Got my nails done looked good for a couple days then they just started popping off my sister paid a lot for very low productNeedless to say we wont be cone back here..Waisted money..A gift from my sister fir my birthday and you guys did not meet up to what your reviews say.. I asked for simple gels with some swirling designs on all my nails. Usually gel nails are about $30 to 35 and possibly an extra charge for design. Well I got charged $ 50 dollars for gel nails! I didnt even get acrylic nails. Some nails are thicker than others. The designs were poorly made.Im definitely not going back to this place. It was too much for something worth less.Just a warning . They overcharge for everything.It is best to find yourself an actual nail artist.

I have been coming to Mandy for over 2 years. She always gets back to me promptly and tries to fit me in as soon as she can. She is really good at what she does. There has been no design I have brought to her that she hasn’t been able to do. I love how she takes her time shaping my nails making sure they are even and the shape and size I want. She is definitely an artist of her craft.

Best nail place in Bakersfield. Been to a few other nail salons in town but none are as good as this one. I get acrylics here and they always take time applying and shaping the nails and they always turn out amazing. Been here twice so far, will be back!

This is the best place to get your nails done. they truly care about you and take their time on each nail to make sure its perfect, and they always are. T is always good at helping me decide which nails to get because he knows the shape of my nail and what hes doing. T, his wife, and his staff are the best and i would never go anywhere else!!! if youre thirsty, theyll offer you water. its honestly the little things. this is such a positive salon and i always walk out with a smile.

I came in with my 2 daughters to get our nails done. We are from out of town and came up here for my work. We really loved coming in to this shop. We each had a different service and our nails came out phenomenal. My youngest daughter had been trying to get someone where we live to do her nails how she wanted and no one has been able or rather wanted to do it. Here, she got exactly what she wanted and she loves it. It’s hard to find a nail shop any more who can really take the time to do what the customer wants even if it takes a little longer to do. I looked at all of the reviews the night before and I took into consideration that everyone will have one or two bad reviews, that’s practical. But 99% of them are good reviews. I hope I can continue to come up here for work because I was told I can come back as long as I bring my daughters with me. Fantastic work! Incredibly clean! My mom and I came out with perfectly shaped nails and incredibly happy! They are still on my mom (with fills of course) from over a month ago! I took mine off from one coming off as a mistake on my own. Cant wait to go again!

This was the third time I’ve been here. First time was good. The second and third time the same older lady did my gel manicure. The second time it wasn’t very neat and the gel polish didn’t last as long as it usually does. Today, I asked for a sparkly polish that I’ve had before at a different salon. The base coat she put on was very orange and she put one very light coat of the sparkly gold orangish gel polish and was ready to put the clear coat on. I asked for at least one more sparkle coat because I didn’t like how orange it was. She did another very light coat of sparkle polish. I told her I didn’t like how the orange base coat was overpowering the sparkle and she just looked at me. I asked if we could remove it and she said no that it had already been under the light. So I paid for nails I hate. Back to my old nail place!

Very rude service!Ur comment is a perfect example of how rude you guys are. I am normal and I was normal that day. The lady that did my nails rushed doing my nails to get to the other client she knew. She treated me poorly and praised the other customer waiting. The lady that did my nails rolled her eyes when I told her the colors I wanted and was doing my nails super fast just to get to the other person. She also did not disinfect my seat, I had to do it myself. She was rushing doing my nails so I can get out fast and you can tell she was irritated. Thats rude service along with the reply you just responded. The person who is not normal would be you guys. I would never go back to a place like this! Again perfect example of bad service. You only reply to the disinfecting part because you know you were rude that day.

I definitely received 5 star service from Mandy today!! I have been getting my last few manicures from a salon in Fresno but i needed to find someone locally. I did my research and finally decided on Diva Nails. I messaged them thru messenger and was scheduled with Mandy he said i would not be disappointed and no i definitely was not!! She is so sweet and the environment is so relaxing. Clean and organized as well. She started with my deluxe gel pedi And i will say it’s definitely better than the one i had in Fresno like wayyyy better...Omg she is very meticulous and that massage i almost fell asleep. I went in so incredibly stressed stressed out that day and after that pedi i was so calm and relaxed btw my toes are soooo pretty and perfect now :)We then went on to the gel manicure, Oh i forgot to mention both came with a hot wax treatment Ooooo that was awesome!! hehehe i couldn’t leave that out. I went a lil brighter purple today but still kept some sparkles (have to match my car still lol). Same with my manicure she was meticulous and they are perfect! I will be back i actually scheduled my next appointment before i left that’s how happy i am. Thank you Mandy you rock girl!!

I’m super impressed by the professionalism and quality of work here! I found them through Google and went to their shop because of excellent reviews and I’m so glad I did. Not only did he remember the details of my email inquiry but T and Mandy stayed after their usual closing time to get my nails done after work. As a dental hygienist my hands go through A Lot, but T assured me the hard gel would stand up well to the abuse I put my nails through. I LOVE the result! Beautiful. Will definitely go back.

Mandy does an amazing job. I go to her regularly now. I decided to get a pedicure here after my last fill and I was not impressed. It was disappointing because Id like to get both Services done at one place. Its worth it to me to still go to Mandy and get a pedicure done somewhere else..

I went there for the first time on the 13 and the lady that did my nails was horrible she put way to much acrylic on and didnt paint my nails all the way on one side and is misshaped due to to much acrylic would not ever go back there again and charged me $45 that wasnt even worth it

My young granddaughters wanted gel nails for Thanksgiving. Weve not found a salon that we really liked so wanted to try somewhere new. We really LOVE Diva Nails. The atmosphere is pleasant and the facility us super clean. Mandy did a great job with the nail art. Will definitely return.

Best mani-pedi Ive ever had! Was a walk in and was attended too right away even though the salon was very busy. No pressure to upgrade and all the technicians were very nice. Wish I could go back weekly but I live 1200 miles away!
