Sherri is very accommodating being just a first time walk in customer. She did a great job with everything - hair cut (exact length i wanted), exact color I want, deep conditioning for my hair and facial wax/thread. I’m definitely coming back.

I have come here one time before and one lady did exactly I asked and I loved my brows! I came in yesterday and as two people sat and waited for service the employee was just talking to her friend for a few minutes. I told her no thin eyebrows please and she GAVE ME THIN EYEBROWS!! She took off about 2 rows of my hair and I hate them... it’s will take FOREVER to grow them back... I’m only giving two stars for the one employee who did as I asked... I NEVER have left a review on a company especially a negative one but now my brows are all I see when I look in the mirror and boosted my self confidence down...

I don’t want to give 3 stars because they always do a great job I love it there! but today was by far my worst experience ever (October 19, 2020) @6:00pm I went in to get my eyebrows done and the lady who did them took most of my left eyebrow off not matching the right side at all I know they won’t be even but they weren’t even close to being even, she was going to fast she took about 3 mins to do them and was being rough on my face . My sister as well got hers done and she ruined hers as well . I was so mad I did not want to pay for my eyebrows it takes long to grow them back to the way they were . I will be going back since I enjoy the other nice ladies but never again with this one .

Sheri the owner was my stylist . She was perfect., I wanted highlights, conditioning and a haircut. My appointment was 4 and she was ready for me. Sheri was very conscientious of what i wanted and my comfort . The shop was clean and neat following Covid-19 guidelines.

Had to get my hair corrected after a bad bleach job for my wedding on saturday. Katrina helped me and she was amazing. My hair was super brassy multiple colors etc. She completely corrected it and made my hair look so natural.She did exactly what I wanted and more.It is a little pricey... but you get what you pay for and it is well worth it!

I’m so sad. I actually came home crying from how upset I am. I haven’t had my eyebrows done since March with Rupinder who is incredible and I completely trust with my eyebrows. Today November 2nd 2020 at approximately 2 o’clock who ever was there ruined my eyebrows for me. It breaks my heart because Rupinder has ALWAYS done a great job. My little sister was going to get her eyebrows done after me but I zoomed on out of there and didn’t say anything because I really just wanted to get home to cry. She left my eyebrows extremely thin and uneven. Luckily my sister is amazing with a eyebrow makeup. Now I’m just going to wait for them to grow back. I don’t think I’ll ever be back.

My old lady had a good time here she got her hair threaded just the way she wanted to and she has expressed to me that shes going to come here again so theres no complaints here with the salon the women here were great they do what theyre doing and they were very nice and wife felt comfortable

I went to get my full face treated yesterday and I specifically told the lady to not thin my eyebrows out, I love my think eyebrows and she thinned them out to the max, do not have this lady do your eyebrows I was so specific with this I am seriously so sad about this, I tipped her $5 I didnt notice my eyebrows Till I got home I didnt pay much attention in the salon since she did my.whole face I looked aty.face Im general until I got home....I am so sad about this!!!!!!! Do not get your eyebrows done at this place she also didnt shape them well!!!! :(
