk in their language a lot in there I don’t mind but the lady who was doing my pedi she was older and she said something in their language the lady who she was talking to her eyes got big and she looked at me then looked back at her and didn’t respond and continued on the customer she had and it gave me a bad vibe it’s like I was dealing with depression I let myself go and finally had the courage to get my nails and feet done they just seem kind of rude sometimes but I’m going to be looking for another place to go and they too rough how can my nails be cute with cuts on my fingers ?!

Ive gone twice with two friends both times and we got different people for pedicures and everyone working there is great! Making this my regular spot.

The guy was extremely kind BUT my nails were horrible /: super bumpy thick and just a mess :( he lasted 3 HOURS doing my nails and it just wasn’t worth the money or time.Kinda upsetting

I paid for a pedicure and manicure both gel polish and started to peel off a day after. Gel polish was applied so thick and on top of skin at cuticles.

I waited to get my fills and asked repeatedly who would do my fills while I was getting a pedicure they said rite here and said rite now they should’ve or could’ve let me know exactly how long the wait would be to get my fills instead they were taking walk ins and doing full sets they could’ve had more communication with each other as well as let me know exactly how long it would take so I could’ve made a choice myself if I wanted to wait any longer I was in there 12:50 and was done by 1:53 then waited till 2:40 still no fills I paid for pedicure and walked out

Brian is very humble/ patient/ does awesome nails! Prices are reasonable too

Pedis are great there and im happy with mine.But when bringing your teens in to get their nails done...make sure to talk to the nail tech first.One walked out with 3in nails...and the other was crying because the lady yelled at her and hurt her and said ouch...the lady told her it didnt hurt you.They just need more nail techs that like their job like the pedi people.

I live this place they always do.there best to make you happy i get my nails and feet done every two weeks

Came to get a full set and my eyebrows done eyebrows came out perfect but my nails not okay the lady at station 8 did them I asked for coffin nails the nails came out oval I waited like 2 hours for the guy at the front to fix my nails no charge but the nails still didn’t come out good they drill your nails/skin until you bleed I have cuts on every finger from them being so rough that was my first and last time I will never return nor recommend the lady also told me my skin was to dark for a color I picked how rude I was so uncomfortable I didn’t leave a tip

Great service! Went a couple days ago to go get a full set and waited no longer than 5 minutes. The guy that did my nails is new because i hadn’t seen him other times when i would go before. I wasn’t sure if he was going to do a good job on my nails but he did. He took his time to shape them nicely, never been so satisfied with the service i’ve gotten their. Definitely going back to him !

Ummm is this supposed to be coffin tip. To busy trying to rush through my nails i had to ask hin to repaint the spots he missed

I love this nail salon. I got my nails done here a while ago and my experience was great. my nails were beautiful and perfect. She also gave me great direction on what to get done since I walked in not knowing what I wanted. They were exactly the look I wanted and I’ll definitely be going there again.

This place always makes me wait at least an hour or more. They take full set over fills. I always leave a $5.00 dollar tip. I often feel discriminated my fault for coming to a less than professional nail salon for the 3rd time. They have just lost me as a customer because I honestly liked Nancy’s work. The other people that perform the pedicures doubt if they are licensed.

The lady seemed like she didnt know what she was doing all of my nails were off. They were either really flat or really bulbed from the top. Some were even came out bumpy and crooked. I told the lady she messed up but she just kept saying they were fine than gel does that. From all the times Ive got them done its never happened

I have no idea about the negative comments but this place was amazing and Im not just saying that because of how it looked inside (which was beautiful btw) but the service was excellent and I surely will be going back again... I got a basic pedicure and still got the hot towel and foot message I cant remember who did it but she was amazing and super friendly... I highly recommend this place...

