They made sure I was taken care of and even if it was busy they made sure I was getting the most out of my experience. Even when I went past closing time the man there took his time on my nails and made sure they were to my liking.

I was here once before covid-19 with my nails then also. Today, Lilly did my nails and I am extremely pleased and extremely happy! She did an amazing job! I will definitely be coming back again!😁

Appointment at 12 with Ryan I was finally seated at 1230. Ryan did not use new tools and when I ask he acted as if I said nothing. I wanted the Signature spa manicure and pedicure combo for $83. There were no special flower soap, fruit in water, special oils, nor a complimentary shoulder wrap and the hot stones he used less than 2 minutes, leg and foot massage less than 4 minutesDONT GO HERE I spoke to Ryan after because maybe I missed something, he blamed the website and still charged the full amountTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had a spa pedicure with gel polish. I had the hot stone massage, it was magical.Henry was attentive to detail and cleaned around the edges.Definitely recommend this place.

They were rude. When i asked to have the water running while i waited it was as if spoke to no one. They fixed my daughters nails that had messed up. To just repaint it and have her leave before it dried again for it to mess up once more. I do not recommend you go her unless you are a regular to a specific person. First and last time I ever go here. My mothers pedicure was rushed and the guy doing them couldn’t making more obvious that he dislikes his job.

Horrible experience, rude people, very unsanitary, and expensive too.

Ive never gotten my nails done before today. I went in for a full set, gel coat. Way to much product was used, some parts of my nails are bubbly and underneath my mails looks like glue build-up. I hate when nail polish isnt close to your cuticle, which mine isnt. My nails are all slanted or different sizes. I honestly think its just the nail tech I got, she seemed like she was rushing and not caring of her work but Ive heard good things about this place. I might come back in the future and have another tech do my nails but for this experience if I could give 0 stars I would.

I needed a fill and pedicure for myself and my patient! I stopped here on a whim and was taken in immediately. My patient got her manicure and pedicure it was good, fast and inexpensive which is unheard of in the nail industry. The male owner did my fill and another man did my pedicure and I was totally satisfied!!!! I live in the valley I’m in Bakersfield on business 2X a month for 2-3 days and I will be coming back here to get my nails done again and again to get my nails done! I never get designs but I got designs and I was completely satisfied with the work done on my hands and feet. They are very clean and sanitary and reasonable. If your looking for a great nail salon in Bakersfield, this is the place!
