Got a full set done didn’t have to wait long, Judy did my nails she was very nice kept asking me if I was okay with her work she took her time and was very precise kept making sure they looked good was very pleased with her thank you Judy 👍

They do wonderful nails you just have to get the right person to do your nails but theyre all the site and theyre off the chain just sit down and theyll take you in really good and they do feet real good and make you feel at home I hope I get a free view for this give me yall good remedies because yall its been good to me every time I go in there make you feel at home I always feel like Im going to go to sleep in the chair when I get my feet done

This has been my go to nail shop since right before Covid hit ...I like the friendliness and how accommodating they are....yes you do have to get there early....because they dont do appointments...But I gave 5 stars because of the nice staff,reasonable prices and modern designs they can do....I have never left disappointed. This is my philosophy...COME WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE and YOU WILL GET POSITIVE RESULTS.

I was supper happy with the way they looked, allow the main guy cut my finger a few times i didn’t get upset. Within a week one of tge nails broke off. I went back waited an hour and a half to have it fixed. A day later tge next one bended off. I called and asked to set up an appointment because i didnt wanna wait an hour or so to fix something they did poorly. I will never go back

They are good. But if you want a design it won’t happen. The price is the same as if you get a design elsewhere. The staff is amazing and polite.

Nails done. However thickness of nails is not the same. Irritating. Plus expect to pay 5$ more than phone quotes.

I went today to nail city will never go again the lady that done my mani& pedi did a horrible job. She literally done my pedi in less than 5 min but you can tell she just wanted to finish everything in a hurry when she applied the cuticle oil she didn’t apply it to my nail.. I had a lot of cuticle on my nail and she hardly scraped anything out when she applied the nail polish it looked very messy and when she done my pedi when you scrub my feet she didn’t even bother to scrub my whole feet very unprofessional

First time and I loved my nails! Tim did a great job, he is very understanding after getting in my car i went back in and asked for him to re-do a nail and he was so nice about it. I will definitely be coming back😊👌

Lady had an attitude when i told her that i didnt like the color and if she could change it she yelled at me that i wanted a different color. Also nails looked uneven . I went back to see if they could fix them and they said that they were perfectly fine so they didnt fix them Dont recommend it.

The lady who did my pedicure was so nice, BUT SHE WAS TOO ROUGH. She cut too much of my cuticles, and scrubbed so hard, I discovered small cuts the next day. The cuts were tiny, but still dangerous. Infections can happen easily.

The quality of nails are not good they do not push your cuticles back they are very rough on your feet I do not recommend

I took my husband for the time to get a pedicure done and I got one too but I kind of noticed that the girl was nervous I mean she was doing fine they both got done with us we came home and the next day my husbands toe was hurting it looked red well by the 3rd day he’s toe was purple and pus was coming out... I called Citinails and all he said we can’t fix it he needs to take medicine for it 🤦🏻‍♀️ I was like at least apologized for it so he just said or go to the Doctor and stood quite..!!! Never going back again..!!!😠

This place is horrible!! First off their Air conditioner was broken and it was super hot in there and they had no fans. When they did my pedicure she was rough and kept hurting me.I kept telling her ouch that hurts and she was like nothing and continued being rough on my toe nails. I would not recommend this place at all!!! I will never go back!!

I think there fair price and the wait was appropriate time and as very polite and safactian was good.

I still didnt see them sanitize anything.. using Tools That Were Used On Previous Customer.. was not worth the 2 hour wait

First time their. Asked for a full set. N all they did was paint my nails. Told the girl i wanted a full set. Never going their again n charged me $25 just to paint my nails. N guy was rude

Was suppose to get chrome nails. But my nails look like they used only silver gel polish. One hand was half way done and the other looked just horrible. Plus my finger nails are sore from the guy pitching them for a hour and a half. Paid $53.00 and I mentioned to him that they dont look right. And he didnt even budge to care. Going back tomorrow! Asking for new color

They seem to go too fast not taking time to really check their work ...Being that nails are not cheap it would be nice to have them done better than it has been !

Went the first time & my nails were a complete mess. Went back to have them fixed the manager complained about how I couldnt get my money back and could only get them cleaned up not removed and redone. Went home & a few broke within a few hours. Went back had them redo them again and they were better than the set I had before but still cracked off and was not worth the 30 I paid plus 3 for a tip which was all I had. Never going back.!!!!

I USUALLY GO HERE EVERY 2 MONTHS TO GET MY EYEBROWS DONE AND THE DAUGHTER USUALLY DOES THEM. BUT TODAY JESSICA DID THEM AND I EXPLAINED TO HER HOW I WANTED THEM BECAUSE I DONT HAVE MUCH AND SHE DID THEM COMPLETELY WRONG! MY EYEBROWS ARE COMPLETELY THIN NOW AND UNEVEN!AND THEY WANTED ME TO PAY $8 FOR EYEBROWS AND THEY ARE NOT SATISFYING AT ALL.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO NOT GO HERE AT ALL FOR NAILS OR EYEBROWS THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND UNORGANIZED.

Worst place to get your nails done! I just got my nails done last week and 5 of my nails have already fallen off! I dont recommend this place to anyone its not worth paying over 30 dollars for such a crappy job.

Worst place ever! I went in with a picture the guy whined and moaned the whole time about how it would be expensive so I made it easy for him and picked two of the designs he did one of the designs I wanted and it looks like a child did it! For 50 dollars I got two messed up designs that look nothing like what I asked for then he stood there while I paid so I felt obligated to tip! Worse place ever!!!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail shop in Bakersfield very rude customer service the gentleman had me wait 20 minutes after he told me a couple of minutes and then he tried overcharging me for a short full set and when I told him that I no longer wanted the services he cut off the tips that he already put and didn’t remove them completely leaving me to take them off myself and damaging my nails worst experience EVER