I think this place doesn’t get enough credit for the work they do. I definitely love this place! I finally found someone to do my gel mani and that would actually last for more than 2 weeks! Also their prices are the BOMB! 😀

I hate going to a place that doesn’t give customer satisfaction. I wasn’t satisfied with my acrylic toes and they wanna convince you that it’s fine. First of the reason why people get acrylic toes is to make your toe nail a little longer gives the illusion slimmer toes. Instead I left with short stubby looking toes. If that was the case I would have never paid extra for acrylic on my toes and left my real nail to show. I told him that day I wasn’t satisfied he told me to come back he had me wait an hr to tell me they are fine! There’s nothing wrong. Super annoyed!

I came almost past 6:30pm and they still took me, I had great service ... Everyone was so nice ! I will come back for sure ! Next time, Im going to take my sister and Mom for a girls day !

I called there for the pedicures and they have more than just basic which is kind of pricey and its like a part-time job waiting sometimes but I still like it enter at your own risk

Made an appointment and had to wait an hour after my booked appointment to get a pedi. Which was painful because the lady kept grabbing too much skin when cutting my cuticles. My service was rushed. The place did not look sanitary to me, same objects that were used on my sibling were used on me & prior to that that same object was used in someone else because it was obviously wet and dirty.

I got my nails done Saturday and by Wednesday they all came off. The guy who did my nails layered the acrylic on so much filining and filing them down only because I constantly told him “fix this ...you did that...you didn’t do....” and I asked for coffin and my nails came out looking disgusting not only that but one of my nails was burning insanely because of how much he filed it down and my ring finger nail was ready to come off even after the acrylic. Disgusting job.

DONT GET YOUR BROWS WAXED HERE!!Went to get a eyebrow and upper lip wax yesterdayhad a full set of brows (last time i waxed prior to this was about a month ago) So they take me to the back and a younger women starts waxing when shes finished i look in there mirror and i have 1 thick brow with arch and 1 thin straight brow wowwwwwwww and to top it off left wax all over my lip and fore head i was pissed i i told her if she has ever even done brows she says yes and she asks me to lay back down so she can FIX IT yea probably not what are you guna do give me another thin straight brow i told the owner the problem dude just chuckled says nothing else by that point im pissed i still paid the dude and took off CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE i must say they did not care that they fd up i will never go back to this place im super disgusted by the way it was handled!

Clean friendly and great job on nails

Very poor! They do not use the foot spa covers. They talk about the client in their language. They rush through your pedicure. The lady that did my pedi. Told me she didnt like the way my toes curled. Mind you I have a bit of a deformity. I had already told her about. She kept pushing on my toes. Kept me waiting at the manicure table. I asked her about my manicure and she turned around and spoke in her foreign language to her owner and in front of all other clients said no as if my mani was going to be free. My husband paid for my pedi n a full set. I was Inc a mani. Very Rude management. They would not give me the 10.00 I had left on the gift card. My husband paid cash for! Mind you I brought my 2 BFFS to try them out. Worst experience ever. No class. Dont waste your time or money. You will just be another dime a dozen customer to them...

Hurt my skin a bit a bit expensive to and didnt do a good job and hardly understand you but props for trying sadly will not be coming back

My first time here just moved to BakersfieldWent in and asked for a full set & told them I wanted oval shaped nailes & came out looking really thickReally disappointing place don’t waist your money here people they peeled my skin from the edges of my nail not worth the $40 bucks won’t go back ever again

I got kicked out for taking pictures of prices lol Theyre obviously doing some shady things if they dont want me to take pictures of prices and they were extremely rude to me.

It was poor.they only let the people that is going to pay a lot go first !i only came for a refill and that’s why they put me to go last. It was messy,nor clean! They are racist,they let all the Mexicans go last😡

This place uses the same tool on each customer, when ever u go there watch and see if they change and sterilize the tool. Thats how people get feet fungus.

It was really rushed, I felt uncomfortable my whole time there because of it and my nails ended up looked like theyve been shot due to all of the little holes on all of my nails. There goes my $40😬
