They did a wonderful job on my hair

Well It did have me wait longer than my appointment but they are very friendly and talkative when cutting or dying hair

My goodness, if I could have the option of a negative amount of stars, I would choose so instead of one. I am so upset with the service I received. I went in to change my hair from a dark blonde to lighter and mind you my hair is not very long but I was there for 5 hours and one of the biggest reasons would be due to the huge lack of attentiveness provided to me from the stylist. I have never before been in the chair while getting styled and had a stylist continue checking her phone to reply to text messages! I am a paying customer for goodness sake and even in my own job I know better than to not pay attention to a customer. That wasnt even the start of it though. The stylist was so full of herself and continued on bragging to me saying she has so many years of experience and had a salon of her own and promised my hair would turn out great because she knows well what shes doing. Well to cut the story short, my hair is nothing at all what I asked to have done and I am very unpleasant with it and at one point I was about to get my hair rinsed and she goes literally to go chit chat with coworkers about how its not looking right and I could hear everything being said ! Then finally wrapping it up and almost done she goes.. im so happy it doesnt look that bad after all.. and I was very unhappy and then she has their manager ring me up and I was shocked to be told I needed to pay almost 300.00 dollars because when I originally was explained what was going to be done to my hair, I had a good idea that the price would be close to 200.00 but basically the stylist put so many different treatments on my hair which she did not tell me she would be doing to my hair and for that reason I had to pay more than what I had in mind and because she put sp much stuff in my hair, my hair was extremely sticky and oily and felt like a mop on my head.Out of many different experiences there and non being that great. This one in particular was the absolute worst and I will make sure to not give them my business agiam.

This was my second time going to this salon. The first time was great, I had no issues and loved the haircut and service. This time, I arrived for my appointment and had to wait 15 minutes. There was one girl there who was supposed to cut my hair but she seemed surprised that I was booked with her as she had another customer. So this other girl did my hair, she was super nice however she didnt do a good job on my hair at all. I left feeling like I hadnt even gotten my hair done at a salon. She didnt give me the haircut I wanted and barely styled my hair, no products at all . Dont think I will be going back .

Very comforting salon :) loved the free coffee and snacks they had out for the customers and my stylist Jazz Monay did an EXCELLENT job on my hair as well as my daughters hair :) ..great experience!!

Very rude here. They have a huge sign that says we accept walkins. But that is not the case. There was one who just walked around never registered me in. Until 45min later someone else did. Than Once someone else walked in she helped them right away I felt she was racist. She was tall skinny with short hair not sure what color she was trying to accomplish. Wish I got her name.

Do not go to Karina, she charged me so much and did so little to my hair. I am pretty sure she spent most of the 2 hours tangling and untangling my hair (more like pulling it all out)!

Huge mistake paid $200.00 for my blonde hair to be touched up, cane out with bronze, ash brown hair!!!!yikes color is drowning my skin color....huge...huge mistake going there.
